This place is a hidden jewel. We are campers and have our own Rig. The site was very maintained with full hook up. We stayed there September last year. We are coming back this September with our camping group. We are staying in the "Wagon Wheel" group area. We love the hospitality of all the people that work there. From checking in at the office to dining on the patio and having a meal. Everyone is so helpful and caring. See you soon Likely Place Golf & RV!Nearby activities: Great golf course with affordable prices.. Also we love kayaking. A small lake perfect for this is up the hill not too far. Also some beautiful hikes to waterfall and smaller lake too.Walkability: Great walking path around the golf course. Cattle Ranches and horses surround this beautiful area.Food & drinks: Great food at the Golf course

Large sites with grass. Extremely friendly staff. The most dog friendly site we know of! Just really good people. Great place to RV if you have dogs and like to golf.Noteworthy details: Bring DEET for the mosquitos.

This place is now a piece of my heart!Stunning mountains surrounding this area, perfect for dreaming, hiking, stargazing, and just kicking back! The staff are just like family and the food served at the Cafe is delicious!I can't stop thinking about this beautiful spot and will definitely return!Safety: There are policies warning guests to keep pets on a leash. It's for everyone's safety!Sadly, some guests who have no common sense, allow pets to run free, causing harm to others. They should not be allowed to return.Food & drinks: The food was delicious and I really enjoyed all of the meals! They nailed it!

We were looking forward to our one night stay on our way back home however we had to reroute our itinerary due to forest fires in Oregon. I called the campground 12 days before our arrival and was hoping they would understand our emergent situation and give us a refund. Not only was the lady not understanding, she was rude and hung up on me. I recalled a few days later and again received a non friendly response. Our cancellation was by no means intentional. It makes me sad that a business is unethical in response to a request to make an exception and also denied my request to talk to the owner. 12 days cancellation request seemed reasonable to me. My stay was scheduled for Aug. 31, 2023.

Beautiful but staff not friendly and tried to prevent me from riding with my family while they played golf , lied about having 4 person carts and then when my husband came in she said they are limited and the carport was full. So it didn t make sense and felt like she didn t want to help us at all.Rude and snarkyNot likely to returnToo many rules and charges.Beware of the terrible front office worker.I m wondering if it s the state we came from. It s unfortunate to feel that way but never know these days.

We love spending time at this RV resort. We try to make it up there for an annual star party and it's always such a pleasure staying there. The skies are incredible, the facilities are clean, and the area is fun to explore during the day. I haven't tried the golf course out, but it does look like it's well kept and seems like a pretty good course. How many RV resorts have golf courses?!Hope to return next year.

This is our first time staying here and I can honestly say, we will definitely be coming back many, many more times! The people that work here are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The grounds are impeccable! The golf course is top notch and in amazing shape and it's dog friendly; say what? Yes; my dog got to play along with us!They have free, yes, I said free kayak and bike rentals. There's Bass fishing (catch and release) in the many ponds on site, nature trails, bocche ball, horse shoes, a grassy area with a BBQ and a telescope for stargazing! I was just in awe of this place and am so glad we gave it a chance. I can't wait to come back next year for a longer stay with my grandkids and maybe in the future stay for a work camp thank you for your hospitality!Playground: There's a huge grassy area with play structures.Restrooms: There's clean bathroom/laundry facilities.Dog-friendliness: This place is dog friendly with a huge grassy area where the play structures are for the dogs to run and they're also welcome on the golf course!

Camped here for two nights and it is a delightful place. Roomy sites with grass plots next to a dirt pad. Outstanding bathroom, shower, and laundry. The 18 hole golf course looked like fun. Clubhouse/office has a grill, beverages, and ice. Plenty of room to walk around in the juniper trees and meadows. Very dog friendly. Definitely a place I would return to.

Stopped for a quick over night stay and was really happy with this place. Remote and beautiful! The RV spots were clean with green grass and so peaceful. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The restrooms and laundry facilities are very clean. We are full timers and have been to many spots, this is one we are planning on returning to when we roll back through. The Bloody Mary s are the best!!

I was disappointed with the site they gave us. Whereas all the pictures show these beautiful manicured sites with high end RV's in them, we were placed for 3 nights in a dirt lot with zero grass, but it did have two trees. Not sure why as we paid the same price and there were available sites in the upper section for the whole time we were there. The golf course looked nice and we enjoyed the hiking trails, but not sure how they determined to put us where they did. We will avoid it in the future.

A very nice place to spend some time. A well manicured golf course. Nice little restaurant with great people. Entire staff is friendly and helpful.Park is surrounded by a working cattle ranch. If you want quiet and peaceful, this is the place.Be aware of two things. While this is a great place to spend some time, cell service is minimal and their Wi-fi is nearly non existent. If you can live without these things I highly recommend this park

We have been coming here for years and absolutely love it! The staff are friendly and hard working, the campground itself is well maintained and peaceful with great views. It is very dog friendly.... dogs are allowed on the golf course! The golf course is challenging and interesting, though it does seem to eat golf balls . If you love to camp and love to golf, this is the place for you!!

We found this area to be beautiful. Loved that you could golf with your dog although we did not have time to golf. Just an overnight. Lots of space at our RV site. Had a great trail walk with a view. Had a cheeseburger at the grill that was very tasty.

Pros: area is beautiful, campground clean, bathroom and showers clean.Cons: very narrow road coming up to campground, it would be hairy passing someone.I told them we had a 40 foot class A. We got a spot where we couldn t put out the two main slides. We weren t anyhow but if you re going to stay here don t let them put you in this spot. Space 25.

Had a great time at Likely recently with a group of friends. Golfing was fun and the people there provided good customer service. Our only complaint was about the poor campsite. Apparently, we didn't rate enough to get a site with grass and no trees - only gravel (and there were sites available!). Next time we join this group I will insist on a grassy and treed site.

This was just an overnight stop but definitely a place we could have stayed longer. It's about 2 1/2 miles off Hwy 395. We were in site #33. Water and 30amp for about $36. They have an 18 hole golf course, kayak and canoe availability, a really nice 1 1/4 mile walking trail, and a restaurant. Only downside were the mosquitoes that came out with a vengeance at sundown.

Very nice park. Sites are mostly right next to each other, with a wide strip of grass between each site. Bathroom was kept very clean. There's a nice nature trail. Great food and service at the clubhouse.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for a burger on our way home frome Blue Lake last Saturday. Excellent Burger, great service and I plan on stopping in again soon and I recommend it to everyone in the area, or to anyone needing a great destination. Lots of rv, hook up, laundry, bathrooms and the gateway to the Warner Mountains.

A wonderful gem along 395 in Northern CA. Great RV park with large gravel spaces and grass surrounding. Golf course was great; bring your clubs! Take in a nice hot breakfast in the restaurant before heading out. We enjoyed Eggs Benedict!

We didn't stay this time at the resort but the husband's played golf and we had a lovely lunch. I wanted to tell everyone what a great experience we had at the resort. We were so Impressed with how friendly the place was. Since us wives didn't play we got to go on the back of the 4 seater golfcart with my 13 lb dog and watch the guys play golf. What a great time we had. When we were done we had a very nice lunch on their patio overlooking the golfcourse. A great time was had byall. We will be back again perhaps to stay in their cabins...

Been here many times, left positive review...great RV park, golf course, & personnel. Not this time though... maybe ownership or management changed. Had to cancel due to personal health issues which would be greatly affected by the current wildfires. Because we paid the full amount well in advance, wouldn't give refund. Wouldn't even compromise to half or something & it's not like we kept someone from using the spot...ie. wildfires. So owner gets completely free money. Lesson learned, don't pay full amount in advance.

Was really looking forward to staying at this place with some friends over the summer. I ended up having to cancel my reservations dude to myself and my family coming down with COVID. Naturally, we were quarentined and told not to leave our house by public health. When I called Likely Place Rv amd asked if I could cancel my reservations, the lady I spoke too was super short and rude to me. I explained to the woman that we had no choice.... we had COVID! The woman said that the best she could do for me was refund one of the two days that I had reserved, and that I would not be getting the money refunded back to my debit card. Instead, she sent me a check in the mail.... which I ended up getting about a month after I had canceled my reservations. As if quarentine wasn't bad enough... this woman slapped me in the face for something I could not control.

Great place to stay for Astro-photography. Five (six?) small (~4'x4') concrete pads at the north west edge of a meadow are intended for scopes, each with a standard 110 power outlet. These pads are in easy wifi range of the outermost row of rv sites. The night sky is exceptionally dark! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the grill at the clubhouse is surprisingly good. One warning - the mosquitos during our stay were brutal! This was in part because they kindly didn't spray for mosquitos at the pad area during our stay - the spray (big area sprayer from the back of a pickup) has to be done at night, and they didn't want to wreck our gear, which was set up all night every night we visited. Be sure to bring deet! They sell it in the clubhouse as well...
