Bought a Van here. Shoulda walked.What's good: the Van was cheap and they did some service on it; ie motor mounts and brakes.*see note on bottomWhat's bad: Detailing was rather sub par. The van(Honda) has a bad timing belt tensioner, which only revealed itself after it got cold(I found this out 3 days after I brought it home and started it on a cold morning). Ali said any problems call or message I'll see what I can do. So, I messaged Ali asking what he'd charge for a time belt and tensioner and he never got back to me. Extra $1200 on a cheap van makes it less of a deal. Ali could use some better customer service skills. I shoulda walked on my $1000 deposit.*Brake service was inspected by a 3rd party, doesn't look like they did anything. Brake pads worn, old brake fluid*Ps Why is this a big deal? Honda V6s are interference engines and if the tensioner fails on a Honda, the timing belt can skip a tooth and destroy a valve.Update: added pictures of the cabin filter and engine filter. Also found the lower control arm bushing on the passenger front is shot. Van slowly drains the battery while nothing is left on; electrical issues are fun. Good deal* on a problematic van.

Bought a 2013 Tundra from here and Im very happy with the purchase! Truck runs great and the guys that work there are all down to earth. Title and registration took a bit longer to receive than I wanted, but the owner himself stayed in communication and kept me updated throughout the process.

Where do I begin? I recently had an exceptional experience at Roman Motor Company! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Such a good company. They're very professional and personable people. I had an in depth experience with this company and they clearly value their customers experience and will take care of you and your car needs. Based off personal experience the car I purchased had a part that needed replacing and they took care of us to the furthest extent. They loaned us a car while ours was being maintenance so I can get my kids to and from school and to brag on them more it was all on their dime. The cherry on top was they had my car back in my driveway in a very timely manner. Very respectable establishment. 10/10 I do recommend

What a great car buying experience! First thing I noticed about Roman Motor Company was their cleanliness. We had been looking for a good deal on a used car for a while now. A lot of them just looked trashed on the inside, which was a big turn off for me. Then I found this place and looked at a lot of the cars in their inventory online and they all looked super clean and taken care of, so I knew we had to check it out! When we got there we were immediately assisted. We saw some cars we really liked and they showed us what the payments/financials would look like for all the ones we liked. We left feeling really good about our decision to buy with them! Such a great and painless car buying experience!

We were shopping for a car for our little sister and checked out a few different vehicles. We came across Roman motor Company through facebook. We were intrigued by the reviews so we stopped by in person. We were extremely surprised by the quality of cars and their level of attention to detail throughout the process. I was looking for truck to pull my boat and saw a nice Ford F250 on their site. I was pleased with how quickly I received a response after submitting my interest online. I spoke with James and we made a plan to meet the next day. After a test drive, some good conversation, and some paperwork I took the truck home the same day. I knew what I wanted, they listened to me, and didn't over sell me. Thanks James and Ali!

I came here to look at a Subaru outback but I was very disappointed that the car was already claimed by someone else. Although I was bummed, James walked me through their cars in transit and gave me very clear pricing and set the right expectations on time frame and work that it would be getting. I put a depsit on the car and it was ready in may be a week. I honestly couldn t believe how clean they got the car for me and how much service they did while still keeping the same price. My mechanic checked it out and gave me the green light as well.Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

Roman Motor did such a great job on my Toyota. It is usually hard when you have to deal with cars but Ali is a legend and makes the process great and easy! He knows what he is doing and makes it easy for you to trust him. He got the job done quick and well. Absolutely recommend this place.

In short: Ali and James were so helpful. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, and absolute sweethearts! I absolutely hate shopping. Especially bigger purchases. It stresses me out. They were so helpful from the start. They made it all so easy.Full story: I found the vehicle I wanted through their Facebook ad. I messaged about a dozen dealers. Ali and 2 others got back to me. Only Ali was the only one who seemed to truly know what he was talking about. He knew his inventory and details on the vehicles. Something you think a salesperson would, but good knowledgeable sales people are hard to find.We test drove the vehicle with James. My toddler became best buds with him instantly. He was so good with him and included him in the process. When we got back, Ali helped us get financed quickly, even with some hiccups in our credit. They entertained my son, and Ali even shared his snacks with him.We were in and out within a couple of hours. Even with a rambunctious toddler, it was a pleasant experience. I'd buy from Roman Motor Company again. Thank you guys!

Ali and his team did a great job setting me up with a great car during a brutal time to buy. I inquired about a 4Runner that was already taken and he kept me in mind to set me up when a similar one came in. The team did a great job servicing and detailing, and the price was extremely reasonable especially considering the market. And Ali even helped me out months later when there was an issue with the DMV. Overall I had a great experience here.
