So disappointed in bringing my vehicle here. I m all for supporting businesses. But what shop keeps your car to fix for A YEAR! I literally checked every week to see how things are and everytime I go they tell me come back tomorrow now when the other workers see me they play around by saying tomorrow, tomorrow. I guess it s funny to them but It s sad. I definitely wouldn t recommend this place.

This place does not answer phone calls or return calls. I had work done here on a 1997 Jeep. The receipt they give needs to be itemized and done on a computer. I cannot read it (see picture). Horrible, was going to being in my car, ended up yelling at a worker for yanking and basically chocking a cat on a leach he was swinging the cat around. He seemed carless. Police was called.

We had an old 2006 Honda Odyssey we were taking to Vegas in the summer so we had Francisco flush the cooling system and change the thermostat and the van ran just fine in the desert. I also have an old Mustang that needed tierods changed out and Pronto fixed it for a good price. All my vehicles go to Pronto.

I bought a 2nd Hand Honda CR-V thinking that since it was only 10 years old and only had 115,000 miles the engine, that it was a Good Deal. Wrong !!!Fortunately my Brother In Law has been to this Pronto Auto Repair. He said they were Good, Gast and je thought the Pricing was Fair. I went and my In-Law was Right.For Everything that has to be Fixed he charges HALF of what we expected to pay and it was all done in 2 days. The owner is Chris and he a a Straigjt Shooter that will explain to you what s wrong with the car, and what needs to be done to get your car going and you ll actually understand what he s explaining to you.I m very Happy with the Work done on my Honda and that I wasn t Broke afterAll was said and Done. Take your car there & talk with Chris

got to deal with chris. very professional. called about a serpentine belt service quote.before booking he asked questions about why the service was needed. he understood WHY the belt was slipping. no service yet but honest,, knowledgable and professional and reasonable.

Terrible customer service! How you going to tell someone bring your car in tomorrow and then when you get there they dont have room for you. Dont waste your time.

Took my truck in to get one item repaired. They changed other parts and said the truck was good but the problem still persisted literally after driving off the lot like they didn t even test drive it to check if the problem was fixed. Went back right away they said it s something else and told me to leave the truck there so they can get other parts ordered to fix. Went back a few days later to check and nothing was done and they said they can t fix. What kind of mechanics can t fix the problem. Waste of time and money.Llev� mi cami�n para reparar un art�culo. Cambiaron partes y dijeron que el cami�n estaba bien, pero el problema persist�a literalmente despu�s de salir del lote como si ni siquiera lo hubieran manejar para verificar si el problema se solucion�. Regrese inmediato, y dijeron que es otra cosa y me dijeron que dejara el cami�n all� para que puedan pedir otras piezas para arreglar. Regres� unos d�as m�s tarde para verificar y no se hizo nada y dijeron que no pueden arreglarlo. Qu� tipo de mec�nica no puede solucionar el problema.
