Our sales representative Joseph was great. He was patient and very informative. He took his time explaining the features in the car and helped me decide on which car I wanted. He was very honest and worked hard to get us the deal we were looking for. They offered the best deal out of all dealers I had spoken to. I took off a few stars because we had issues after purchasing the car. We did not notice the car had a scratch because it was dark and raining so our fault. But the scratch was there when we got home. The GM refused to help or cover the damages.

Had a great experience overall but the follow-up customer service after the deal was done was zero. I felt I got a great deal and the calls before closing the deal was great. They worked with me and met my price point. I had limited timing so all deals were verbal until I came in and signed, which I was grateful. I had to leave because of an exam and the closing process took a little longer. I didn t get a full tank of gas, a car wash, free add ons that were promised but now retracted, copy of the paperwork I signed, and details of my car features so I have to come back for that but again no time. Mossy Honda of Lemon Grove, customer service after the deal is as essential as before and during the deal.

Bryant was an amazing salesman! I d recommend him over and over. I told him immediately what I wanted, the price I wanted and took me on a test drive telling me about all the gadgets of the CR-V, which I instantly fell in love with. He ran numbers and got me exactly where I wanted to be. He made car shopping so easy, stress free. I ran into an issue that my new car had a breaking issue but immediately brought me in and made things right. I cannot recommend Mossy Honda enough!! Finance was great, quick. It was awesome to see how they celebrate new buyers! Awesome team!

10/10 experience. Car buying can be stressful, but we had a wonderful experience here buying our Odyssey Sport. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and they were patient with us in accommodating our two young children. From start to finish, the team was top-notch and worked hard to get us through from one step to the next so we could drive our beautiful car home. I'd highly recommend Mossy to anyone. I came in looking to replace my totaled SUV. Spoke to Alex Lopez (the OG Alex) and he was what you would strive for a salesman. Kind, honest and patient. My paperwork was handled by Franz and he did a great job as well. He was quick to tend to my timeline and showed me the information I requested. Lastly the man in charge, Sal was helpful and was able to get me the best deal in town! I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially their professional personnel.

We had agreed on a price over the phone and text and I had confirmed with them where the vehicle location was. I gave them my word on purchasing the car (as long as it was mechanically sound) and made an appointment to pick up the Volvo with check in hand. Drove all the way to the location to get the run around that the car was not in their possession and was at another dealership (which I had made sure to confirm since the vehicle was showing up at multiple mossy dealerships). My time is important but not to them. They wanted me to go sit down and look at the car fax and pictures instead?

Just purchased a vehicle at Mossy Honda and we had a great experience. I spoke with Juan Garcia a sales consultant over the phone and he was great. Juan was not pushy he was honest and forward with our deal. What we discussed what exactly what we got when we showed up in person. We had a horrible experience at a different dealership we were kind of scared about trying Mossy. We were wrong. These guys were upfront and honest the whole way through. Sales Manager Eduardo was amazing. He was able to work the deal out and we left happy with a car. Very strongly recommend Mossy Honda Lemon Grove for your next purchase. Great job to the whole team.

I had a great experience here. Steve Mean helped me find the perfect car in my budget. I looked at several vehicles, took a bunch of test drives, and continued until we found one that was right for me. He didn t complain, wasn t pushy, and made great suggestions. He and the sales manager went over financing vs. leasing, to provide me with the best option for my budget. While I ended up spending a bit more than I initially wanted, I ended up with an extensive warranty on my lease, which pays for itself tenfold. Please go see Steve if you re looking for a car - I assure you, you won t be disappointed.

My husband and I recently just purchased a Honda Pilot from Mossy. Cesar was our sales person and was great! He was very helpful showing us the features of the cars. He was not pushy at all and gave us the time to do our research and ultimately decide which brand and car was best for us. Overall, we had a great experience at Mossy!

Awesome experience. I am happy with my monthly payment and with the low down payment, especially looking at the cost of cars. That would not have been possible without the help of Istvan Zwirn. He was direct, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He made sure to answer all my questions. I would recommend Istvan to anyone who wants to buy a car there.

They ran my credit even though I told them not too.I told them I came in to sell my car or trade in and two hours later they wanted to see if I wanted to buy off the car I leased with them. They don t care about the customer they care about their profit. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years and I always give them a try or benefit over doubt, over it. They are no longer going to waste my time. No longer doing Business with them. Also they blow up your phone trying to buy your car back but then when you go they never give you a price. Money hungry, not for the people. Will waste your time and run credit with out approval. Run.

Steve Mean was amazing! We had previously gone to another Honda dealership and were told we had to jump through hoops in order to get what we were asking for. Steve quickly eased our minds and gave us all our options.We felt absolutely no pressure throughout the whole process and he got us as close to what we were asking as possibleOn top of all this, the whole process took us less than 3 hours which was very short considering all the moving parts that went into our situation.I've been through the car buying experience quite a few times with several dealerships and this was by far the best experience all around. Trust me when I say that you won't regret asking for Steve when you step into this dealership. We can't thank him enough for what he did for our family yesterday. 10/10!
