Went into the store to get a new signal bulb for my car. Young man behind the counter quickly looked up the bulb number and reminded me I needed the amber bulb since this was for the front. Not taking anything away from Angel, but this is the kind of help I have always received at this store. I just finally said something.

Had my water pump blow off and broke my radiator. Pulled in and they had all the parts i needed. Jacob was the most helpful person. He helped me out for the next 4 hours while i parking lot mechanic d my car, couldn t have done it with out his expertise. Best customer service ive had in a while.

Jacob who works here at 6 pm on a TuesdayIs very rude , sarcastic, tells me to read the instructions instead of demonstrating how to use the product (OBD reader)Horrible horrible nasty attitude , nothing friendly about this guy , his customer service is absolutely horrible , he hinted that I'm dumb " it's right there! Read the instructions! "I can't believe how obnoxious this guy was telling his co worker not to help me with the product at all , not to explain it to me ,Told his co worker not to demonstrate the product , said " have her read the instructions!"Sarcastically came over to pretend to explain the product , then just told me to read the instructions again.This guy shouldn't be in sales or public for that matter with such a nasty. Personality , horrible rude , patronistic attitude .I won't be coming back here to this AutoZone, you seriously should fire this guy, as a business owner, I'd fire this guy on the spot for his horrible customer service .

I came to AutoZone on 10th and all the managers and employees were fantastic especially Moises Bravo came out to the parking lot and informed me how to install the reservoir correctly and within a few minutes I got my reservoir installed and the car up and running and It made The whole job much more easier than I expected best AutoZone in the AV give him a 20 out of a 10 this place Rocks!!!!

This review is based on the excellent customer service I received from their associate Freddy who went above and beyond for me. My battery died so I came in to purchase a new one. They didn t have my type in stock but rather than send me on my way he took the time to call another store and arrange for me to pick it up there. The other store didn t have anyone available to install it so he went the extra mile and told me to bring the battery back to his location and he would install it for me, which he did. It would have been easy for him to just send me away initially but he took ownership of my situation and really helped me out. He also spoke of the pride he takes in helping people, his belief in the company and his desire to move up within the company. A true ambassador and autozone is lucky to have someone like this working for them. Thanks Freddy!

I went into auto zone this morning and I needed oil so bad. I had none in my car nothing. I was waiting in line then a real kind man (Freddy) asked if I needed help. He helped me pick out the right one for my car. Then he went out to my car and checked my fluids. He put the oil in for me. Thank you so much Freddy for all you help and knowledge.

I've been coming here for years and the service has always been primo. Some of these guys are veterans and some new faces. Some new faces I met yesterday Juan, he was chill, I asked if someone could check my battery and he did. He sold me a new one I needed. Now, Bryce. H installed my battery he was very nice very handy with the tools, he was able to install the battery quickly he even informed me about some products to help care for my battery like the battery terminal cleaners, grease and he showed me how to use that stuff. Very cool guy other customers seem to enjoy his company as well, a couple customers came by just to say hi to him and watch the master work as he changed my battery. 10/10 would recommend.

Super friendly service!! I was nearly having a panic attack because my car batter had given out on me before entering my graveyard shift. I quickly came in praying that I could get a battery just in time sine it was a few minutes until the store closed. Your employee, Juan was super understanding of my situation and was super generous enough to not only help me with my purchase, but he helped me install the battery as well. Angel sent!

I am giving this location one star just because of the manager, Miss/ Mrs. Cervantes. This woman is no different from a dirty cop. When it comes to warranty return, or anything, a sound of warranty, certain persons of color in my opinion is scrutinized and ridiculed. This is the modern day problem in America racial tensions that are carried throughout one s lifetime because they grew up in the less fortunate neighborhood around lowlife. Trash doesn t mean that you should paint the rest of the world with the same brush. I hope Cervantes reads this and change her way of being this is America for everybody. someone that has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on AutoZone over the years. Isn t not looking to steal just because they are of a certain color wake up Cervantes. I have more than 80 pages of purchases from Autozone. You are a disgrace to the company if you don t change your attitude. Not every person of a certain color is like the people you grew up around in your neighborhood. Stop bringing your neighborhood to other neighborhoods.

Just left the store a few minutes ago, Bryce H. Is awesome from the timeI walked in and as he rang me out he was friendly and attentive. I needed help replacing the cabin air filter as I am a bigger guy and can't fit between/under the glove compartment and the seat.He took the time to watch a video and do it right. To anyone coming into this location ask for Bruce H. for this young man.

I came in for a check engine light and was greeted by Bruce he provided excellent customer service even helped me with the device since I wasn t sure where my cpu chip or what you use to check was and he was able take all my worries away with his calm cooled collective demeanor if everyone at this store is like Bryce they have to be the best in the Antelope Valley. Thank you again Bryce you deserve to be a Manager or Supervisor for sure.

I has been to auto zone for a while, all the autozone has a good customer service. But the one is touching my hearts is autozone in 865 west ave I Lancaster CA. 93435.I have been there 2 weeks ago.I need oil for an oil change. Went I was there, the shop is busy, I look around and saw one worker, he was busy with something in the store. In my mind, I just want to ask him, where the oil section is. But Mr. Freddy stops what he doing and takes me to the oil section and helps me with nice kindness, asking me what kind of car I have. What year? I told him I know what kind of oil I need but he said using the ring oil is the best thing for the car. I use his computer to look for the information on the car for me and go to my car to help me check. I am a very preacher and Mr. Freddy does it for me. And he not only helps me. Sometimes I went there he and the other workers helped the customer very well. Sometimes I do not see Mr. Freddy, but still, some other workers help me very helpful. Totally all the worker in the auto zone on Ave I is very good. Work well friendly, kindness. I recommend you guys go to all the auto zone. is better than another place I have been before.

I bought a transmission filter kit from them and they sold me the wrong kit. A transmission filter kit for it and I you told me the wrong filter when I pulled it off to put on the other filter. It was the exit exactly the opposite of configurations than what it should ve been and I got and I called him and John and he told me to bring it back. I go back up there and because I was using the gasket and thought I had the filter and I m not gonna bring gas because I can use that and I was already using is already up you know in halfway sold in he told me he won t take it back because that I don t have the box or the receipt or the gasket I do not see it and I m using the gas is all I needed to filter the right field because you show me the wrong one, so I never did and I just walked out the door. If he would give me you know, but I would advise you to make sure with that the AutoZone on High and 10th St. deliver for I manager don t trust him.

Jacob is one of the greatest if there was a service I needed from autozone Jacob S. Whent above and beyond in representing Auto zone and helping a person without a clue about mechanics above all els he was the only one who didn't judge he just wanted to help and know I was safe. Amazing person if you ask me thank you Jacob. God bless you .

Avenue I store, employee Jacob, was extremely helpful. He gave me lots of pointers on stuff I was lacking in knowledge of in my car etiquette. He helped me find the best and affordable battery, checked my fluids, helped me with my brake lights (they were a hazard because they were not working), and he gave me some advice on what to do with another step in taking care of my car for best optimal performance. Very sincere and honest person. Thanks, Jacob! You helped me more than other experiences I have had with other employees at AutoZone (more than one location in Lancaster).

I m so thankful for this guy name Freddy he went beyond for helping me checking my oil to helping me purchase some ac coolent . I really didn t know how to check oil or fill the coolent and I had my kids running around not letting me concentrate n get things done ,but he did it all for me and thanks to him I have ac running in my truck . Such a good worker with customer service skills 100% helped me

The Assitant Store Manager at Autozone name JACOB S. Was incredible and helped me with my broken turn signal and filled and checked all my fluids and was super aware of what I needed and how to accommodate my needs. I really appreciate his work ethic. I wish there was a Jacob at every Autozone. Thank u Jacob will keep coming back. Ur the best!!!

I had an issue with my alternator and these guys were great, Jacob and Moises both helped me, Jacob informed me that my alternator had a lifetime warranty, so I didn't even need to spend any money to get it done. If you need car parts, this is the spot to go in Lancaster.
