I'm really thankful and it was definitely worth the long drive getting to your wonderful department. To upper management your team members are a great asset to your company please take care of them.

The store Manager has left the store to run buy itself, and this has been told to me by Walmart customer experience people only. I was there when the phones were ringing and no one lifts them even when they don't have any work. They just talk with each other and Ignore the calls. Everyone is very disrespectful for there customers I saw one other guy near the security place (He was a African American short with glass.) I asked him where was the store Manager Loren and he was so disrespectful by his attitude and thinks he is behaved like as I was nothing. The Mexican store EL Fresco which is in Carson has 2 Security people and both are African American and Wow . Only the Walmart Management goes to the store they would know what customers service is. Anyways guys when you go there except the Worst treatment for you.

Been calling for hours and noone picks up the phone. Just trying to simply verify something so i dont waist my time going in for nothing. Pick up the god damn phones and do your job or work somewhere else.

Been here many times, i come very early so im first in line for the oil change, they never open at 7 am as the site says, they are usually 30 to an hour late to open. They don't even apologize for opening late, zero care about customer.

Never answers their phones. The couple times someone answered, they hang up after saying hello. What is wrong with WALMART. Why do they have the worst customer service and hire incompetent and rude people? Granted, some walmarts like Beaumont is awesome (BEST customer service every time) but the rest, Ughhhh!!!!

Walmart Auto Care does not pick up the phone. I called several times and forget it. I needed something for my car but scratch that. I am going to the dealer where I know it will be the right part and they will be glad to give me service. It's worth it to pay a little extra.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This happened YESTERDAY. After spending $700 on new tires and showing up on time for my service appointment, the Service Techs told me they broke one of the wheel studs and lug nut. It would also be unsafe to drive and they were UNABLE TO REPAIR IT. They told me to go to another shop to fix their mistake and buy a new stud and lug nut. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. TERRIBLE SERVICE.Service: Tires

The staff is extremely friendly. The price is fair as well. The mechanic who did my oil change even went to go look at my car when I asked him about a few things about my car. Wait time was decent mostly since I needed to do some shopping too. Overall a great experience will be back.

I went in for a battery exchange because my battery was still under warranty and the guy tried to say my battery was not the battery that was under warranty. He said he couldn't find that battery's bar code in the computer that the bar code comes up as it was never sold (like I stole it) so pretty much after going back and fourth I tell him let me check my car for the receipt I might still have it. After I say that he says let me go check something takes forever at the computer doesn't say a word then comes back prints up a receipt tells me to sign it without a explanation so I ask him your not charging me for a new battery rite? He says no it is the battery, and that someone had put a number wrong on the bar code that that's why it wasn't coming up when he scanned it. (How can someone put a number wrong on a printed bar code? When that's the same bar code they used to sell it to me when I bought it?) He almost charged me for a battery that was still under warranty for a error they made! He didn't even apologize! The lady who greeted me outside and started my paperwork was really nice tho.

Went in to repair a leaking tire bought at Wal-Mart & they told us. We were to late to repair the tire. It was an hour before they closed. Told us to come back in the morning. Also seen them send away an 80 year old lady. She just want to buy 1 tire & have it put on so she didn't have to drive on her spare. It you can't stay an extra 10 mins to help the elderly, let alone turn her away an hour before you close then what is the world coming to. The 2 guys were just way to rude. Never coming back here.

I was quoted a price of $59.99 to have my oil change for a Volkswagen Jetta. This included the extra charge from getting oil off the shelf. Because they were out of the oil I needed. I was told they had the filter that was needed. After waiting over an hour while the guy fixing my car kept stopping to hold conversations & joke around with people, I was charged $83. They charged me extra for a filter. I get my oil changed at Walmart often I will never go back again I have never paid this much at Walmart ever

Went in for an oil change and they ended up breaking car door. The manager had the audacity to tell me that is wear and tear to my car. Facts obviously they need to drive my car inside to do the oil change and park it back outside. I offered her pictures with the date and time stamp of the same day I took my car and she the manager refused to take them. The BS claims office representative responded via email to me, talking about after consideration of evidence they and their associates are not negligent.Please take note, Walmart has cameras and will never admit to any wrongdoing. The managers and claim representatives will deny whether you present evidence.Service: Oil change

After being stranded for hours waiting on a tow truck for a flat tire. I arrived to the auto center after it was closed. Fortunately the amazing staff working made an exception to change my tire after hours. I am forever grateful for the people in the auto center. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I went in for an oil change then they ended up breaking my oil filter housing which i had to go and buy another one to be reimbursed. The manager was kind and gave me a free oil change but when i went for my free oil change the guy had striped my drain plug bolt which i had to go get another one and be reimbursed for as well. They were understaffed and had only 1 person in front desk that was his first day. Fact of the matter is nobody here is trained to do their job correctly. If you love your car don't take it here.

How would you feel to go in there and purchase two tires to be installed on your truck and after waiting 2 hours they tell you that they couldn't lift the truck to replace the tires!? I mean come on isn't this an auto care establishment?That is so unprofessional and the customer service is pretty horrible I'm sorry Emily you have no idea what customer service is. I will never come back to this place for Auto Care.

I did my tire change, tire rotation and battery change from here. I didnt find any issues with them. Freddy the guy who helped me on all the 3 times is really cool.And the shop opens from 8 - 7 (Mon - Fri). Next time when I go there will make a note of the weekend timings and update it here

The transaction to exchange a drained newly-purchased car battery was easy. No hassles or waiting for managers and such, I simply brought in my battery receipt from 6 months ago and the clerk quickly took care of it, no questions asked.

I was here because a mistake ( oil cap not put back on) was made when I got an oil change a few days ago. Of course I was annoyed I had to come back, but they were so professional & nice about making it right, I couldn't stay mad. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you correct it that matters.

Came for an oil change. Service was pretty friendly, the wait time was unusually long for an oil change (over 2 hours) but the quality of service was fairly good and the price is also fair. Would take my car back for an oil change again.

I love to write this type of review. Walmart packed pre-Christmas hell shopping going on. I bought batteries the day before & had the old ones for the core return. No receipt bought on card was told on phone didn't need it. Well on core return you do need receipt but, they looked up the purchases from day before & reprinted. THANK YOU AUTO-CARE DEPARTMENT!! You guys went the extra mile to help a customer, something you just don't see anymore especially in Walmart.

Ordered tires online thru Walmart. They arrived in a timely manner. The technicians installed them even though it was close to closing time. Thank you and kudos to all of them for a great job

Purchased a Air filter for my Car couldnt fit it back in the casing went to ask the service dept if they could help me out was told thier was a small replacement charge after he was done he left and didnt charge me anything for his time and he was eating his lunch when i asked him for assistance what a great young man. Would differently go back to this Walmart he was Wonderful for taking his lunch break to help out !!!! 5 stars to him.

Good luck having your tires installed even if you bought them at Walmart. They "didn't have the right tools" to remove Toyota OEM Lug Nuts. What a Joke

In all honesty, they really messed up. Had an oil change not even 1,000 miles and I had to change my oil. But when I did it was just aweful, black gunk came out. Not worth the 70$ or so.

I came to this Walmart for an oil change I was told it would be 3 hours for an oil change because I had two cars ahead of me which was ridiculous one of the guys told me If I left my phone number that they would contact me when my vehicle was completely done I got there at 12:25pm I didn't get back there til 4:00 because they told me it would be three hour wait I found out my car was ready at 1:00pm next time I'll just go up the street to towne center Walmart
