I have a rare Pontiac that needed some work and I had been to 4 other shops, including a dealership, Bob Stall Chevrolet, and all of them refused to work on the car because of the rarity . The auto-body shop manager of Bob Stall recommended that I talk with Lloyd s Collision in Lakeside. I went to met Michael Lloyd in Lakeside and he was confident they could take care of my car and he was 100% correct! His employees are nice and courteous, they were timely with the work and it looks great! I am going to take another vehicle to them for some restoration work. I recieved the best ever service and complete caring I have ever recived from any company. LLoyds is the best and fixed my car, dealt with the insurance, kept me informed and smiled the whole time. They even cleaned my car inside and outside before I picked it up. Cudo's to Bobby and the whole staff. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair. Thanks LLoyds.

My husband & I were so upset when our car was hit because its our favorite!.. I had called another shop who claimed to be too busy and wouldn t return my calls. That was when I decided to look around for another center, that is when I found Lloyd s Collision & Paint Center! And it was honestly the best decision I could have made! .. They ANSWERED the phone (How great is that?) and they told me I could bring the car in that same day for a quote and to get paperwork done! .. I went in and was greeted with a smile!.. I was going to have to leave the car & walk home but instead they were so great and offered to give me a ride because it was so hot that day!.. A couple days later & my car is looking new even though it only got the bumper repaired, but they even restored the headlights which we didnt notice until we were home! ... So great! .. Thank you Lloyd s Collision & Paint Center! You truly are the best, hands down!

Our family are "frequent flyers" at Lloyds. We keep coming back because of the exceptional service that Lloyds provides in its entirety. Lloyds employs master craftsman that are experienced artisans that will transform your vehicle to better than the day it was brand new. Its not just the great work they do, but the entire customer experience. They always meet their commitments, the project is complete when they say it will be done or sooner. If you need a rental car Lloyds has a relationship with a provider and the rental car will be waiting for you at their shop when you need it and the rental car company will pick it up from there when you come to pick up your car. If you need more work done than originally anticipated, Lloyds will work directly with your insurer as a trusted facility to adjust your claim. Truly a extraordinary and exemplary customer experience speacialist. Lloyds is invovled in the community and gives support to a number or organizations and causes. Lloyds is a family run operation with deep roots in the region, you will not find more engaged business leaders. Thank you Lloyds for all that you do, your community is grateful and in your debt!

I really wanted to take my car in here because of the good reviews, I called and went in for an estimate same day and was told it would be sent over in 15 minutes so I could go ahead and send it over to insurance. I was never sent anything and emailed later that day and still nothing. The next day I called and asked again if I could get my estimate sent over so I could take the next steps and was told she would call me right back and still nothing back! The following week they told me I had an appointment scheduled for drop off but unfortunately had to go somewhere else because they simply didn t want me as a customer considering the fact I had reached out 3 times for an estimate and nothing! I understand businesses are busy but they should at least follow up with paying customers.

Professional and courteous people. Jessica and Micheal are awesome people who take care of their customers. My parents have had work done here before, and both myself and my girlfriend as well. I had a small accident and had my car towed to Lloyd's. They took care of the repairs and communicated what needed to happen excellently. It is not to often that a company looks out for your interests seeming above their own. I accidentally ran into 2 stanchions and damaged my Sprinter rv . Lloyd s repaired the damage and returned my vehicle in like new condition exactly matching the paint color scheme of the rv. Very professional work. The front desk crew is first rate. Very reasonable prices for the quality they do. Been in for work on my truck twice. Will continue to go there for future body and paint for sure.Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment as parking can be tight though if not.

Lloyds is going to be my preferred auto body shop for life. After my accident at the end of 2021, I used my insurance s network for body shop repair. Lloyds was on the list, so I checked them out. From start to finish I was kept up to date, had my questions answered, and thoroughly taken care of by what others have said in reviews, family. Tissha worked magic to keep me comfortable during my car s repair process, she stepped out of the box to make sure I was taken care of. The body work done on my car by the mechanics and team, was phenomenal. They completely restored my car back to what it was before the accident. I would hope anyone reading this review, will take the time to consider Lloyd s for their auto body work. I want to thank everyone at the Santee location for their dedication and hard work in keeping me informed, and bringing my car back to its original state. I just took my car in for for some touch up on two fairly large nicks in the paint from roadway debris. The paint is a perfect match. They did flawless work and price was AMAZING. I didn't have an appointment and it took less than 2 hours. These guys are great!!!! Super friendly, fast and trustworthy.

Great integrity and wonderful customer service. I went there today to repair my front bumper.The owner took a look and said that we could just get it pushed back to normal. He did that immediately and said "no charges". Meanwhile, another company told me that I need to repair the whole thing and tried to swindle me! Thanks Lloyd's for your integrity and business ethics. Brittney was in contact with me for the whole process of getting my truck repaired and back out onto the road. Every time I called they were attentive and ready to do what was convenient for me. It was a relief how they dealt with the insurance company and the whole experience was easier because of them going the extra mile. Thank you!

I took my car in for repairs after hitting a deer. The repairs were beautiful, above and beyond, but there was an issue with my insurance because I had already paid out of pocket. When I spoke to Lloyd's about it I was treated very fairly by Lloyd Jr. in the Santee shop. I would recommend Lloyd's for excellent work and ethical conduct.

They are fantastic to work with, especially Bob Lloyd. So easygoing and professional. They do amazing body and paint work and would definitely recommend either location whether it s a big accident or a minor scratch.

They installed my spoiler for my Dodge charger and did a wonderful job. Very friendly as well and the price was fair and to be expected, nothing too crazy. Would highly recommend.

I've known Bob Lloyd and his family for more than 15 years. The serice I've received in repairing my vehicle is the best I've ever had. They are professional, timely & courteous.The expansion of the business to include the community of Lakeside was just what that they needed. As well as, the fact that they are now going to receive the best that money can buy.Lloyds is the only place one should take their car for repairs. Forget the larger and more complex operations, stick with your local, home based businesses like Lloyds. They have been in Santee since the 60's and they aren't going anywhere. I happily write this review and hope that others find Lloyds to be their only body shop.
