The service doesn t stop when you drive off the lot, says Ken, our salesman.The entire team helped us out on a weekend to get the car of our dreams!! So appreciative of the kind and thoughtful attention made me feel much more confident with my automotive purchase.

Zero complaints! Always exceptional service they provide on all the times I have taken my car here for maintenance . They even pick up and drop off my car if I don t have the time because of my job, Which makes it extremely convenient for me. Juan always very professional and a pleasure to deal with, always makes sure my car is taken care of. Detail department always makes my car feel like new. Great service from everyone here. Thank you for all you do to keep my car clean and safe and working properly.

The staff was amazing. Such hard workers and a genuine pleasure to deal with. We ended up finding the right car at the right price and they gave us a very good value on our trade-in. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you are in the market of a car.If you think of a "stereotypical awful, pushy used car salesman" just know you are getting the opposite of that horrible clich� with the crew at Strohmeier's. They are lovely folks.

I've bought my last 3 vehicles from them. Strohmeier's have always taken good care of me. I have never had any problems that they can't fix. Just bought my 3rd vehicle from them. Steve was great with everything. Great service and very friendly and helpful staff in everyone who works there from the sales people, to the girls, to the service department crew. Highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our car. We worked with Steve - he is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. We also had the chance to work with Adam for the financing - another pleasant expert. Even Guy came in during the transaction to shake our hands and exchange some pleasantries. The manager, Rick, was involved at some point too. Thank you!!!

Well IDK how to feel about my last purchase at Guy Strohmeier's. My car was totaled on Thursday the following Saturday I was in the dealership wanting a car, After a couple of negotiations I settled on a jeep. They promised it would be ready by Tuesday that was important because I have work and have no ride to work. Wasn't ready till the following Friday that being said i understand things happen but What took the cake was 30 minutes off the car lot the serpentine belt snapped and even though they said sorry like 10 times they were not willing to cover the 89 dollar tow bill back to the yard. Within my family we have bought at least 10 cars from Guy so i think there should be a little bit more customer service.

I went in yesterday to buy a car and it was a fantastic experience. They were extremely nice and helpful. They have a great selection in cars. They are a dealership that doesn't push to make a sale. They listen to their customer. I'm glad that is was told about them. If u want a fantastic experience go to them.

Bunch of bone heads. Don t waste your time with Guy. He won t show up on time for any appointments you have. He leaves when your in the middle of trying to get a deal done. Sold a car and weeks later found out they still need paperwork signed. Weeks after that I get a call saying I need to send a duplicate title when deal was already a couple months over with and they had actually already sold my car to another dealer who the. Already sold it to a customer . Jim is cool. Everyone else thumbs down. Everything is way overpriced

Bought my Son's first car here. Mike Williamson was my salesman. He took the time to make sure all went well and was very attentive and courteous. They go through their cars before they sell them and keep their promises. Got a good deal on a good 2011 Mazda 2. Highly recommend Strohmeier's.

I bought a car two years ago, had an accident, my car totaled.... .I went back to Strohmeiers. Where else? I can't go back till Monday. I know they will take good care of me.

I can highly recommend this dealership. They are all hometown salesman who aren't out to just get your money, they truly do what they can to find you something that fits your needs and price range, but also keeps them afloat as well :) I prior had worked with Guy directly to get an SUV and had an amazing experience. Today I worked with Mike, and had an amazing experience as well. I can't imagine going to another dealership :)

I just purchased mt 4th vehicle from Jeff Harpe, at Ukiah Strohmeirs. As usual it was super easy! I no longer even have to search for the car I need. I just tell Jeff what I'm looking for, and in a few days he calls me and tells me he found it, and it's ready for me to pick up! I go in, sign a few papers, bang zoom done! So if you like things kept really easy, buy your next car from Jeff Harpe at Ukiah Strohmeiers!

So this place and the staff..I mean everyone is amazing. I had taken my van to other shops and was told its going to cost $80- $200 to diagnosis it. Strohmeier's did it without charge. I took my van in to have them "look" at it see what the noise was...What we got we so didn't expect. For one Guy gave us a loaner..no hassle..He said we will look at your van and let you know. They not only looked at my van they fixed it!! And it was done in the fastest time ever! I didn't expect that at all. I was seriously floored! I can't thank you all enough. From Guy to the service department. Thank you all who helped, had a hand in the process. My family and I greatly appreciate it. God bless. I would recommend this place to everyone. This is the kind of auto center/shop and people we need in our life....wish i had found them sooner. Thank you again.

Can't recommend these guys enough! I told Scott my situation (having a solid job but not a lot of money to put down) and he helped me get approved in like 45 minutes. He also accepted my old 98 Avalon as a trade in, despite it being practically undriveable. Great experience!

Strohmeiers staff lived up to their good reputation. Adam was our sales associate, and he was great! Adam and the rest of the staff treated us with courtesy and respect, and in turn they earned our trust. Very pleasant, light touch, and NO pressure. I bought a vehicle from Hawaiian Mike, one of the knowledgeable salespeople at the car lot. He was very patient. He answered my questions and did not use any pressure tactics that some car salesman do. I was able to find a vehicle at a good price and it was a pleasure to work with the whole team. I highly recommend them . Thank you everyone at Guy Stohmeier's for all of your patienc, kindness, and honesty.

Haven't bought a car from them yet but wouldn't hesitate if they had something I really wanted. I've been using their service center for maybe 6 years now. They're honest ,friendly and never try to sell you something you don't need in the way of repair.

DIRECTED AT SERVICE DEPT ONLY- purchased vehicle from Stroh s last year, bought extended warranty. Ok I needed a new battery today. Juan told me it would cost me $270.00 for a new battery. I told him it s under warranty, why would it cost me $270.00? Um your right mam . Don t trust them. Ask questions. Also they lack communication. My car was their for two days and I had to continue to call them.Dont waste your time or hard earned money.

Guy Strohmeier's Auto Center saved me today. I'm getting ready to go out of town for the weekend and my starter goes out. The have me in and out in less than a whole day. The personally came to my work to pick up my car and delivered it back to me when it was done. Great local customer service. Thanks Jeff!

Went there car shopping with and for my daughter. They had a large selection of vehicles. The salesman was was great. There were a couple of vehicles we liked but they needed to go thru saftey and detail. Before anyone could test drive. So we said we would check back in a few days.

These guys were awesome! Phoenix and Scott got me into the SUV i wanted got me a decent deal and a decent warranty ! I'd recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.

I am never coming here again after attempting to smog my suburban i had nothing but issues with it and had no oil afterwards. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt since i took my mustang there 11 months ago and i was sorely mistaken they were nice but then they are not responsible for a problem that had occurred after leaving so i am never, ever coming back they can take the 45 dollars and put it elsewhere

Well I wanted to see what my options would be if I traded in my car to them I got very little information was told to open a new account account to see if I could get a loan basically not sure yet I will let you know if they get back to me on weather they can trade my car for something or not. Other than that they're very nice and helpful in other ways
