Was the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and helpful person I have come in contact with in a long time. He has been so gracious with my hectic schedule and let me wait anywhere and even helped me with my insurance claim to save me money and stress! Thank you so much again. i would recommend this shopin a heart beat and know he would take care of the next just as well as he sis myself.

This place is AMAZING! I am not the one typically do do a review. I have also been in the customer service industry for years. When I say this place is not only the best I have ever been to but the place I will continue to go, send every person and business I know as well. Ramon was so gracious understanding with my crazy schedule, and so informative. I thought I was going to have to pay a crazy amount deductible but he was able to have to where I paid absolutely nothing. The quality is like factory. I can't believe the craftsmanship that this man puts into his work. If I owned a auto glass shop anywhere near him I would close up shop and go somewhere else their is just no competition when it comes to Ramon and his wife.

This is our go-to shop for auto glass in the area. The business is clean, has a nice waiting area, and they even offered me a cold water after arriving on my bicycle to pick up the car. Nice personal touch! As for the glass replacement, Ramon got it done quickly and professionally. He does high quality work with high quality materials. A windshield is a safety item and not the place to cut corners on parts or installation skills. Ramon stands by his work and the peace of mind is worth every penny. Highly recommended. Plus, it is an opportunity to support a local, hard-working family.

My car had a cracked windshield. I called and the owner sent me a quote within minutes. Once I decided to go with Ortiz, he ordered the windshield promptly. It came quickly and he was able to fit me in a day earlier than expected. I dropped off the car and it was finished a couple of hours later.The new windshield looks great. The owner was friendly and upbeat with great communication. I would highly recommend this shop.

Ramon was so easy to work with through the entire process of getting my windshield replaced. He replied promptly to both me and my insurance company and went out of his way to make sure that I got the OEM windshield that I requested. It was so easy, and he had the windshield ordered and installed in no time. Highly recommend!

Just had my windshield replaced and am extremely pleased with Ramon's work, professionalism, and responsiveness. He was able to get the replacement glass I requested without having to pay more. He provided excellent service and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a windshield repair.

I was driving back into town on Highway 20 and got a bad rock chip. As soon as I had service I was able to contact Ramon. I had seen his business vehicle around town and remembered the name. He was able to get me in within 30 min. I was immediately at ease after speaking with him. I left him with my keys and walked down to O'Meara Bros. For lunch. He told me he would have it done in 35 min. And finished in 25. He did a great repair, explaining everything. Additionally, he was very personable and great to shoot the breeze with after the job was done. Heck he even offered a cold bottle of water, which was greatly needed after being on the road.. I will use again if needed and will recommend him to anyone needing auto glass fixing.

The window placement was perfect no blue tape or scratches were its cut out like other companies ive experienced. Perfect show room material. I will continue to go here& recommend to everyone I know. Their very pleasant & got me in the next day. Works with my insurance also.

This is the best place to go to for a windshield replacement in Lakeport. Ramon is super responsive and made sure to order what I needed and got me on the schedule to install the new windshield within two days! I will be going here for any windshield replacements I need in the future. Thank you!!

We were on a backpacking trip when we discovered someone had smashed our window and broken into our car. Only half way through our trip and far from home, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to continue. Ramon Ortiz rush ordered the replacement window and took care of us first thing the next morning. He was very kind, highly professional, and even noticed that there was some corrosion on our battery terminals and recommended where we could purchase cleaning materials to keep our car running safely until we made it home. Thank you Ramon for taking care of our car so quickly and getting us back on the road.

I called and had an appointment 2 hrs later for a windshield repair. From the phone to the in person service I had EXCELLENT customer service. I would highly recommend Ortiz Auto Glass, he has integrity, honesty and was very friendly and helpful. Unknowingly, the smaller then quarter size crack in my windshield had already been fixed prior to me purchasing the vehicle, I noticed one side of the crack looked as if it had begun to spread. Mr. Ortiz was honest with me explaining how he knew the cracked has been worked on already, he said keep an eye on one little spot if it begins to spread come in. I really apprecite his honesty and integrity as a business man. He saved me fourty-five dollars that day and won himself a life time costumer.

My husband and I Hiighly Recommend Auto Glass Ortiz in Lakeport, Ca. Owner installed a new front windshield for our 2011 Chevrolet Impala due to a extended crack from another driver recently.
