Fix Auto was so professional I had a great experience with fix auto kept me updated on my vehicle it was ready before the original date that I was told so I loved that because I don t like to be out of my vehicle to long but this was a finder binder and I was corrected by them in a timely fashion and everyone was so polite from the office workers and the guy that does the estimate.Thank you guys so much and I m back in my car . Like it never happened,great service, highly recommend,driver side rear taillight area side panel fixed on jeep patriot,they worked very well with insurance state farm,and Enterprise car rentals,here's a pic of repaired area,and one of the nice cars I was greatly blessed to drive

In my opinion, the price charged was reasonable. Fix Auto efficiently repaired the hood, front bumper, and left door lock actuator. The work was completed promptly, even exceeding the initial time estimate provided. The staff demonstrated a friendly and professional demeanor, and appointments were scheduled and honored in a timely manner. Having already utilized their services for two separate repairs, I would confidently recommend them to others.

On August 3rd, my vehicle was rear ended and after battling with my insurance, due to the responsible party not being insured, my claim was approved and we begin the repair process. I tried a few times to get ahold of the shop that repaired my vehicle in the past, Inland Empire Autobody and Paint, but unfortunately the manager I knew wasn't in and ultimately I decided to find a shop that was local. State Farm told me of two options, and I chose Fix Auto. On August 8th, I dropped off the vehicle and expressed my concern with the damage and they gave me an estimated repair window of two to three weeks. On August 18th, I picked up the vehicle and was impressed with the color matching fairly decently. That satisfaction was short lived, as I soon came to realize the bumper was not an OEM part and was fairly cheap in quality. The bumper they used was far from OEM, and oddly enough, in hot weather both sides bulged out and created a gap. Of course when the temperature dropped, the passenger side seemed to fix itself. I expressed my concerns to the shop, and they explained my warranty and that they'd fix it. The excuse I was given, was possibly a defective bumper. I never heard from them, and finally filled out their online survey to which prompted a response from them and of course they said the hold up was due to their parts supplier. One month later I have not heard a single thing from this place and it upsets me. Issue is minimal, but it's my vehicle and I'm entitled to a "PROPER" repair. Not some quick lazy repair. I had to replace the trunk seal due to damage and red over spray, and Ford doesn't make a disconnect for the harness. So I had pull the harness and found two bolts to the chrome facade loose, and the bolt holding my backup camera in only threaded halfway. I shouldn't have to call constantly to have them fix the sloppy work I received. I've attached photos, the white vehicle is a junkyard car with an OEM Ford bumper and even that sits better and properly compared to my so called OEM bumper they used.

Fix auto is where I was sent for an estimate with my car. Due to their speedy service and great updates my car is was fixed sooner than expected. This was also my first minor accident and they went out of their way to help explain the process of getting my repairs and taking care of the rental car process once the car was ready for pickup!

Chose Fix through insurance and convenience. They ordered the parts and once the parts came into the shop, they called. I dropped off the car on a Tuesday and had it back Friday morning. I had to go back for a slight fix and it was handled immediately. Very professional. Hopefully, I don't have to come back, but I would strongly recommend Fix.

Used them before going through insurance and did great job. Very friendly. 6 months later unfortunately wrench on freeway went through my bumper and AC. Went back to them and did not use insurance and got fair price great service and on time.

Response from the Owner on last neg post. on the 2001 Mercedes Benz silver in color. Fix Auto does have a sign authorization to disassemble your vehicle. Unfortunately, when a vehicle is dissembled, parts do break and a lot of times the internal parts are already broken from the accident. In this case nothing was broken in the disassembly of your vehicle all were damaged from the impact. Also do to the age and severity of damages, the vehicle was deemed a Total. having Auto Club for your insurance, they would have suggested you have it towed do to the condition and amount of damages that happened from the accident. Once a vehicle is dissembled those parts are not going to go back on the vehicle, and this is why we suggested your vehicle be towed since you were retaining your vehicle. You are correct when you say customers are our " Bread & Butter " We bend over backwards to always go above and beyond to accommodate our customers, so to see this neg post , I felt I needed to clear our name. Nothing, gets dissembled without a consent. I can email you another copy of you signature. I'm sorry we were not able to put your vehicle parts back on, its physically impossible when they are in pieces.

I was extremely happy with my repair. My car looks brand new! The customer service is amazing. From start to finish they were on it. Very attentive and thorough. Amazing prompt, they know what they are doing, very friendly, I now feel like they are family. From the office ladies to the estimates, and body shop guys. Amazing all around! Will use agin if ever in need.
