Extremely satisfied customer here! I brought my car for a recall, when checking in I was asked if there was anything wrong with the car. I mentioned a light that wouldn t go away for years, I just got used to driving around with it on and keep checking if car is ok monthly. Well, James noted that and told me the cost of the inspection, as well as provided their next available appointment, if I didn t want to wait longer the day I brought it in as a walk-in. Needless to say, the recall has been certified and done; James took care of the issue I was having for years, and also returned a very clean car. Wow, this is going above and beyond and when you receive this kind of service, you feel welcome and we truly appreciate the kindness that keeps bringing us back. Thank you, James and team!

I walked in on March 25th serious about buying a car and knowing exactly what I wanted. I walked out a day later with my 2024 Hyundai Kona. That I am completely in love with. From financing all the way through, the team here worked so hard to get me the deal and price I needed, and assisted me with ironing out any kinks along the way. Big shout out to Jim from service who is just the kindest and most protective man and wanted the best for me, we really was the catalyst for this, Chris from finance who was absolutely hilarious and made me feel so at ease (also, his office has all the good snacks) and Fernando my sales person, really went above and beyond in multiple ways to get me in this car. Everyone was professional but also SO human. This didn t feel robotic or salesy it felt like I was with friends. And coming from someone who has extensive experience in the hospitality industry this aspect was SO important to me. Your guests should feel welcomed like they are family. That s was they did. And this is why I ll be recommending everyone I know come here. Thank you all so much! I ll be putting that maintenance package to use and I ll see you soon!!!!

Greeted warmly, door opened for me, greeted again as soon as I stepped into the service office. Service Rep James was thorough and friendly, plus a nice welcoming gift I used while waiting. Service on my 2017 Tucson (which I love) was efficient! Nice to not only love your car, but also be so comfortable with the dealer s service! See you in another 5K miles.

One of the best features of working with this company is their efficiency of getting the job done. That s why they are always so busy. Fantastic and professional service by Hyundai in Laguna Niguel, particularly Adam Partridge. He was very personable and extremely kind. We enjoyed meeting him and appreciate his expertise. My experience last 2 visits have been excellent. While the cost is always more than what i want to pay. With 2 quotes the dealer was a better quote, a clean and safe place to wait. Coffee and water are complimentary. Plus they washed and cleaned the inside of my vehicle..5 star today from me!

Jose was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He was thorough in processing my service and the techs were timely in getting the job done. The waiting lounge is comfortable with plenty of space to work and/or plug in devices. Can t beat the coffee making machine! If you re looking for a snack, the have a nice selection in their vending machine. Thanks for the great service!

Salesman Vince did a great job finding me an awesome car at an awesome price. He took extra time to explain the many features of the vehicle. The finance dept created a purchase package that addressed my budget requirements.All in all a great car buying experience. Highly recommend this car dealership.

My first experience was good. From reception to meeting with the service advisors to final checkout my interactions were efficient and courteous. Waiting area had workstations, wi-fi, and beverages and snacks. Car was washed and ready upon exit. Overall my first visit left a good impression. I will service my vehicle here again.

James Gonzalez, the service advisor was very helpful. I came in with a flat tire (no spare) without an appointment, by tow truck. He took care of the issue professionally and my tire was inspected and patched in a very reasonable amount of time.

Service here is really great. I was checked in right away, the waiting room was large and comfortable, with plenty of coffee and tea. And the service personnel were friendly and helpful. Plus, my car was professionally serviced. Can't ask for more.

Had an excellent experience buying our Tuscon last week. From JJ to Aaron to Luke the process was smooth and easy. We were on a our way to look at a car and Luke reached out to let me know someone else was there looking at it and he didn't want to waste my time, the most respectful move I have experienced with a car dealer. Luckily they had another similar vehicle that worked for us so we continued on. Couldn't be happier we did. Thanks to the team at Laguna Niguel Hyundai for a great experience.

I brought my 2023 Hyundai in because the skid plate was falling off. Obviously it does not just fall off for no reason. I pointed out to the intake service person that the skid plate was loose and that I suspected it was because the fender liner (which connects to the edge of the skid plate on this model) is damaged. I specifically asked them to do an inspection to determine what the reason was for the skid plate falling off and to address the underlying issue. Instead, they just replaced the skid plate, and I could tell that the left side was still flapping around. After they said my car was ready, I pointed this out to them, but they kept insisting it was not related. So, I took my car to a different Hyundai location, where they correctly diagnosed the issue (it was indeed what I suspected) and fixed it. Not only did Laguna Niguel not correctly diagnose a simple problem, but they refused to listen when I diagnosed it for them. If I were a mechanic and a lay person had to figure out something like that for me, I would be embarrassed, but apparently they just do not care.I had previously brought my Hyundai here for service, because, even though it is not the closest location to me, they previously offered loaner cars when taking your vehicle in; you now have to make an appointment weeks in advance and ask for the loaner car weeks in advance in order to get it.So, there is no reason to come here, and I would recommend to all Hyundai owners to go elsewhere. Laguna Niguel Hyundai staff are polite, but they just bill for the surface level maintenance and have no interest in actually fixing mechanical or body work problems.

I do not recommend this location. The check- in process was not welcoming at all. The first day I took in my car, I wasn t provided with any details about the status of my car or an ETA. When asking questions, I was met with short and stern responses such as I don t have an ETA . I brought in my car around 9am at the service appointment time and did not hear back about the status of my vehicle until 4-5 pm. This was disappointing because I was told that my car would need to stay in the shop to have a part ordered and picked up the next day. I asked for a rental/ loaner and was denied access to either of these things while my car was covered under warranty. I was also denied shuttle service to/ from the dealership while my car was inactive. I tried calling around for rentals and most places wouldn t provide one at 6pm- due to businesses closing. Hyundai really screwed me over and did not offer to pay for our Uber or even reimburse us for our rental. It s really sad how this type of business is still functioning when people are having issues that are Hyundai s fault. My car has been under warranty twice and both dealerships have denied loaners or rentals. This is disappointing.

We are leasing a Ionic 5 EV. The car is beautiful and runs very well. We are less than pleased with the service that we are getting. The salesperson and the manager on duty, when asked about whether we could use the 2-yr free charging plan for our other Hyundai car through the Electrify America, said, 'absolutely, yes'. This is not true. Then we were promised a home charger that they would mail to us. It's been 4 months now. We have left more than a dozen calls about this and other matters. We have not gotten a single phone call back.

My experience at Laguna Niguel Hyundai was top notch! My Service Advisor, August, was professional and kind, taking the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my car and the recommended action steps. Everyone in the department was kind and friendly and made my experience a great one. My car was ready earlier than I had expected and even received a wash! I highly recommend!

Adam is great. i actually had an agreement with another dealership and out of courtesy I wanted to call Adam so he would not have to keep looking for a car for me.He said he would get me the best deal and he did. Very efficient. From walking into the dealership, test driving our car, signing the papers and driving away was about 45 minutes. We are going back to him for future cars.

I saw a Genesis GV80 on their website. I emailed them and said I was interested. I got a return phone call and we set up an appointment to look at the car. I told them I had a clean used car and what I needed in trade in for it. They said they could do that and to come down and make a deal. My salesman was Adam. he was friendly and always quick to respond. He even came in on his day off to close the deal. It was quick and friendly. I would highly recommend Laguna Niguel Hyundai to a friend.I'm a Business owner and know what it is to give and get service these days, it is a lost art.David DBakersfield

I needed to have my car checked for a rear light problem under warranty. LN Hyundai was very accommodating from start to finish. They scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me; I was checked right in and sat in their comfortable waiting room until my car was ready. Car wash included!

Great experience working with the sales team at Laguna Niguel. Chris provided me w a top-notch experience via daily updates, ETAs and he even delivered the car to my home (45 miles away). The dealership was clean, comfortable, and remote-work friendly.

I have taken in my 2022 Hyundai Elantra 4 times to diagnose and fix what appears to be an intermittent mechanical problem with the ABS braking system. Every time they state they could not replicate the issue and that nothing comes up on their computer diagnostic system. I'm told they're not allowed to troubleshoot the problem by replacing potentially defective parts. They can only replace parts that the computer diagnostic system tells them to replace. They probably tell this to everyone that is still under warranty. Since the gas and brake pedals haven't stopped their intermittent "shuttering" along with the front end knocking and trying to grind the car to a stop, I'll have to go the direction of claiming this car as having a safety issue under the California Lemon Law.

The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The waiting room has ample coffee, water Wi-Fi, and TV. My vehicle is finished by the time it was promised, my car was washed afterwards, and the service was great.

As always, Laguna Niguel Hyundai Service department treated us like royalty. From the minute we drove up for our appt to picking up our Palisade, we had the best customer service. We highly recommend. And, Danny is the best!!
