I called this locksmith business right away when I wanted a CCTV system installed at my house because a buddy had suggested them. I did not feel let down. Their personnel was very friendly and knowledgable, and the installation was quick and simple. Extremely happy with the entire experience, and the customer support was excellent!

Yesterday I was having trouble with my car lock cylinder and didn't know where to turn and luckily I stumbled upon this locksmith located near the Walgreens. Even though my Nissan Frontier was pretty old, they were still able to help me out. Not only did they do the work quickly, but they were also very efficient and cost-effective. Highly recommend this locksmith. I will definitely be using them again!

Had a locking door handle that needed repair. The service and experience was fantastic - from ease of booking to the repair. Jennifer in the office was great. Michael (technician) was very professional and courteous, really knew his stuff, and fixed the issue. Pricing was very reasonable and well worth it.

This is a tough review to write as so much responsibility falls upon me as an underinformed consumer. I needed to have a home safe forced open. I agreed to service call and drilling fee over the phone of $175.00. A significant upcharge was added to that estimate on site (disclosed before work began) plus a discounted disposal fee of $75 (total costs of over $600.00) if I were to buy a replacement safe. I was offered and accepted a replacement safe at a cost of $495.00 plus delivery fee (the on the truck and on-site). I found the safe did not meet our home expectations resulting in a 38% restocking charge (fyi, the safe was priced over 2 times more than the same model locally available with free next day delivery pricing) plus adding back $70.00 to the disposal and haul-a-way fee previously discounted. Ben was very friendly through the entire process, if not a bit argumentative when I called the same day and said that the safe did not meet our fire and water protection expectation. I fault myself for not being a better consumer, but the pricing of this company (my opinion only) will deter me from recommending them.

This is the place to get replacement keys made for your bike, as well as barrel saddlebag locks re-keyed to match your ignition. And to top it off, for a great affordable price. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic experience!! I work at a learning center and was looking for a better way to give access to my office to my staff . A friend of mine had recommended absolute locksmith to me and then I called them at 2 o'clock I wasn't expecting to get the same day service. They had someone out to me to replace my office and bathroom locks within the hour. Ben was fast and did a fantastic job. he even took some time to teach me how to use the new system so that I could change my codes and assign Private codes to my staff. Their rates were affordable and Ben was friendly and knowledgeable. I had purchased several different kinds of locks and within a few minutes he shared the pros and cons of each type, their warranty policies and the cost efficiency of each one. I feel like if I ever have to do something like this again, I have such a better idea what I need to look for and will definitely be calling them back to install everything for me!!! Thanks again Ben!

Absolute jewel in the neighborhood. Needed a new key RAV4 key and repair another. Jennifer was awesome giving us a quote and setting up the appointment. Ben then discussed options, like clearing all the programming and got it all done in less than an hour. That beats the dealer by far on time and price. Definitely recommending to friends and neighbors!

Service coordinator Jennifer on the phone was excellent, knew her job and followed through. Technician Ben gave me a flat quote via text and stuck to it. Arrived on time, expertly got the job done, explained everything I needed to know, quoted one additional service but didn't push it. Will definitely use them again should I need a locksmith service in the future.

I just want to say Ben was dispatched to my call and I could not be more happy with the service he was fast professional and was even able to do for me what other blacksmiths had told me I would have to be towed to the dealer to do and Ben did it at half the price. I will use Ben again and suggest you do as well if I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

Ben the tech is awesome. Lost my car keys and he was able to open car door and make a new key for me in less than 15 minutes. Very honest and good prices. Hopefully I won't lose my car keys again but if I do... I'm calling these guys and asking for Ben.

Absolute Locksmith is amazing. I first called the company about six years ago to install a keypad lock on the school where I work. Ben came out and helped me choose the appropriate lock for the use we needed. Ben ordered the lock, came back out and installed it, and programmed the lock. Once he was finished, he went through the steps of everything that I would need to do to reprogram it if I wanted to change the code. This morning, I phoned Ben s company because I needed assistance with my keypad. When I tried to program it I didn t do it properly. Ben phoned me back and when he heard what I needed help with, he actually pulled over his vehicle and walked me through what I needed to do. My problem was resolved within five minutes! I have used Absolute Locksmith a few times over the past few years and Ben always comes and helps me with whatever I need. He is fast, accurate, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Absolute Locksmith! Don t forget to ask for Ben.

Ben was quick to arrive and quick to finish! Took less than 15 minutes to make a new key for my KIA and a spare key get me back on the road and showed me how to get an instant discount! I would highly recommend Absolute locksmith to my friends family and neighbors

I had wonderful auto service from "ABSOLUTE SERVICE, INC." Ben was very efficient and pleasant. He fixed my car problem in a timely manner. I would recommend "ABSOLUTE SERVICE, INC" . I will definitely use them again, and refer them to all my friends.

Last Sunday, the mechanism to my French doors failed. I called them that night, they sent a specialist the following day, and repaired the door with new hardware in a week. This company is the best in South OC. Spoke with Jennifer, and she quickly had Michael out to the house to assist with a Realtor Lockbox that had stopped opening with the correct combination. Michael spent an unusual amount of time picking the combination so the lockbox could be kept and in working order. They could have simply cut the bar, and drilled the box open and been done and gone in just minutes -- not this company. They truly look out for the customer and want to make the extra effort and take the time to do the best job possible.This team has its act together - they are prompt, friendly, patient and truly provide great customer service & quality at a fair price, too - a rarity in this day and age. HIGHLY recommend Absolute Locksmith - thank you for the help!

If I could give a quarter of the star that would be my rate however I do not recommend this outfit to anyone the keys they cut have shamelessly advertise thier store so for that reason I can t recommend them for any service I ended throwing the key away and with such great reviews from your community I don t see why I have to purchase a key with your advertising on it

My mom took two key fobs there to have the battery replaced was quarter 12 $20 apiece when she came back it was $30 not only was one of the fobs open already all day had to do switch out the battery but that s unheard of
