The customer service from the front desk and my estimator while my car was being fixed was great. I was kept updated from the second I dropped off my car to the day it was fixed and delivered to my house. If they weren t calling to update me, they would text me which was nice. I d definitely recommend this shop to anyone that wants a smooth repair process and no inconveniences.

Awesome experience with great up-to-date communication on how the repairs were going. I never had to wonder or worry about the timing as it was fortunately completed early! The extra bonus was they washed the car prior to handing me the keys. And I don t mean just a superficial wash, I mean they scrubbed the inside of the car clean! As a mom of a boy who s car was full of sand and leaves It was SO nice to get into a car that was clean without me having to arrange it! Thank you so much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am very satisfied with the repair work. I have a 2018 BMW. The car is still quite new. I was very concerned about the paint that does not 100% match with the original. The work turned out to very good. The paint job was done perfectly. The adviser texted me on every progress of the work. The communication was top notch. The team at Caliber Collision is extremely helpful as well as patient. They kept me updated about the status of my repairs throughout the whole process, and were always a phone call away.When I came to pick up my car, I didn't even recognize my car in the front lot! The mechanic that worked on my car, Jerry, went above and beyond. Besides fixing the damages, he also sanded-down some previous damage and made my car so much better. Can't thank him enough.My car felt brand-new after taking it to Caliber Collision. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Initially I had a fairly normal experience with caliber collision. They were nice and seemingly very attentive. They even finished the work ahead of scheduled and supposedly provided a warranty through to the end of my ownership of the vehicle.When I went to pick up my vehicle, I still had a malfunction alert. The agent cleared the code and it seemed to be working fine. I was instructed to call right back if it persisted and I would be taken care of since this fell under their warranty.Surprise, the issue persisted and it has been a nightmare to get caliber to take accountability and properly finish fixing my car. They don t seem interested in honoring the work they did poorly and keep not returning calls to schedule me for fixing my vehicle.If you want to avoid issue, go somewhere else. Caliber Collision in Laguna Beach seems only interested in collecting payment from you and your insurance, and leave you in the dark should any problems arise.

We ll be careful and inspect your vehicle, I was taken for a ride.I was told that some parts had to be replaced and at pick up I looked under my car to find out that they have not done so instead they bent back metal and patched it up by doing welding on a subframe.

My experience with caliber collision was nothing short of flawless. the advisor I worked with was Vincent has great communication skills and does not slack on the job in any shape way or form he was on the ball 100% of the times and made the situation seem less.
