These people are SCAMMERS! Don t get your tires here they charge so much and they don t even follow through on their end of the 40k miles WARRANTY !

Called Mike and he had coworker Tristan there in 15 mins. Tristan had my broken vehicle towed to my house in 10 mins. Nice, professional, never had such quick service from a towing company in my life. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing! I blew a trailer tire on the 210 and went to 6 places to find a freaking tire. This place had plenty for us. And helped us right away. These guys are a for sure place to go. Great tow and repair service. Our vehicle was safely moved after a traffic accident and taken to our home where Sergio was kind enough to assist me with changing the tire that was damaged in the accident and replaced it with my vehicle's spare. I am so grateful for B&M towing and auto repair. One of my tires broke unexpectedly, and I didn t have a lot of time to get it repaired. This company picked up my car literally within 10 minutes of contacting them. The tow truck driver was nice and helpful and got the car to the shop quickly. They immediately diagnosed the issue and determined that they couldn t save the tire, which, frankly I expected. They took the time to show me the tire and the damage so that I could see what the issue was. They replaced the tire within minutes of arriving and I was back on the road. Good to go. B&M was quick and efficient and I sincerely appreciate their service.

B&M Towing not only came through for me when I needed them, they did it with professionalism, courtesy, and for an awesome price. I believe the technician's name was Mike. Great guy. Did a quick and efficient job, and got me back on the road home in no time. On top of everything else, it was about 2am when all this occurred, and the service was STILL rendered with a great attitude and a smile. I just highly appreciated every aspect of having done business with this company. They are the real deal, and the 2am technician, if his name was Mike, is a great representative of that. If you are in the LaVerne area and find yourself in a tow or tire emergency no matter what time of day or night, call on B&M Towing. This company is as solid as they come.

I d like to thank Mike and his team on doing a great job on my truck. My truck left me stranded and they were courteous enough to pick up my truck and repair my vehicle back to working conditions. I got my transmission rebuilt, transfer case replaced as well as my power steering pump and a/c compressor replaced. I ve had my truck for about a week now and have had no issues so far. They also provided me with a year warranty if any issues were to arise. Big shootout to big Mike, I d highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a reliable, honest mechanic, which these days is very difficult to find.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto A/C recharge, Transmission replacement, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning

I was driving on the freeway and a very large nail pierced my tire. When I got off the freeway I heard and awful sound coming from the rear of my car . Mind you I was over 25 miles away from home. I contacted the Lexus dealer and was left on hold over 30 minutes (no avail) I went to a local tire shop in San Dimas the owner of that tire shop did not have my tire in stock was very nice and tried to help. I then searched Yelp and called B&M and talked to Mike and provided him with the make /model of the run flat tire. Mike had it in stock and quoted the price which I found reasonable. When I arrived to B&M Mike and his staff examined my tire and immediately worked on replacing the damaged tire with the new tire. Mike and the B&M staff were professional, kind and honest. I highly recommend B&M to others. They provided stellar service.Service: Tires

Came across B&M from google when I needed a tire. Mike picked up and helped me out now I ve taken all three of my cars there and they fixed my bmw which 3 other mechanics had a problem fixing. I just want to say Thank you Juan and his amazing team (Side note: I m very picky when it comes down to my Cadillac Escalade). Brought my truck here to be worked on and all I could say is I m glad I did . Juan fixed the problem and my truck is running perfectly good. Very honest and reasonable pricing. I ll be back here to get my brakes down. I had a bad experience at the dealer with my brakes in the past .

I got a flat late in the day and needed a quick patch job, but EVERYWHERE else closes at 7pm. Not this place! So I rang the guy up and he said he would be going out on a tow and asked if he could call me when he was back. I said no problem (I was at home with the tire already off Not on a highway. I could wait.) Not ten minutes later he calls me back saying he talked to the person who needed a tow and they politely agreed my job wouldn't delay them by more than half an hour. So I raced down there and boom! Within 15 minutes fixed and out the door. Great prices, open at all hours, and efficient AF.

Used their services on my way back to Sacramento from Mexico. Tire pressure kept going low & needed it repaired. He took a look at it & saw my rim was bent. On 10/29/2022 I got a flat tire on Arrow Highway in La Verne, CA. I called AAA emergency service (I'm a member) and asked for help. After calling repeatedly and waiting for 4 hours the AAA never showed (not good). The nearby gas station attendant suggested calling Mike at B&M. Mike came and fixed my tire and helped me get back on the road in a short time. Great guy and service!!! Thanks!!!

Mike and Michael towed my car to the dealership of my choice (not the one closest, like most companies do) when I blew a tire on the freeway. They were professional, kind, and provided above par customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a tow service.

Our Chevy Tahoe stopped working, they were the cheapest option in the area & got to us so soon. The man helping us was super professional & knowledge. Before he got the Tahoe on the tow truck, he tried to see if there was anything he could do to make it work beforehand like trying to jumpstart it and making suggestions as to what he thought It could be. He made sure everything was secure, even his passengers. He made good conversation & when he dropped us off he parked our Tahoe perfectly. Would definitely call again if we needed another tow!

I went to B&M Towing today to purchase new tires, they were very friendly and professional. I paid a very good price and all my questions were answered. This is the second time purchasing tires from them and I will gladly return next time I'm in need.

Local shop, with some of the best mechanics around. Also was able to get tires installed last minute on a Sunday. Highly recommend

I had parked my car in a del taco parking lot because I had to much to drink and was unableTo drive, which is the responsible thing to do. The next day not even 12 hours later I went to go pick my car up and it had been towed. The company was b and m towing . I was upset but happy to find my car. When I called them and asked how much the fee was I was appalled at how they are able to take advantage of customers. They picked my car up at 1pm and at 6 pm when I called I was told it was 480$ to get my car out! That s outrageous how is it almost 500$ for not even 6 hours. This company is a joke who takes advantage ofPeople. Beware!!!

I've used the tow service and mechanic a few times, mechanic is good, fair prices, no long waits for oil change. They even gave me a ride home and brought me back when my car was ready.

Great mechanics. I used a mechanic near by and after a job they forgot to connect some hoses. B&M solved the problem and fixed the trouble code. These guys are my new go too mechanics from now on. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
