We drove from Austin to San Diego and had just gotten our oil changed before our drive. As soon as we hit San Diego we started getting a low oil message so my husband took our car into this establishment and they took really good care of us and didn't charge anything, even though it wasn't their mistake. I will always take my business here in the future. Great customer service goes a long way.

Mike and Diego were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and offered accurate answers to my questions. I came in for oil change because my son highly recommended Jiffy Lube. No pressure to do ad-ons, but the prices were great so I had 2 items completed that I was waiting to get done. My car runs better and looks better! So I feel better.

First time here since my brother usually does my oil change. I arrived as a walk in around 9am for an oil change. I was already pleasantly greeted by all the employees and they had a waiting room. Less than 30 minutes, my oil change was done. One important thing was they do change the crush washer with the oil change as opposed some other places, ::coughcough valvoline mission gorge:: Prices are transparent and dependent on which motor oil type you choose. I also had my engine air filter changed during their inspection. There was no pressure to do it but I had it done anyways. They even reset my oil light back to 100%! I would go here again!!

They left a flap open which drags on the road. This happened because the techs didn't screw it back on after I told them not to do it again. No washer fluid or coolant was checked or topped off. Not sure what else they skipped over. I doubt I will come back to this location. Not worth it.* contacted them by email and never heard back.

Jiffy Lube always been nice to me and my family today I was in Lake Mori Jeffy lube manager was so nice to me with all the associate they check everything on my car and they were so nice to me and so fast and polite. I really appreciate them, especially the manager.

I had a great experience having my car inspected for a Lyft and Uber. Trouble was something about the certificate would not be excepted, but when I contacted Jiffy Lube, they went out of their way to fix it for me immediately, and they were so very helpful. Thanks, Eric!

Very fair compared to other oil lube places. Diego was fantastic young man that works there. Big props to his professionalism and customer service. Jiffy lube is lucky to have him as an employee!

They were so honest and accommodating! My clutch completely went out and I needed to get it towed. I initially thought it was the cylinders not the entire clutch being bad. I mentioned this over the phone so they quoted me for 443; When I got their they then did an inspection/diagnostic and it turns out that my entire clutch was broken. They said they couldn t do it since they are a site for minor repairs and this would be a big repair around 2k. Since I needed to figure out my options, I needed to figure out what I was going to do while my car was being towed. They offered to have it stay their while I got everything together! Now that I ve found a repair shop that does larger repairs, I wanted to leave a review due to their amazing customer service, empathy, understanding, competence, knowledgeable, and everything else. Christian deserves a raise!

I have been to several Jiffy Lube locations across a few states, and this is by for the best. The people here truly care about what they do and about the safety and maintenance of my vehicle. I've come back to get worning lights checked and turned off with no cost to me. I really enjoy the staff they are friendly, professional, and quick.

Brought my car to get inspected. Waited 15 minutes. Waiting room was clean and cool on a 90 degree day. The guy at the desk was polite and didn't see rushed talking to me. Took my info and I was gone in no time.

This is my second or third time here and every time they treat me like family. This is the best jiffy lube that you can take your car too and get correct and honest diagnosis. I would never go anywhere else again. Sam and Eric did an awesome job. Everybody there is very professional and knowledgeable about anything you ask them. Five stars plus oneService: Oil change

Samuel T restored my headlights. I had taken them two months ago to someone who ruined them. After finding out that Jiffy Lube has a lifetime warranty. I immediately took my car there. Samuel T was very detailed, very careful not to touch my paint job. He far exceeded my expectations. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job.

Wen went above and beyond to answer all my questions and communicate with the technicians effectively to perform the proper service I asked for. This is an amazing place, to get service done on your vehicle not just oil change, but they do other repairs as well. I had my serpentine belt replaced. Awesome job and price!! Thank you for being honest and true. It s really hard to feel bad a good mechanic.The staff is awesome, friendly and professional!!!

Great for quick oil change! No appointment need. You do pay more for the convenience and they are clearly salesmen trying to sell other services. Not all of which might be actually needed. Busy when I arrived. My service attendant Wen was very charismatic and checked in well with myself and other customers.
