Harold's Automotive is a great place to get your classic engine rebuilt from what a buddy told me. After 2 years of his truck in the body shop at an entirely different company, Harold's has held on to my buddie's engine for when it is finished in the near future.

I had used Harold's three times before this last time and had always had a good experience, but this "last time" they took 3 1/2 months to do 2-3 weeks worth of work. I was not given truthful status of the vehicle many times. Once I finally received the vehicle back the new steering wheel they installed was pointed at 10:00 and a new dent was in my hood from where they did not clear the new master cylinder they installed. There are also multiple leaks in seals and hose connections.I would have taken it back, but after that kind of work and the time they took to do what they did I will just move on....Unfortunately I think Harold's has become a shop of quantity, instead of being a shop of quality... (sad)

Harold and crew did a lot of work on our 51 Chevy and did it in a short amount of time and did a professional job everything was neat and clean. Thanks Guys

Harold and his crew are great. The work that they do is amazing. Don't expect a concierge service at this place, but if you have an older vehicle that needs to be repaired this is the place.

I needed to get my star smog certificate for my vehicle registration. There was no wait and it was done in about 10 minutes.

I had been going here for years, but after 3 or 4 attempts at fixing my problem, months of having an unusable car, and hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in costs I finally went somewhere else where they fixed it on the first try. Prior to this I had no problem with them for at least a decade.
