Had a screw in my back left tire, and it was totally flat. Drove here and instantly the lady I was working with was very attentive and informational. She helped me pick out the best tire that was available for my car and even gave me some solid advice to make things easier in the long run. On top of that, my tire was fully replaced all within 45 minutes. Super helpful and very efficient, highly recommend this place. Thanks May! :)

I made a last minute appointment for a brake service. Came in on a Sunday morning and was greeted by Bruce. He was honest, communicative, and knowledgeable. He informed me about a promotion that they had, which was a much better price that what I was anticipating on spending. My car was done within a few hours and I couldn t be more happy with the service I received. This location is further from me than others, but it s certainly worth the drive. Thank you, Bruce, for such great customer service.

Five stars. The customer service is the best. Everyone was hospitable, patient, friendly and didn t mind explaining, and listening, too. The services Pep Boys offers are exactly what I needed to restore my peace of mind about how my car is running. And the services are affordable which I actually didn t expect. Even when I missed their call which caused a delay in going on to the next step of service- they never once showed discourtesy to me. I m so glad I went there. I ll gladly use this business for as long as the staff keeps up their great work this way. They should be proud.Other reviews mentioned May and Alex- those are the two who helped me also. Clearly they are top notch.

I had a screw on one of the tires, loosing the air quickly. I went to this place to have it patched in the morning as soon as they open, but the man was unfriendly, told me it will take over 2 hours to bring the car in to fix it. I told him the air in the tire won't hold for that long, he turned me down to go another place. The shop wasn't look busy at all, he seemed that he just didn't want to fix it.

Bruce was a life saver! We were on our way to dinner and our skid plate came loose and started dragging on the floor. I pulled in to Pep Boys and Bruce was able to quickly help us and get us back on our way. Very friendly and quick to assist. 5 stars!

Was in another state and received excellent and thorough service for oil change and tire rotation. Had told the manager that I needed my car to be road ready for a 1000+ miles drive. Was advised I have low tread on tires. Follow up call a week later to advise of tire sale, but I had already scheduled new tire service at the Pep Boys closest to my home. Great follow up was appreciated!

I choose to give it 1 star if I could I wouldn t give it the star I d give it 0 star I bought a set of tires from pep boys unfortunately every time I schedule an appointment to have a tire rotation at this location I always get a call from this location and they give me a whole story about one of the mechanics not showing up to work this or that, expects for me to feel some sort of sympathy for them but if a customer is 1$ shy away from buying a set of new tires they will not have any sympathy for the Custumer I can guarantee you that they will not release those tires but expect us to have some sort of sympathy for them I have to commute to the Whittier location or to the Fullerton location to get my tire rotation when I live in La Habra and would expect to get it done in my home city instead of commuting to different cities unexepytable hopefully the right person that works in this business runs into my review and hires at least 1 more auto tech personnel so they aren t calling customers back and practically canceling the appointments for them

Easy to make an appointment, staff told me everything up front, job was done to my satisfaction. I have no complaints, there were no hidden costs, and the staff was friendly and honest.

After initially ordering the tires and them not arriving on time, the tires made it to the store and the service was great and relatively fast. Tires made the ride better and quieter. May at the La Habra location informed me of everything, the warranty, what work was done, and any options that were available. Overall, a great experience.

Worst service experience I ve ever had. Service technician was rude when checking the vehicle in for the appointment I d made 24hrs prior, was told oil change/tire rotation would take 45min to an hour (which is reasonable), 2-1/2hrs later the truck is done (though it s questionable wether or not the tires were rotated ) and the employee who closes out the service ticket and takes payment pulls an attitude when asked why it took so long and why no one could tell me anything when asked about the repair status while it was up on the lift give me a break. There are two dozen other shops along Imperial Hwy within a mile of this place that actually deserve your business. Take a hard pass on Pepboys.

I had a mechanical breakdown. Pep Boys is near my home. I called them up. They got my car in. I was able to monitor the progress from start to finish I picked up my car the following day and as of this review, it is operating as it should be. I am very pleased with its performance.

I had a fantastic experience during my recent visit to Pep Boys at 125 W Imperial Hwy, La Habra, CA 90631, for brake repairs on my 2012 Toyota Highlander on 09/27/2023.May and Bruce were absolutely outstanding in their professionalism and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure that my brake issues were resolved efficiently and effectively. Their expertise and customer service exceeded my expectations. The guy at the front was very helpful and was able to track down 4 tires that I desperately needed (came in only expecting to fix a flat, because I knew my tires were kinda hard to track down on short notice). I was able to ask the mechanic working on my car about the rotors on my car (my brakes had been squealing for a while now, so I knew they needed to be changed soon), and he was able to show me some of the wear on them. They were able to get and change the tires much faster than I was anticipating, and when checking out, I was given options to pay for some of the other services I was going to need soon. I turned them them down for now because this repair was already an unexpected cost for me, but it was good to know for the future. I was overall extremely satisfied, especially because I did not expect to have my tires changed the day after my flat, and on a Saturday on top of that. Literally life savers because I need my car to get to my cancer treatments. Thanks again guys!

I just received the best service from Alex!! I had an appointment but went in earlier because I had a plane to catch. Alex said he could start on my car asap and replaced both tires, fixed two valves that almost tore off my Tesla. He was so nice, accommodating and super efficient. He had to look up my valves because it was a Tesla and only had to replace a part of the valves. I would highly recommend Alex and this Pep Boys!

5+ Star Experience.I live closer to other service shops, but having had a truly great experience at the Pep Boys in Culver City, with them skillfully catching a potentially life-threatening issue on my partner's truck, I thought I would drive a little further to stick with what I know, and I do not regret it. From the moment I was greeted on arrival by Alex, to the non-condescending and respectful, but professionally detailed explanations given to me by the Techs Mike and Tristan during the troubleshooting process, I felt no "sales-pitch" pressure in the short time I was there, only an informed and transparent process of what was going on with my car, and what my options were to fix it.I came in with an unknown issue causing my whole car to shake, feeling very uncertain about the mechanical reliability of my vehicle, and they showed me with complete transparency and honesty that it was a simple internal failure of one of my tires. They could have tried upselling me on further expensive diagnostics and parts replacements and I never would have known the difference, but instead I'm leaving with confidence not just in my vehicle, but that I have now found a trustworthy group of workers who know their trade and are honest purveyors of goods and services. I am purchasing 4 new tires from this location, and I am now a customer for as long as I live here in La Habra.Thank you very much for your helpful service, and for helping people get to work and back home to their families safely every day.This is a completely unbiased review with no discounts or promotions or anything applied, and I only mention this because I see that happening so often in other review sites. I've been coming to the La Habra Pep boys for years because I've always gotten good service on my cars. They're honest, friendly and thorough. They've never tried pushing me to get unnecessary repairs and explain about things that may need fixed in the future. The group of mechanics, technicians and manager there now are super professional and friendly. I feel safe there because I know I won't get ripped off. Thanks you all!

I recently went to Toyota for a service and they told me that I needed my control arms, and ball joints replaced. Since I recently purchased my vehicle from Carvana it comes with a limited warranty so I took it here instead.Turns out I didn t need anything to be replaced! They looked over the parts that the dealership told me to replace and found nothing wrong with them.Thank you Mechanic Mike!This saved me over $3,000 that I would have spent otherwise!The manager, Alex, was great and very friendly while answering all my questions. I will definitely be coming back.

May was very knowledgeable and very helpful during my time here. She helped me get my car in after 5 (they close at 7 on weekdays) I did have to wait a little bit after 7 but there was another car in front of me. Prices weren't bad either. If I have any more issues, I will definitely be coming back

I went here for new tires and May, the girl at the front desk, was SUPER helpful. She spent a lot of time with me making sure I was getting everything I needed but at the best price. Not being pushy or impatient. I was really happy with the service.

I needed a specific tire, so I called the service desk. Only 1 showed in stock. Mayela wanted to confirm that the part was actually in stock before I made the trip out. This shows great customer service. I did come to get the tire installed, and she went above and beyond to ensure my service experience was a positive one.
