Charged me for thermostat replacement minus the thermostat. When I returned ( 1yr later) i explained the issue. The owner including employees responded "how can we make this right?" Any business providing a service or product can understand true customer service having Mikes Performance exemplify as such.

These dudes are something else. No reason for so many bends (causes lack of power) the welds are mid at best. I m not sure if the whole team is like this or just this location. Result doesn t look like the picture I had shown them. They created a nasty stick out and couldn t fix it. Why would you tell a customer you can do a job and come out with a different result. I don t have a photo of the first exhaust tip they threw on but it was even worse. They didn t even check in with me on how I wanted it before welding.

If I could give them no stars I would. First of all I called before I got there and asked if they could do brakes on my car they said yes gave me a price and everything. I get there they tell me to pull my car around back they put it up on there stand and my car sits there for over an hour without them doing anything there's people that came well after us who's car was serviced and they left so I start to trip like what's going on why has my car sat here for over an hour with no one looking at it. There were multiple employees walking around not working or doing anything, they then look at my car and say they can't work on it because my brakes were metal to metal Ok cool but i still tripped because as fast as you let me know that why did you have me sit over here for over an hour when it took less than 5 minutes to know you wouldn't work on my car. I could understand if they had a million cars to work on there were employees standing around looking for work. Not only that but by the time I left it was already 3:30ish so not much time to go buy brakes and find someone to put them on. They are sorry when it comes to customer service.

I had an issue with my mid pipe i kept hearing a rattling noise and it's been awhile that i put it off but today i cross by MPE and right away they took care of the issue and showed me what was making the sound and right they had the replacement and less than 100$ bucks to get it fixed and weld and installed is not bad once fixed there was no more rattle i recommend them 5 stars

Went to have my invidia n1 exhaust installed. They made a custom 3 inch pipe to have it properly adjusted. Recommend them for all your exhaust needs.

Heater core replacement plus new blend door and actuator. Done by an old school electrician so the whole dash came out including the steering wheel. After 2 days it all went back to working good, plus a few cracks of the dash cover...25 yo and very thin so gave them a pass on that. Claimed the screw tightening caused it. Got a carpet cover on the way! Fun and friendly place with loads of exhaust work and plenty of mechanics, and lifts!

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Also the prices are by the best around. I did lot of shopping around and they beat all other quotes by almost half. Definitely recommend this place if ur considering some exhaust upgrades.

I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know. Went in there with an exhaust system for my bmw and the staff did not wait to welcome me and start working on my car. Superb customer service and job well done! Thank you TEAM MPE #2.

Over priced. Dishonest. Claimed his cost on one of my catalytic converters was $280. Found it online for $80. I had no choice but to have them do the work since I was in a rush.

Excellent place ! Had dual exhaust system made by this shop wow almost looks like it came out the factory ! I had had several exhaust places done work for me this guy here by far beats them in the quality of work .
