I took my car for an oil change and when I picked it up was making a horrible noise. Oscar advise me to take my car back biggest mistake of my life. The following day he took my car without my concent and ended up totaling my car and my personal property till this day he has not replaced my car nor my items in the vehicle. He has the habit of using customers vehicles after hours. DONT TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP. THERE NOT CERTIFIED BY THE BBR.

This place is amazing. They are the only ones I let fix my car. I am a woman and have been coming here for many years. I don't know why anyone would leave a negative review. This shop is the real deal. Oscar is always straight to the point, honest, and respectful. The lady, Monica, is also very good at treating customers. And the prices are reasonable! They are often busy, but I see that as a QUALITY problem. I drive all the way from Santa Monica to this shop. I've seen they keep adding new services which is great. I highly recommend giving this place a chance.

Absolutely NO! Don't come here. They charge a lot and they make you go back and tell you that something else is wrong and consecutively.

Great staff. Professional , friendly, knowledgeable. Always had great service here, this recent visit was no exception. Ricky is a man of his word. Repairs and replacements were done as expected, car was ready when promised and price was better than quoted. The tech, E. Jimenez, has worked on my car before and goes the extra mile and it's greatly appreciated.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

Horrible horrible experience charged me $400 for something that wasn't fixed kept my car for over a month i kept on calling him to see what was going on and he would promise to call me back never did finally i had to go pick up my car took it and car still has same problem!!! but its ok planning on taking him to small claims court don't care how much money i spend on taking him to court but i will! Also he tried charging me like $500 for a part that i got at autozone for like 150 a complete thief!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They told me they ll come to my car since it does not start to check out my issue and I m 1 minute away! They left me hanging and I kept going out to check if there here with my 4 month old very frustrated! I called them and just ignored my call rude and unprofessional don t come here

Dropping my Honda CRV 2000 for repair. Arturo, my mechanic is helpful, knowledgeable and reasonable. He explains what need to be done and he will make sure it works on you. Therefore i go there only if i need my car to be serviced.

Most definitely recommended!! 5 star Rate if there would be anymore stars to rate I would !! Lol ask for Arturo the owner very busy shop but just like anywhere else.just have to have patience..very straight forward and not wanting to put unnecessary parts also he Gets to the bottom of it until it s solved!! Very good attitude and most of all very good detailed work with precision!! Had my 08 charger srt8 with a blown engine..he managed to swap it for me with new gaskets sealed everything nice and secured motor mounts...result -very tamed and controlled engine....these people work miracles!! If there was a such thing of a car doctor these guys will make it happen and get down and dirty !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5 star rate!!!! HOPE AND PRAY U GUYS EXPAND MORE CONSIDERING THE GOOD AND POSITIVE IN U GUYS...considering all the effort !!!

I was referred to RPM by moe's smog in Bell Gardens because my car didn't pass smog being a woman even in today's time still promotes anxiety because well mechanics are known to be crooks, liars and hustlers. I spoke to Oscar who treated me so respectful and straight forward. He gave me options and reasonable quotes. I felt so comfortable with Oscar and his Dad Arthur who did the job. I definitely recommend these guys. Thank you Oscar for helping my car pass smog Nancy

Didn't wanna give no stars. Talked with owner he said he would fix my car. Never called back and had to look for another mechanic. Lied and I was recommended and will never recommend them. Waited a week and called and still no response. Nope never again.

I've been coming here for years I've never had a problem with none of the mechanics I am actually pretty happy I drive all the way from San Fernando Valley cause his prices are always Good deftly Recommend them.

They put tap water in the radiator, and do not change every part they said they would. They will pretent to be upset if you call them out and find out you were charged for everything but did not change every part they said they would.Le ponen agua de la llave en el radiador, y no le cambian todas las partes que disen que le van a cambiar.
