They dont know what they are doing, i came here for a tune up and they ended up breaking a part of the oil filter and it turn out to be a 4hr wait time, cause the guy doing the tune had no experience. What a lack of professionalism and ethics on what they do. They simply don't care about your car at all.I would Never come back here again! And i highly recommend to Stay away from this placed.....better paid a little extra somewhere else that has the right tools and the right people with expertise to do the job correctly.

I payed them 1,097 cash to replace a spark plug and some of other things. Just for them to ended up messing my van even more. They glued a cable to the engine cooling fan module. Those dumb mechanics don t know what their doing. I m so upset right now, when I try to confront them, they so-called moved. And the new owner was playing dumb. He didn t want to give me the information to contact those baboons. Don t come here. They don t know what their doing. I hope karma gets them back. For doing a Mickey Mouse job and taking the money of hard-working people, they never told me that they glued the cable which is the most upsetting part. I just found out until my check engine light was showing.

They DO NOT know what they re doing on god. Came to get my car checked out here was told they were gonna run a diagnostic but I TOLD them I had an issue with the starter. Charged me $50 for not doing jack shii.

Hp auto repair is a great place to get your car fixed...no run around...plus they will give you back the actual parts that were replaced decent prices but amazing knowledgeable staff...I will totally recommend...

These guys are terrible mechanics, believe me when I say that they do not care about your vehicle. I came in for a valve cover gasket and a set of rotors and brake pads. Only to find out that they did not bother to perform basic practices such as cleaning the oil off the rotors, or adding anti seize to the brake pads that I specifically asked for and provided. If you care about your car, these guys are not recommended. They over charge and do not perform proper practices when handling your car, they simply do not care. Come at your own risk!

Mechanic doesn't really care about the customers doesn't care to ask your name and doesnt remeber what he said before i mean if you need an oil change that's pretty much it. Sketch.
