Climas Auto has always been the most reliable and top HVAC service for all my automotive needs. I've been coming to them for years and my grandfather, for a few decades. We've always been happy and he is exceptionally honest, I mean honest! He will not bleed out the last dime you have just to earn a buck... He will give you honest advice and not replace parts out of random because he wants money, he will save you money and pinpoint the exact problem with his years of expertise. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

My experience here was good. I let them do their job. The price was right and I felt in good hands after leaving. P.s. If your going to wait there make sure to cancel any appointment because it takes like to 2 hours or more to do the whole A/C process for your vehicle or you can just leave it there and come back.

I pulled up to this place to get my sisters' miata ac refilled. I was greeted by a grumpy boomer who was giving me the stink eye. So I parked, got off and said "Buenos dias jefe, queria llenar el carro con aire acondicionado." to which he replied, "I can't do it I have a customer already.'' "OK, how long will it take to fill a truck with AC?'' He responded 2 hours or more.'' I was the second car there?? I recomed you take your buisness else where. Seems like this place doesn't need any more business.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON T COME HERE! Very Rude! Irresponsible! Has no accountability!We took my car in 2 weeks ago to get the ac hose repaired and Freon. He had to order the ac hose, which was going to arrive in 2 weeks. We were going to leave everything paid for but the owner insisted we only paid for the freon, $100, and pay the rest, $160, when the rest of the job was done. I drive back to LA 2 weeks after, a 2 hour drive with no ac, to get this repaired. I get there and the owner stares at me as of he s mad, not even greeting me. I walk up to him, greet him, as if I was the owner, explain to him we has been there 2 weeks prior and all he says is I don t remember, I don t remember already with a negative attitude. I go to the car, pull out the receipt for the freon, I hand it over and he s not even grabbing it. His response is, I don t have the house here, what do you want me to do? I said, you said you ordered the part from Moreno Valley and you should received it in 2 weeks . That was 2 weeks ago. He s response I don t have a phone number to contact you . Our phone number was in the top right of the receipt. He kept yelling well I don t have the part, what do you want me to do? You go get the ac hose, put it on then come back and I ll put the freon. I don t know how to do it, that s why I came to an ac repair shop. We kept going back and forth and asked him to give me my money back. It was a waste of time, gas, and suffering in the heat for 2 hours for him to have that attitude. Not even an apology for him forgetting to order the part.WORST SERVICE EVERService: A/C system repair

Because you need to leave a comment you have to at least give a star, but this particular business do not deserve even that, this person who was working on one vehicle told that if I want to get the service for my car either wait for 3 or 4 hour or leave and come back later but he won t guarantee me if I get back I wouldn t have to wait 3 plus hours before he finished with the cars in front of me with. He was very rude and unprofessional.

I see some comments about their attitude having to do with race., trust me, that is not the case. I am Mexican and was treated very bad too. I do not recommend this place at all, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

The owner was really rude and honestly i think he s to old to even know what he s doing just by me asking two questions he denied me service saying I m not able to do repairsI just filled up the tank with liquid freeze but i do not repair so my question is then why do you promote something you are not able to do

Buyer beware.Got one star, but if I could I would give less. For sure a ( -5 ) rating. The workers are extremely rude and disrespectful with very little desire to help or service any amicable customer. Save your money, and go around the corner on Alameda St. (anywhere btwn. Firestone and Florence) where you can find more than handful of good respectful Auto repair shops that do AC for a better price as well. I stopped on the SW corner of Alameda and Nadeau where I got a good deal on my AC with guarantee and a professional attitude. Climas will not have my business ever again.

My partner was ignored even though he was 2nd in line. He is a African American and the man only spoke in Spanish. Once my partner got their attention they said they could not help and they only do freon which is untrue. My partner felt they where overlooked because of being African American everyone else where Mexican. This place and attitude is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The owner was very rude. I went in to discribe my issue to him, and he said "you need to take it to an electrician". He didn't even let me finish saying the issue. It appears they are only good for recharging your AC. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

They seem to know what they re doing. They have fixed my ac before at a reasonable price. Whenever they re busy, they get frustrated and don t know how to handle customers. They start giving you attitude. If you have little patience, don t go on a busy day.

Do not use this place. Charged 300$ for an air compressor and its the cheapest Chinese one. Theyre a rip off if you google the part number a junk chinese compressor comes up.

Have problems with my heater and the owner explained to me in detail what the issue was with my vehicle. Was not able to get it repaired but the man knows his stuff. Thank you.

The workers here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Paid an arm and a leg to get my car fixed 1 week ago and my car is blowing hot air again.Don't recommend this place.
