My car was keyed and this facility did my auto body repair. Although they did fine work on my car, they employ thieves!!!! I left my car with them for 2 weeks and upon the return of my vehicle, I noticed that my compact battery charger (responsible for powering my vehicle daily when my alternator gave out) was missing! I called the manager and asked him to check & see if it was left out somewhere and he never returned my call. If you get work done here, do not have valuables in your car! You think you can trust a luxury brand like BMW but please beware. So disappointing!!!!

Nick Alexander BMW Collision Center offers poor customer service. Continuously gives false information about when your vehicle s body work will be completed and blames the delay on the insurance company. Every week they ve stated my car will be ready in about one more week. My car has been there since May 9, 2023 and still has no true estimated date of completion almost three months later. They don t care how they inconvenience the customer. They also don t offer any loaner or rental cars to accommodate their customers. It s a shame that consumers are treated this way long after the insurance company has made payment in full. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I only will take my cars here! Tony Diaz and Maria Gomez are the best! I have been going to this place for years. I have 2 BMWs (2011 328i and a 2018 X1) and have take both here to get repaired on multiple occasions. I used to live close to this shop but even after I moved, I won't take my cars anywhere else. It is worth the long drive to get there because I know my cars are in good hands. Maria was so helpful in scheduling my appointment and working with my insurance company. Tony is the man. He has always had my cars ready before I expect them. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely kind. I work at a 5 star hotel so I am fully aware of what great customer service looks like and this place and their employees are exactly that. I would recommend them to anyone with a BMW.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My SUV has been here for over 3 months. The original quoted estimate stated my SUV would be ready in 8 to 9 days. Very disappointing and frustrating experience, they do not care or value the customer at all. Bad customer service from top to bottom staff. Do not bring your vehicle here for repairs, go somewhere else. Only reason I came here was that I was referred by AAA. Horrible decision ever made!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm one of those who rarely write reviews, but I feel incredibly compelled to do so for this establishment. The repair itself was great - everything back to normal and drives perfectly when I was told by other shops that the car wouldn't drive the same again. When receiving the vehicle back, everything inside/outside was clean and spotless and they went ahead and fixed things for me outside the collision as a courtesy. What I really valued the most here was how communicative their staff was. I never had to wait more than a day for a response, and Tony/Martin took the initiative to keep me updated throughout the process. Highly recommended, and I feel incredibly grateful for finding this place.

Took my mini Cooper for a windshield/roof repair 2 months ago, they did an excellent job on the replacement/repairs. This was the first time mini was in a shop for a few days. During the repair I feel that both headlights on my mini were swapped out without my consent. My headlights were clear, slightly pitted and without marking. Noticed a few days after picking mini up that the headlights were dim,faded and flaking that's when I noticed and believe that my headlights were swapped without my consent. not only were the headlights swapped out the door hinges all the plastic molding around the had been swapped. i never really noticed till all the black shine faded away. the collision center really deserves a 1 star for theft.

I brought my X5 for repairs to the entire passenger's side from the front bumper to the rear panel with the gas lid, including headlight assembly, hood, fenders doors, and side mirror cap. My repair advisor Angel was professional, and very helpful, every few days he contacted me on the status of my vehicle. After 3 weeks my vehicle was completed and the paint job was like brand new. A few days later I noticed a hazy build up on the paint in the rear quarter panel. I brought my vehicle back to the body shop Angel immediately had the body shop guys repair the defect 30 minutes later I was out the door.

I want to say thank you to Nick Alexander Collision Center for helping me with my car. After some issues wit it, Tony Diaz and Cindy Barrera were there to help me personally to make me feel happy, confident and safe back in my car. Can't say enough good things about Jack at Nick Alexander Collision! He was able to handle all insurance paperwork and repaired a golf ball dent on my roof. Scheduling was super efficient, did not need to wait for days to send in my car. Flatbed pick up and return are a huge time saver allowing flexibility with my schedule. Communication was prompt and active. Jack proactively followed up after the repair to make sure everything is working smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Nick Alexander Collision for any BMW repairs in the future.

Big shout out to Armando at Alexander BMW Certified Collision Center for his help with the decision to fix or sell my 1995 BMW 318ti "Faith."She was in his shop since early March, where he evaluated the damage, estimated repairs, and then put her bumpers back on so that she looked good for my buyer.AAA is only paying a little for the evaluation, but Armando was kind and very helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting him in person yesterday when my buyer picked up the car.If you have a need for body work, you can send your car to any repair shop. So why not get it done right and send it to the guys at Alexander BMW Certified Collision Center. They can restore your BMW or Mini to original factory specs and tolerances.

Great job assessing the damage. Honest assessment of potential (and some actual) frame damage where wheel crushed in where it would have been lucrative to repair v claim totalled in order to generate revenue, particularly during Covid-19.They are top notch. Anyone in Los Angeles with a BMW requiring body damage repairs should give these guys a call.

I took my car in for minor work, I was quoted 1 week for my car to be done, it took them 3 weeks to complete the work, they told me it was my insurance fault it was taking long because they hadn't approved additional work, I called the insurance adjuster he said he didn't hear from them for one whole week, my insurance could not cover the last 5 days for my rental car, I had to pay 240.0 in car rental fees. I told the collision center about this they told me they would work something out. Never hear back from them.

I dropped off my car to get a bumper fixed and I had the best experience possible! Everyone is friendly, professional, and accommodating. They also fixed the car well. I highly recommend this location! :)

Don t go here! Not trustworthy at all... they gave me one estimate and then 2 months later when I came back they claimed they couldn t find my old estimate and gave me one that was $1,000 more than it originally was... went to a different body shop and they confirmed that the estimate was still the same price as it originally was! Very shady
