Today December 1st. My wife had problems with the vehicle, she went to the Auto Zone and first they told her it was the battery, and after the alternator the car died they made her pay for a battery, and they also wanted her to buy the alternator. That's a theft, the problem was another: I wanted my battery back and they didn't want to give me the battery. It's good

I went In today to buy a light for my car and an employee by the name MOSES Was very polite/professional and even put the headlight on so I wouldn t be driving without it .Much appreciation for his help especially since it s a bit time consuming and they have other customers to take care of .He tried his best to get the job done ASAP and did not disappoint .I hope his great customer service and politeness gets recognized by his team

I would like to give a special shout out to Eddie. I was offered help immediately by him and was very polite, kind & informative. Jose Anaya made my day. I needed a battery for my car and an antenna as well, he was considerate and focused on my needs. Very polite and informative. I would recommend his service any day.

Store Manager absolutely sucks,I asked for a in store credit with my old battery return and he sent it to my credit card with out my approval. When I told him that my card has been paid off and I wanted in store credit.

My Toyotas taillight was out so I decided to stop by AutoZone. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee named Jose Anaya. He immediately helped me find the correct part for my vehicle. I asked him if there was someone available that could assist me to replace the bulb. Without hesitation Jose immediately went out to my car and replaced the bulb for me. I was so greatful and relieved that he would take the time to help me. Jose really showed me that he cares about the customers needs. AutoZone really needs to recognize Jose Anaya. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and exhibits excellent customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like Jose Anaya. Thank you Jose and keep up the good work.

Great place to go for all year Auto part needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding what I needed. They help me choose what part was best for my vehicle and a quick checkout. I highly recommend this place when shopping for parts for your vehicle.

I felt bad for one of the girl employees I witnessed the manager (older lady) be really rude to her and give her attitude and then over heard her calling her names to another employee I really wanted to say something to her. A manager should lead examples not over step her position I hope HR sees this and has more vigilance at this store!!

horrible attitude, horrible customer service, we came to charge a battery and they just took it off without telling us they can put it back for us. I asked them politely why they can't put it on and with a nasty attitude some guy told me that they can't cuz it wasn't their brand. why didnt they tell us this at first? never coming back.

The Autozone in Tweedy Blvd in Southgate, sent me to Florence assuring me that This Florence location had parts i was looking for,, but their inventory physically was off, the associate did not offer to call a different location , i had to call Autozone in Manchester where i did end up buying $ 200.00 of parts from Autozone in Manchester.

I enjoy coming here I can usually find what I need quickly and fast. Their items are well stocked and located. If you can t find it just ask for help. They usually have really good manager specials on their car products or car wash products so keep an eye out! A+ service from this location

This autozone closed at 8:50pm, they were unwilling to open the doors. According to an autozoner, it s close when google says at 9pm.

Helpful staff needed to return something that's didn't work since I didn't have the receipt they were kind enough accepte the product and offered me store credit not a bad trade truth be told

I bought a gallon of rustoleum bed cover about 3 months ago I spoke too on of the employees talk about my concern that the retail was 99.00 I bought it 53.00 out the door . About 2 weeks ago tried it on test panel it took me about me 30 minutes by hand steering it so applying paint as recommended by manufacturer but it was comply it did not work I still had my receipt prior to speaking to manager employee said she was busy I still went run arrons I went back spoke to manager and she she could do nothing . That I said that's why you guys had paint for 50% off it's bad know in stuck with the paint . All she said I'm sorry surr but that's the vendor's problem so why do carry vendor merchandise don't back it up just here to make a quick dollar . I'm dealing with orally better service autozone on mountain view and florence bad service.

Slow service the guys are lazy. They just want to kill time and not work hard. They see a line and freak out I waited 20 min in June to buy incabin micro filter for my car. The only reason I came here was because it was convenient to my location. But next time I'll just go to Walmart its alot cheaper also.

Had me on hold for 14 minutes for no reason. They had two customers at the time. I ve had better service at Napa and oreily. Autozone is always my last choice for this very reason

They need to hire people that knows what they are doing fist person did not know what I was talking about so they call the manager and he also did not know what to do wen it was so simple of just getting me a light for my car

If you need a tool they will lend you anything you need pretty much for you could do the work on your own car you don't have to buy it you just give them your ID while you use their tool
