If there was a time that this place was good, it hasn't been recently. The guy, Jason, I think was maybe one of the rudest people I have spoken with. I wrote out everything that I needed and handed them the sheet so I remembered everything that was relayed and that it didn't become he said/she said. I'm glad I did. I'm not sure he knows how to read because everything I was quoted or told had nothing to do with that page. And he straight up just lied about a couple things I had already checked on. I had hoped that some of the bad reviews from recently were just people misunderstanding, and that's somewhat true, but its these jesters that don't understand.I almost left a two star because the other guy I deal with was much nicer, but then the third person appeared to be unabashedly flirting with my sister, which brought it back down.

HB AutoSound figured it out. The old-school art of having outstanding customer service, and then backing up your words with actions. Jason and his team made my visit a pleasure, and made me feel like I was a priority every time I walked through the door. I originally stopped in to price out a new sound system, I ended up making a purchase at Best Buy, thinking I was getting a good deal. Well what I really received, was an incompetent installation and a bunch of headaches. I walked back in to HB Auto Sound, slightly embarrassed, and asked Jason if he could help me fix all of the problems that occurred from my Best Buy installation. Summarizing this as best as I can, Jason and his team were cordial and eager to help. Even though I didn t make my original purchase at the store, the team made me feel as though I was a VIP customer. In addition to the great customer service, Jason also gave me a great deal. Just can t say enough about this place. As a follow-up, I was confused as to how some of the functions on my new Kenwood system worked, so I stopped by right before closing, and Jason came out, sat in the car, and gave me a tutorial. All I can say, is that if you ever plan on replacing the stereo in your vehicle, or you are having problems with your current system, this is the place you need to go. Wow, don't even try to be a woman with any knowledge in this place. Jayson was disrespectful, talked down to me, and told me stuff about the car that is patently untrue. I broke my back so I cant do this stuff myself, but I know the vehicle. A friend recommended this place, and I'm not sure I'll be able to continue my friendship with them after this fiasco.

I had them installed kenwood stereo system with backup camera in my 1999 Lexus ES 300. Excellent job and now I have nicely fitted LCD unit in my 20 years old car. They also fixed my rear light which is not working for free.

Great place, and very good customer service. The manager gave me a great quote, and was able to schedule an appointment right away for a window tint. They were able to remove and replace my window tint for a great price in a very short time. This is my second vehicle being tinted at HB Autosound.Highly recommend!

This place needs to shut down. They over priced everything. They have the worst customer service. They don t have very much customer and I do see why they don t? Because this is how they treat the customer. I won t be surprised this place gets bankrupt. Found the worker at the bar one day guy almost got beat up because he was touching a girls private parts and the girl guy friend nearly beat him up

Went in for am install. It was done fast but I had to go back three times because some of the features were not working. Eventually everything worked. But it was inconvenient having to drive around before they got it right. I wasn't offered a discount or an apology just a "thank you for letting us know"

First time we went in to fix our radio, ended taking 6 hours, and then they said they needed another part, so we back a few days later, then they fixed the radio but we have a movie player and they didn t have the part for the connection so we have to come back again. Ended up being $800 which I will say is pretty cheap but we had to sit there for more than 10 hours in total and we still have to go in againThe guys in the office were nice but, there wasn't very good communication.Would recommend if you need it fast.

Clean and friendly place. I came in with a problem with my front two speakers not working on my bmw and Mike took care of it right away. I was soon informed of the issue and I was give a few different options on how to take care of the problem. Thank you Mike, you're a good guy.

My car looks so sexy now!!!!!! I got my tint done here because they have the best prices around and also LIFE TIME WARRANTY!!!??? Way too good to pass up. They were all super nice and took their time answering my questions. AND they were quick, especially for being as busy as they were that day. I think my car was only there for a few hours !!! 10/10 would reccomend to everyone!

I meant to do this a while ago but I've been going here for some time now and it's been a great experience. I have never had any questions unanswered nor any problems that were not solved, they go out of their way to assist me explain things to me and I am forever grateful for their kindness & understanding. I truly feel like they all mean well & they love their job and they know what they're doing. If you ever need your car to sound amazing I would recommend going to them and they've got all kinds of options ..

This place does excellent work! They can be trusted. They sometimes get really busy but that is expected for a business that people want to go to. My car dealership messed up my wires in my car and HB audio fixed it! By the way if you want to know Herz speakers are the best for the money! They won t rip you off, they will do you right and service you for years to come!

Jason got me a good deal on my new sound system for my car and was incredibly friendly. When my new radio had some bluetooth issues he got it replaced quickly with no hassle or cost. Excellent service. Excellent system. Highly recommend.

Took my car in to get a speaker install and they did an amazing job. The work they do there is very professional and clean, they also get the job done fast. To top it off they and very friendly and they have alot of affordable prices.

New to the area, and love supporting local businesses. Dave at HB Auto Sound hooked me up with a great new stereo with hands free and nav to help me get around my new foreign hometown legally! Prices were reasonable and installation was quick and expertly preformed. Good selection and great advice. I got exactly what I needed quickly at a great price. I highly recommend you go see Dave for all you car audio and security needs!

First day I went to this shop, Kevin heard the sound coming from my system and within seconds, knew what I needed. He gave me a few options and told him I would come back. 2 weeks later, I went back, told him what I wanted to do, setup an appointment, and decided to get an audio controller installed since I wanted to keep the stock stereo. The sound quality is great! The shop re-wired some cables for me since the previous shop didn't know what they were doing. I highly recommend this shop!!

HB AutoSound was great! Already had the equipment and ready for install. Wasn t sure where to go and who I could trust. The install went great and smooth, very quick. The guys were all super cool and took care of me. Really can t complain here! I now found where to go and I do trust them for future work! Thanks fellas!

These guys are ripoffs and their customer service is a joke.8 months ago they installed a head unit and back up cam on my truck (worked with Jason and had a good experience). The back up camera broke a few weeks ago. I recently moved out of town (about 1.5 hours away from HB AutoSound) so I called to explain that it would be a long drive for me and I wanted to make sure they had time to fix the back up cam and also put in new speakers and tint the windows so I could make it back before traffic hour around 2PM.Decided on Tues and I got in the shop about 10AM. As I dropped off the truck they let me know the tinter wouldn't be in until 5PM. Was a little annoyed that I called ahead several days and told them what I wanted and then they didn't schedule the tint guy. But I know it's a contracted service and they don't have full control over the contractors schedules, so all good. They said the truck would be done by 2PM and I said I'd be back between 2 and 3. I got back to the shop at about 2:45 and the sales guy told me they hadn't touched my truck yet... Didn't apologize, just said they got busy and hadn't had time to work on it yet. I told him I called ahead days in advance to make sure they had time to do this and then confirmed the time again when I dropped it off and asked when it would be done.Then get this.... he says his tech was out at lunch but once he gets back it should be done in about 1.5 hours.... What a joke. I told him that was ridiculous and not to do the speakers and just fix the back up cam as soon as he could so I could get out of there. About 45 mins later he comes back and says that the back up camera was broken and even though it was under warranty, I shouldn't expect the manufacture to honor the warranty because they had bad customer service..... I told him they should take care of it since they chose to sell the companies products. He said that they wouldn't. AND HERE'S THE KICKER. Then he says, hold on, and looks on his computer for a min and tells me that I should buy another back up camera from them and pay to have them install it........ He says he can give me a discount on labor and only charge me $60 for labor and that he has no flexibility on the price of the camera which was $85. Guess what bruh, the internet exists. I looked up the exact camera he tried to sell me and it's $39.99 on Amazon brand new.These guys are clowns. The prices on some things seem good but it will cost you twice as much in the long run. Go somewhere that respects their customers.

5 star experience. Had my Dodge Ram twin crab completely hooked up with audio, speakers, head unit, bright led head lights and window tent. All done in 2 days and I m 100% satisfied.

i was looking for a good deal as i am tight on $$ and Jason was Really Really helpful he gave me a really Good Deal and was able to get me what i needed fast and easy with out any issues. Best place to get your car audio needs, I got a 12 inch Rockford P3 and 600 Rockford amp in my Lexus. All the ladies melt in my seat when the bass hits. Jason from HB made sure I get the best sound for my car since I haven t got a system installed in years, tech has changed since 2010 and Jason educated me on the new technology and provided the best customer service. I feel like I made a new family with HB Sound will always come back. Thank you guys

Went here for the first time and gave me a quote for a jbl subwoofer (jbl basspro hub 11 ) that fits on my spare tire. I agreed to it and trusted them. When I got back a different sub woofer (jbl basspro sl 8 ) was installed and charged me with the same amount of subwoofer (jbl basspro hub 11 ) that was showed to me. After I went home googled the price of the subwoofer that was installed and found out that the subwoofer that was installed was just half the price of the amount charged to me. Called them back and the guy was giving excuses why I was charged the price that was shown. I Would not recommend this place to my friends.

Bought an alarm for $89.00. The guy there told me he was giving me a good deal since the original price is $129. After purchasing it I found out that the same model is being sold between $30-$40 at other places. They don't allow returns so I'm at a lost now. Never going back again.

This place is a complete scam went to check my sub woofer and amp guy told me my amp is dead so when I went to another shop they fixed it no need to change anything amp was in good condition guy jumps into conclusions telling me for him to work on it and change whole entire system cables he wants to over charge me no wonder this place it s dead they barely have any customer

Great customer service and friendly staff! I went here to get a part for my DIY audio install as they were close to my house. They went above and beyond to help me out and are now my go-to shop for car audio equipment!

I don't recommend this place they did me so wrong i never been so stress out until i came to this place. i Spend $4,500 expecting what i ask and gave me something way different. i went on May 4th and still have not got everything corrected i still have to go today but im done. Robert (sales man) and Jason (manager) i really cant believe you do business like this please don't call me or try to convince me to go back and fix anything again. Just keep my money and god bless

Save me 50 bucks free installation and the set up in my truck was a complete disaster three previous owners with all different systems didn t nickel and dime me. And that was the best part If you ve been to audio place you know what I m talking about
