5 star service all the way from the moment I called and spoke to Marie, through the mobile service call at Pinnacles National Park campground! Marty, Steven & Christian were the mobile techs for the replacement of a broken lead spring on our travel trailer. They were professional, courteous and saved the day! We won t hesitate to contact this business if we are in the area and need their services again. So grateful for their awesome customer service!!!

We were in San Francisco and noticed our leaf spring was partially broken and would need to be replaced. We searched along our route for a repair shop and found J&M in Hollister. We called Friday morning, and they said they could help us out. As we were getting ready to head the 2 hours to them, our landing gear quit working as well. Luckily, it broke after the truck was already hooked up. We got to J&M around 11 a.m. and they dropped what they were doing to work on our rig! They completed the repairs by 5 p.m. and we were able to head to our campground for the night. They have a very professional team and the prices were also very reasonable! These days, it's hard to find a business that is willing to help when you are in a pinch. J&M is not one of those businesses. Great people and excellent service! Many thanks from @RoaminRozineks!

Thanks for such great service. We were leaving Thousand Trails campground but one of our slids would not go in. From the time of the initial call, the owner was on his way to troubleshoot the problem and arrived in 20 minutes. After an electrical inspection, the problem was a failed ground wire. The ground wire was rerouted and we continued our trip. Excellent service and skilled technicians. Thanks again for being there. Top notch company.

I'm new to RVing. Picked up my 2022 Casita 3 weeks ago. I had a new inverter and lithium batteries put in at dealership. Long story short yesterday had no power in RV. I called J&M this morning and he walked me through troubleshooting before they needed to send someone out. He told me what to do I did it and it worked. I called back to see what I owed them and Maria said no charge!!! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

The nicest people ever! So helpful, reasonable prices, quick turnaround! I cannot say enough good things. It is so refreshing when you are dealing with a not so fun issue but you find people who make it easy and positive! These are those people.

Thank you Martin and Joe for your expertise and kindness. These guys know their stuff! Diagnosed our air conditioning issues within minutes and educated us to ease our minds. Only wish we had something else for them to fix because they were a pleasure to deal with. J&M will be our new service company, even though we live two hours away. I reached out to J&M RV Services and Jose Avila responded back right away. I made an appointment our RV module for the propane needed to be replace, very reasonable price, fixed some other minor parts on the RV as well. Our RV was fixed, tested to make sure of no leaks and out less than an hour. Thank you very much!!!!!

If we could give 10 stars we would!This is what family-owned businesses are all about. We were in need of some repairs on our way to Yosemite in our 35 5th wheel RV and unable to come in during normal business hours. We met Jose at his shop on a Sunday morning and he was able to get us on the road and ready for the mountainous terrain we had ahead of us. We were in such a bind that we would ve paid double if we had to, his prices were extremely reasonable!Highly recommend this shop for all your RV needs. Jose and his family were extraordinary and treated us as if we were old friends.

These folks are great! I called them because I was having trouble with my RV refrigerator and my RV furnace. They were able to get me in right away and they fixed both the refrigerator and the furnace in less than 2 hours. They got me in fast, they fixed the problems fast and at a fair price.

I am a full time RVer. Recently we found a broken Leaf spring bracket and Leaf Spring. We called J&M and they were able to get to us within a day, come to our campsite, weld on the new bracket and instal the new leaf spring. From our 1st call to the end of our issue, they were friendly professional, fast and most of all very good at what they do. Absolutely the best service I ve received for my RV. My transfer switch went out mid trip and Joe was able to order the part and get it installed in a day! Great guys, top notch knowledge and expertise and fantastic service. I just wish I didn t live 2000k miles away!

On our way from Canada we took our Winnebago TRAVATO there because we weren't getting any shore power or power from the generator and were running down the batteries. The guys here were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I was in a pinch with my horse trailer and they fixed it on the spot. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely go back for any future trailer needs

I took my truck to have a hitch replaced and the proper brackets installed that another company botched the whole thing I took it to J&M RV services and these guys are awesome they did a beautiful job putting it together the right way I will definitely take all my RV services back to them because these guys know what they re doing and I am definitely giving them a five star ratingService: Body & Trim
