My family spent two nights and three days. There were several concerns that I would like to address in the hope of improving future guest experiences.Firstly, one of the primary issues was the temperature of the water in our room. Unfortunately, it was not consistently hot enough, making our shower experiences rather uncomfortable. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that our room was not cleaned during our stay, which we expected upon returing from our day trips. We were surprised to learn that room cleaning service is only provided to guests staying longer than three nights.Furthermore, when we requested fresh towels, we encountered some discomfort during the interaction with your front desk staff. Rather than simply accommodating our request, we were questioned about whether we had already made such a request previously. This made us feel uneasy and unwelcome, as we believe such inquiries should not be necessary, especially considering our short stay.On the day of our departure, We initially checked out at 7 am this morning. However, we have since reconsidered and would like to inquire if it is possible to cancel our check-out and stay until the normal check-out time before embarking on a long journey home. However, our request was denied by your staff member, "Daisy", who cited the arrival of cleaners. While we understand the need for room turnovers, we were taken aback by the curt manner in which our request was handled. We believe that a more accommodating approach could have been taken in this situation.As Marriott group members, we were disappointed by the difference in service compared to nearby hotels like the Holiday Inn. Our friends at Holiday Inn enjoyed regular room cleaning and consistent hot water, which we missed during our stay at your hotel.Please reconsider staying at this hotel if you prioritize having hot water and regular cleaning services, especially for stays of less than two nights.

The room is huge and nice. Unfortunately, our heater was broken the day we visited, but they partially refunded us 25% of the room price.We left early in a rush for hiking but stopped by the breakfast room for coffee and found they served a very nice breakfast!I believe this hotel offers the nicest complimentary breakfast ever. I recommend anyone to stay here because the breakfast croissant is so tasty.

Customer Service: Excellent. Daisy was very professional and courteous getting my family registered. The entire staff ensured our stay was warm and comfortable.We truly appreciate Daisy for her hospitality, warmth and professionalism!Military Friendly: Excellent. Fairfield Inn by Marriott welcomes military families with open arms with no hidden requirements.Cost: Excellent. Great place to stay and cost effective. Military discount with no strings attached, unlike the Holiday Inn across the street.Safety: Excellent!Cleanliness: Excellent! Entire grounds and lodging area are well kept and super clean.Amenities: Excellent! Pool, Gym, conference room, washer's and dryers are available.Room Service: Excellent! Everything was clean and or made available for replacement.Breakfast: Excellent! The ladies providing the service ensured the food was hot and plentiful. Thank you ladies!Handicap Accessible: ExcellentRecommend: Highly recommend staying at Fairfield Inn by Marriott, especially if you're a military family.Personally, I would like to thank the Fairfield Inn by Marriott for providing a great service in our time of loss. We traveled over 900 miles to attend our nieces funeral service, so having a safe, secure and comfortable place to come and go from was comforting.

Hotel is nice and the breakfast was quite good. Location is fine. Only issue I had was that after a long day of vacation activities we can back to the room and it had not been cleaned. I told the front desk and they started stating something about their housekeeping policy since Covid and the you have to stay there more than 3 nights for them to do a full service clean. So first of all that policy is weird and understanding what that means is weird. But once I told them that housekeeping did absolutely nothing to the room (dirty towels on the floor, full trash, no vacuuming, beds not made or linens changed) they got it that housekeeping missed our room. All I got was a sorry . I think I should have pushed for a discount on that night - but thought they might offer something up other than a whoops, sorry kind of attitude. That puts normal non-demanding customers like me in an uncomfortable position to feel like they then need to ask for some sort of reduction. That s just not cool and I am disappointed in Marriott and this particular location for sure. I mean the room was not cheap. So, that was certainly a disappointment. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

I would recommend this place! We came through on our way to Pinnacles National Park and were welcomed with a kind and helpful employee who helped us get our trailer parked in a good spot, offered to help get a cone to protect the front of it, and even offered us info on local events and attractions. We love people who go above and beyond. No question if you come on a day this guy is working, you will have a great experience! Thank you to the employee with the hat that had the Spartan logo on it! Wish we would have gotten his name! This hotel is also well maintained and on a very convenient location off the major roads through town and right by a gas station.

Stayed at the Hollister Fairfield Inn for 3 nights and they do charge a deposit of $20 a day but got it back. The breakfast was good and something different each day made it worth eating there. The rooms were very cleaned and looked remodeled. The walls were thin and the first day moved rooms because the neighbors where yelling a lot.If a runner, I made a 3 & 4 mile course from the hotel on Garmin. Give it a try!If I come back to this area, I would stay here again.Rooms: CleanSafety: Felt safe

Now the rooms get the job done there s no bugs and it dosent look bad but I have seen better(was a little dusty). But what I liked was the people, service was nice, (i m not even gonna lie I was loud) I didn t get any complaints, and when I was there at about 10 in the morning at the meeting rooms in the lobby had small vendors selling small things like popcorn, treats, makeup, and handmade soaps which was pretty cool(the vendors were SUPER nice too. Although there was not much over there to do It was still good!

Hollister is run down, but the location is easy to access. Clean rooms, ample parking. (There were homeless living in the field next to the parking area which made me nervous about if the cars were safe.) Kids used the indoor pool and had fun. Pool is really small so it wouldn't be fun if there were other people using it at the same time. Super quiet room which was nice. The biggest downside is not having hot water! The handle on the shower comes off and you have to get it just right to even get warm water. We were there 3 days and got hot water once. If that was fixed then it would be great.

Really nice staff, especially the breakfast service. Monty went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure we were well fed, even though we showed up at the end of the breakfast time. Super attentive and really friendly. One of the best breakfast experiences ever at a hotel without table service.Food & drinks: Monty rocks breakfast with style and a smile.

I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the air conditioning was really nice. I absolutely loved the food, and the chef, Monty, did an amazing job. They consistently brought out new, fresh food and made sure everything was stocked. They were very helpful with any questions and personalized the whole experience. :)

Breakfast was so good nice & hot. Had a variety of breakfast items which I liked a lot. Definitely left satisfied thanks to Montie she was very helpful & friendly, very kind & made sure the breakfast was fresh & kept up with making sure that the breakfast was stocked up. We stayed here M-F for work. The room was quiet at night, which was very nice. The breakfast had plenty to choose from, breakfast was not always the same, which was awesome. One person that went above and beyond was a person named Montie. Montie was very friendly, greeted us every morning at breakfast and made sure there was plenty of fresh food at the breakfast bar. Thank you Montie for being so nice to us and greeting us with a smile every morning. We would stay here again.The only things that this hotel needed improvement was, it would have been nice to have told us when we checked in that our room was not going to be cleaned every day and told us there was free Wi-Fi staying guest can use. Other than that, this is a good hotel.

We stayed in a queen suite. Beds were comfortable and the whole room was clean. The bathroom seemed new. The room did not smell odd and we had a quiet night. No noise whatsoever. Breakfast was a step up from continental. Waffles were amazingly good. There were eggs and Canadian bacon and other cereals and oatmeal. The buffet pleased all palates. I highly recommend your stay here. We stayed for a wedding near by, great location!

A new hotel with all modern amenities. A good place to stay if you have things to do in the area.One drawback was although there are several in room signs about temperature control based on wall thermostat, I could only get the air conditioning to work by adjusting the system under the window.

New hotel and clean! Comfortable beds. Courteous staff. A minor problem with not answering their phone. We had to take a break from visiting friends to go to the hotel and make sure that we still had a reservation. We did. Whew.Breakfast had eggs and waffles. Egg ham packaged croissants. Coffee and juice and more.Will stay again.

Solid place to stay in Hollister, especially if you re headed to Pinnacles National Park. It s a couple miles from restaurants and shops but great location. Full disclosure there is construction across the street but noise did not impede our stay at all.Appreciated the complimentary parking, the luggage storage (we had only carryons), the complimentary breakfast. Coffee is above average for hotel coffee. Sundry shop offers snacks, Tylenol and some frozen food options.King room was mostly clean and appropriated. For a two night stay it was enough towels and soap. Bed was a bit soft but was comfortable. Walk in shower had great water pressure.Stayed as Bonvoy Platinum members and when we were greeted were offered a king suite complimentary upgrade if we came back in a few hours, so we went out for a bit and came back and received the king room. This is fine as it s what we originally paid for, but as Platinum it s always memorable when upgrades promised are honored.If in the area we would stay again.
