He was on point and his wife was very helpful they worked together like a team great atmosphere great experience and saved me a ton of money ! This service would have cost a fortune elsewhere and I couldn t find anyone besides Range Rover and Jason s affordable qualified enough to work on my rover ! EDIT: Jason has since closed up shop. Really wish I knew where to find him for when I need him again. Sad to see it go. Leaving previous review because it still holds true.Best mechanic ever. Jason is blunt, to the point, honest and hard working. And he s also going to be the only one I m taking my cars to. I don t care how far I move. His wife is a bubbly warm lovely woman and his family is beautiful and warm whenever I saw them when checking on my car (which he went above and beyond on.)

I needed to replace my trucks a/c blower motor, a repair that had been done 9 months prior incorrectly. I had previously paid $350 for parts and labor so I was familiar with the expected costs. After Midas looked at my vehicle and quoted me $400 for a $120 part and nearly $800 for labor, I called Jasons Affordable Automotive. They were courteous, and offered a quote over the phone within 20 minutes. The cost of the part and the labor (which took 10 minutes) was below their $300 estimation. I couldn't be happier with the service and price point, highly highly recommended to all Fort Irwin residents! Thank you for saving us from the desert heat!

My Volvo overheated near Baker. Had it towed to Barstow b/c I was given then best price and TIME quote for a new radiator at Jason's. Scott and Jason took care of me while I was stranded by myself. They even came and picked me up at the Starbucks where I waited for things to be completed and drove me to a bank. (They do not accept CC).I DO recommend. :D

I take my car there when I need big ticket repairs. Jason and Michelle are always super nice and get the work done right the first time. Highly recommend them.
