The shop is very well qualified in auto body. Everyone is certified, and more certified. Teh estimator Luis has decades of experience and knows all the rules and procedures, and is a guy who knows how to make sure your car gets repaired properly.The body man Sergio is also very qualified, and has plenty of acknowledgments. Him and James skills as a body man are unmatched. They really know there trade.Definitely a shop worth taking your car to. Also they have a lifetime warranty on the paint they use. They truly don t take short cuts and do top notch work.

I worked with Louis at Urban Collision and I was so impressed with their work. Originally, I was only going in for some mechanical work, but I had a rear bumper that had been backed into a few times, so I decided to add in an estimate while the car was with Lexology. I got a quote within hours of asking and once I gave the OK, they had the part ordered and arrived the next day.The car is over 20 years old so when they placed the new bumper on, the color match wasn't up to their standards, so they took an extra day and repainted it before I ever saw it. I didn't mind because they had high standards of quality and I appreciated it. Then, they had the car ready an hour earlier than they promised! It was truly amazing work. They also helped to straighten out the mess of loose bags in the backseat by putting it all together and the car really did look brand new inside and out. It was really impressive and great attention to detail.

During the Christmas season, my car fell victim to an unexpected invasion of rodents that caused extensive damage, including leather seats, harness, and carpet destruction. Frustrated after contacting over 20 body shops, all of them rejected to take my car, I was on the brink of despair until Geico agent directed me to Urban Collision Center.Louis, the professional at Urban Collision Center, proved to be a lifesaver. With his keen eye and quick inspection, he assured me that they could rectify the damage. The entire process was remarkably smooth, and Louis's thoughtful approach, excellent communication skills, and responsiveness made a significant difference.In just two weeks, my car was not only repaired but also underwent a fantastic detailing, transforming it into what looks like a brand new vehicle. I am highly impressed with the quality of service at Urban Collision Center and wholeheartedly recommend their expertise. Louis and the team turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I am grateful for their exceptional workmanship.

The team at Lexology and Urban Collision Center are professional, providing dealer quality service at very competitive prices. The paint and body work done to the Lexus IS was immaculate. They replaced the bumper and it lines up perfectly, as if it came straight from the factory. The front end was previously fixed by FixAuto in Signal hill at the direction of Geico. Unfortunately it was terrible job, paint was pealing within a couple of years, the gaps didn't line up straight and always looked off. I am so grateful to call Lexology first this time around and request they do the work. Myda handled everything with Geico and the entire process was seamless. Do not hesitate to call Lexology and Urban Collision Center first, I cannot recommend this team of professionals enough. Thanks to the whole team I worked with, Myda, Mike, Alex and Veronica. Luis at Urban Collision/Lexology was amazing to work with. Our RX350 was t-boned directly on the front wheel/fender so it needed a good amount of body and suspension work. Luis worked directly with our insurance company and gave regular updates throughout the process. Car was returned much faster than expected and it looks amazing. I brought my Toyota Tacoma to the guys at Urban Collision Center and it was most definitely the right decision. They explained to me in great detail the damage and what needed to be done for a full repair. They worked with my insurance company so that I didn't have to stress. The truck was done quicker than was promised and it had been detailed when I picked it up. When I first saw it I couldn't believe it was my truck. The work was amazing. I have known the guys and girls at Lexology for many years. I have taken all my Toyota and Lexus vehicles for many years they really beat the dealer in every aspect when I found out they have extended their service to bodywork repair I was so excited that I have a shop in the south bay I can trust for my auto body work and all my lease return needs so I am not hit with crazy damage fee at the dealer when I return my vehicle. they are honest and fair and turn around not is on point all time.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding

After the accident, my car needed major repairs. Urban Collision Center took care of me and my family. They fixed the car, making it look and feel brand new. The customer service was excellent.
