I m indebted to the entire team at Lexology for recognizing and subsequently fixing a mistake a local dealership made when replacing the radiator less than 3 months ago. As I was getting ready to move halfway across the country, I brought my prized possession in for routine maintenance, alignment, and an overall inspection. Though the news was unfortunate and frustrating with such a short deadline (my fault for planning), my previous visits here gave me the confidence that they would fix it the right way. Lexology went above and beyond in every way to make sure I could get to my destination (and future destinations) safely. I m grateful that there are people who care about my vehicle as if it were their own AND their willingness to work with my schedule.TL;DR Version: Trustworthy. Genuine (parts and people). Great Business Practices-communication, pricing, cleanliness, you name it.

My family are long time loyal customers of Lexology. Mike and his staff are honest, reliable and skilled mechanics. They are trustworthy and we can trust their diagnosis. Their prices are competitive and beat the dealer hands down. The staff are professional and always responsive. Alex is great, always welcoming and takes care of business. I've taken many of my Lexus cars to this place and they have always been knowledgeable about what was needed and reasonable about their prices. I recently brought my Mother's 2003 ES300 and it had never been formally been serviced in over five years. They were able to quickly assess all the problems and had it ready to go in a few days at a great price. I was so happy that I added in some body work and they also gave me a great price on that. It only added one more day too. The staff I spoke to were all friendly and responsive through texts, emails and phone calls to let me know what was going on. I got updates and never surprised about any costs. They explained every problem and why it was needed and then helped me prioritize what was important while deferring others. I was impressed with their speed and professionalism.

I had a traffic ticket for no front license plate display . My car (Mazda) was from another state, so it didn t have holes on the front bumper for the plate. I had to drill it, but I didn t have a drill. It was a Saturday, and I googled places that open around me. Only Lexology was open. I got there, and very nice people who work there started to help me. They checked my car and my bumper. They told me to come back on Tuesday, and they will do it for me. Today, they placed my front license plate. I asked them how much, but they said it is ok. I can t believe that there are still places on Earth that are not only about money. People who work in Lexology are so kind, nice, and very helpful. Their office is amazing. They specialize in Lexus and Toyota, I believe. That made me want to buy Lexus or Toyota to have a service from them :) I highly recommend this service shop to everyone. I feel so happy today, and they made my day. Thank you very much, Lexology!!!

Love LEXOLOGY for all things for my 2006 GS430. I took the car in for brakes and found that the car had non-Lexus pads and rotors. The brakes would grab and jerk the car a bit under braking. So had Mike and the crew replace rotors and pads, had the car aligned and a general service done. I trust that all work was done flawlessly as the car never drove better. In addition, I got an awesome deal on painting both front and rear bumpers! They were scratched bruised and when refinished, the car looked like new. I have had several offers from others since the car looks so clean. This is where I will take my car for as long as I own it!Services: Painting, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Had a superb experience with this place. The inside is so nice its like a high end bag shop instead of a car repair spot. They were respectful to me as well. Luis, I believe was his name called me every step of the way and dealt with the horrible insurer of the person that hit my Benz. Honestly if I have any other issue or even need to wrap another car Id come here before anywhere else!

Trustworthy. I wouldn t trust any other place to service my Lexus. They recommend but don t push sales. They ll given you a heads up on what your car will need in the near/distance future. It allows you to budget on big maintenance issues. Thanks Lexology.

Been taking my cars here for years. Excellent customer service. Dealer quality minus dealer prices. Reasonable prices for quality work.They have a nice waiting lounge if you decide to wait for your vehicle. Otherwise, it's a short walk to Trader Joe's, and a few restaurants or even the beach :)

By far the best experience I have had at a car mechanic. The people who work at Lexology are so nice, they tell you what you need done. Give you advice for anything that might come up in the future and keep you constantly updated. Such a pleasant experience

Honest Excellent Lexus Maintenance and Repair. I have used Lexology for years - they are thorough experts in their craft, and extremely honest and trustworthy - they will explain what maintenance and repairs must be done, and what items have a lower priority. And their overall charges are notably less than Lexus Dealer Service. They go over and above in service and quality work, and they have kept my cars running smoothly and safely for years. Lexology was recommended to me by my smog check guy because he heard me lamenting how unbearable the cost for maintaining my car had become because I usually take it to the dealer for any kind of service big or small. . I decided to give Lexology a try and I was glad I did. Being my first time with them, they created that first-time impression that would make me to take my car back to them again for service. The cost was very reasonable and the customer care was great. I will definitely patronize them again.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Hands down the best experience I've had getting my car serviced / repaired. Alex and the entire staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. My Lexus GX460 is less than a year old but I had an issue with the aftermarket suspension that was causing a disconcerting rattle (wish I had used Lexology in the first place). Gave them a call and within 24 hours the issue was fixed with a clear explanation of the problem and solution. No monkey business at all. I would much rather service my car with them than the dealership or another mechanic where you're often going in blind and leaving with a hole in your pocket. Lexology is a family forward neighborhood auto shop. Glad to support them with my business.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have been going to Lexology for years for all service and maintenance on my current RX 350 and my prior LS 430. I was also so happy to find that when they opened their auto body repair department, the cost was much less than the body shop I previously used and the work was flawless. Great auto maintenance care and repair for my Lexus 430. I have been with Lexology for more than five years and each time they have performed outstanding brake service, as well as timing chain, water heater and starter repair. I have sent my friends, family and business associates to Lexology and they too have been equally satisfied. My car runs perfectly well. Their prices are so affordable and competitive and I am delighted to offer this recommendation.

I would not dream of having my 2010 Camry hybrid serviced by anyone other than Lexology Auto Care. They have performed all of my service since 2011. The work has always been excellent and their prices very reasonable. Everyone who works there is friendly and courteous. Their new facility has a great waiting room with every convenience one could wish for.

I have a 2012 LS460. I called them up for the price of oil change. They told me 125$ on the phone . When I got there the price changed to 150$. I didn't trip cus I really needed one . When I came to pick up my car, they gave me a list of bunch of things that were wrong with my car and prices to fix this problems. Mind you I had just bought this car from a dealership like 3 months prior and everything was well maintained and checked. Lexology told me I needed a transmission flush, ,new tires, front lower control arm bushing, turn up. The prices they gave me were crazy especially for the bushing of the control arms. They told me I could only get it from lexus so parts and labor would be 1900$. Mind you I called lexus myself and they told me the entire control arm including the bushing cost 400$. I took my car to my regular mechanic who was sick and wasn't available at the time I went to lexology, he checked my car and told me my transmission fluid was good, my tires were still good, I didn't need any turn up anytime soon and one of my front lower control arm bushing was a little torn but I shouldn't worry for 20000miles more. Lexology is too pricy and deceiving .That was my experience. I hate when people try to take advantage of me. I'm driving a new car doesn't mean I'm stupid or rich. Always get second opinion people. Lexology might be for you but I'm not going back.Service: Oil change

I have been taking my vehicles to Lexology for several years now. Mike and his efficient crew always provide me excellent service. I have come to trust Mike. This is the rare repair shop that doesn't try to hustle you or sell you services or parts you really do not need. I think so highly of this shop, I still continue to come here for my car needs although I moved several miles north. When it ain't broke, don't fix it. They have excellent professional mechanics at Lexology that really know these cars well and so I stay with them. Besides, they are all really nice people there. End of story.

Lexology is the BEST!! I have a SC430 coupe and every time I come for maintenance or repairs these guys take care of me and my car! They are very meticulous and thorough. They quote me the most affordable way to repair my car and I have compared prices and they are absolutely the most affordable and experienced. I do not have to compromise quality service or parts in order to get a great job done. No, I get great service, great parts, great advice and information regarding my vehicle and how to maintain it for its utmost care. I never feel rushed or hurried when I go to Lexology. I love this place and I wish them all the very best because they are THE BEST!

Mike and his team are amazing! My car broke down, I towed it late to Lexology and Mike was there to accept it and let me know what was wrong with it. They did an excellent job fixing everything, in a timely manner with reasonable prices! I have been a customer with Lexology for several years and I recommend them very highly. I have had major and minor work done with these guys and it has always been the best and the most affordable. I drive my Lexus SC430 frequently and it stays in great shape due to the continued great care of the Lexology team! They are the best. Professionaisml and great customer service.

Lexology has always been the shop to take your Lexus. They are the best alternative to the dealer with fair prices and top-notch service. If you don't need the Lexus pampering the dealer provides (donuts, soft drinks, nice lounge), you'll be happy you made the switch. The mechanics will tell you what your car needs & if any preventative maintenance will help with any future problems. I've been using them for many years now & highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a repair shop that is skilled, reliable, honest and wont break your wallet. Lexology is the place. I bring my Toyota truck there and I am always impressed by how good I have been treated. Mike and his team of trained mechanics do a great job and the service is excellent in my opinion. Dont expect a lot of bells and whistles as far as the waiting room in concerned, just expect a reliable and affordable repair bill.I recommend this shop to anyone.

The Lexology team performs exceptional work in a professional manner. I recommend them to anyone looking for convenient and quality auto service.I have frequented Lexology for nearly 10 years now and they have yet to disappoint. The prices at Lexology are considerably cheaper than those found at local dealerships and the quality is unsurpassed. Additionally, you don't have to worry about whether you are being misinformed or upsold when it comes to your vehicles requirements.In short, Lexology treats you like family; from the smiley receptionists to the detailed service technicians, I actually look forward to my service visits. I have been a customer for several years and no matter what the problem was Lexology went always above my expectations in terms of service. They are very knowledgeable and they recommend the best solution for the customer (sometimes not the best one for them). They have gained a loyal long term customer. Alex and staff are knowledgeable and professional, with a better-than-dealership customer service experience. I recently went to Lexology as a first time customer upon the recommendation of several friends in the south bay for a pre-trip inspection and battery replacement. I happened to encounter a critical issue within a day of my service/inspection, and Lexology went above and beyond to address it.

This is hands down the best place you could have a Toyota / Lexus / Scion vehicle serviced, and this is based on a number of factors including.- Honesty / transparency- Competitive labor rate vs any SoCal dealer- Warranty coverage on installed parts & labor- Friendly staff- Extremely experienced technicians (ASE & Toyota / Lexus certified)- Gorgeous new location and facilities in quiet Hermosa Beach.In short I can t say enough good things about this place, just wish I didn t live so far away now. Cheers guys
