Got my back breaks done in August, in November I had gotten a service on my truck at the dealership for them to tell me I needed new breaks! I said well how long do breaks last because I just got new ones! Wow. I went back here where I got them done and paid Labor fews only. Not even a month later I hear squeaking noise. I didn't even want to bother going back here after the dealership told me whoever did my back breaks pushed the sensor needle so far into my breaks it was scraping my rotors so I would have to go back in and right away for them to try and fix it cuz I wouldn't known.

I have trusted this place with with multiple cars and have referred friends and family to this place. They are incredibly honest and have very fair prices. I ve taken cars to get looked at by Firestone and discount tire center and they quoted me something like 3800 dollars to replace multiple suspension components and it turned out I didn t need ANY of that work. My tires weren t even balanced right from discount tire center, thus the extra vibration. I have been taking cars here for nearly a decade and I will continue to make a long drive here because I simply do not trust anyone else to touch my car. If you are not local to this area, drop your car off, and rest assured your car is in good hands and you will probably end up saving hundreds or thousands of dollars. Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. Also gave me back the old parts that were replaced without me even asking. Told me I should have a tuneup soon, which is true, but didn't try to get me to do that while repairing my car and increase the costs.

Good auto repair shop. Staff has gone above and beyond to get work done in a timely manner and communicates as much as needed so you understand what needs to be done or has been done. Just wish they were in a better location as this area has gone a bit downhill with unsavory people. But that's not a reflection on the staff. Everyone that works there is great.

If you re within 40 miles of this place, this should be your go to shop. The guys who run this place are so awesome and trustworthy. They even follow up and see how your car is doing to make sure they did the job right. Cant say enough good things.Edit: I know it seems like I only review auto shops. I don t like writing reviews. I just know how hard a good mechanic is to find and the only time I ve chosen to make a google review is when I stumble on one.

My wife found Pro Tech about five years ago and we've been taking our vehicles here every since. They do excellent work and have very reasonable prices. I recommend Javier and the mechanics to anyone I know who needs repairs on their car.

They fixed a bad alternator for me, they were swamped yet still managed to have my vehicle ready same day, charged me less than what I was quoted and fixed a few minor issues I had free of charge.I would definitely go back to this place, they are fair, the work is great, and the staff was amazing, thank you!

I brought my car in for a wheel hub bearing replacement they had called men later that day to tell me that can't do it. Which was fine no issues. I was told that my oil read very low and that it needed to be changed mind you I did not ask them to touch or check anything else. Again no problem I drove it home went to change my oil a week later and there was no dipstick and my oil was spayed all into my hood and I called them the manager said he will look around for it and he will call me back. I went to the shop to see about solving this and he was insisting that I bring my car in to find the right dipstixk. In order to blow my engine and have them replace it. Dirty business.

I have been going to Pro Tech Auto for about for years now and not once have I ever regretted it. From my old cars to the new I have always trusted Javier and his shop. If you need undeniably great service at a reasonable price with no BS, Pro Tech is the place and Javier is the guy!

Called before I bring my car in explained what the issue was stated my car is a 97. & I had an oil leak. Told me to drop the car off it was 8:16am when I did. Javier said he will contact me in a couple hrs didn t hear from him all day I had to call him twice 12 & 4:20pm. Then after wasting my time he then tells me he can t work on the 97 because it s too old?! ummm ur just telling me this 30 mins before closing time. I came in there for an oil leak he tells me something else is leaking.. never even checked on what we originally spoke about an oil leak! Horrible communication horrible customer service the worst customer service ever !!! This is my second car that I use for work it s not a priority however I d expect better business! Don t waste ur time folks!

Pro Tech Auto was recommend to me after Rod from D & R retired! There service has never disappointed me and are very honest when it comes to my 3 vehicles needs! Prices are fair and workmanship is outstanding! Highly recommend them.

This is a great place to get your car worked on the manager is Xavier and he is great I've been going to him for probably six or seven years now I believe. fair prices and does a great job
