I was treated with respect. Friendly service it takes a long time for my car to blow out cool air. The circulating button along with the snow flake button seems to make it hotter when it should make it cooler. It works but takes awhile to blow cool air

Ive taken my car twice, both times I received quality service.They go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you need done and not try to sell you up on any other service just to up sale you.Very trusted and highly recommend

I took my f one fifty king ranch here. It had a problem starting when it got hot.They told me my truck needed a new fuse panel. That was a $400 part and that instead of replacing it they said I should total my truck out. They told me it would be Eight hundred dollars to replace the fuse panel. It's about a thirty minute job tops. Just to look at my truck they charged me two hundred and twenty dollars. Then I found out that one of the employees was taking my truck home. I had taken it through a car wash before I dropped it off and I got it back covered in mud. Apparently it was being offroaded. I will never bring a car here again.P.S.It ended up being a bad Starter. A wire had a bad soldier. It took 2 minutes to fix.

For women, hunting for a trusted mechanic for her older European pampered car, previously serviced always by the dealer..arriving in Hemet, care isn't convenient. (and who knows them either?) Dealer care is 45 min. away on a good day, it can be overwhelming..Where do you begin?Begin, I did, checked out a few others, as well as Phil's (in Hemet) for over 6 months, then at their service area. I liked the fact that If they don't have the part they don't improvise, they'll seek it from the European car dealer. They eventually got my princess and took care of HER with patience and consideration to my concerns. Been there twice now for service. Pricing is fair. No complaints so far. (Why 4 stars? Just because.5 stars takes time.)

I don t have any further problems with my car. I am pleased that every time I pick up my car it leaves in perfect condition. Also, I appreciate that the technician uses steering wheel covers and carpet liners. These guys are professionals.

Had a really good, stress free experience with Bryan at Phils Auto Clinic. They were able to do what I needed at an affordable cost, as well as, diagnose another problem with my car and gave me solutions with out confusion or hassle. I feel he was honest and reasonable as well as super compassionate about how stressful car issue can be and I will definitely be going back in the future as well as recommending this business.

I was mostly happy with your service . I believe that some deduction should have been made to my check engine light service, since it was a faulty part, not of my making. Otherwise very happy with Bryan and Noah. Very kind and facility very clean.

First time customer. Took car in for oil change. Price was a bit high. They also charged me 3.5% for using my credit card and did not disclose this "extra fee" until I handed them my credit card - not okay.

Phil's Auto Clinic was able to figure out the whining noise in my car and fix it fast ! (Alternator and serpentine belt ) Also had a few other leaks. They were kind to give Me a ride home also ! Very helpful and friendly the two Bryan and Noah in the front. Thank You !

Excellent customer service!! In the beginning there was some miscommunication between us. Phil s Auto Clinic went above and beyond to make things right and satisfy our needs. I own a 30 foot motorhome and Bobs RV in Hemet referred me to Phil s I left a message and it was returned promptlyI got an estimate which sounded pretty fair and reasonableI like it when I can get an as low as and as high as estimates from any businessMakes decisions easier

If i could give zero stars i would! Do not go here!! I took my car here about a month ago i was charged nearly $400 just to inspect the car (that didn t go towards the repairs). My boyfriend explained what he thought was wrong with the car which was my cv axles and strange noises with a check engine light on. After the inspection they didn t tell me anything i didn t already know and they gave me a false repair saying my map sensor was broken which my boyfriend later discovered wasn t broken. So i pretty much just spent $400 for him to plug in a OBD2 scanner when you can just buy one of your own for that price lol. They were also too lazy to figure out what was wrong with the electrical but my boyfriend was able to find out by his self.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

We left a message over the weekend and Bryan called us back early Monday morning and fit us in for the repair on the same day. We are very happy to have found an honest mechanic who discounts AAA members and is right here in town. Bryan kept us informed throughout the process and Phil's Auto Clinic is now our new mechanic.
