I haven t been to a Jiffy Lube in a long time but I went early yesterday and they were very nice and professional. I will definitely go back!PS I got a Veteran s discount! I have been a veteran since 1981, not many companies give veterans a discount.

This is one of my favorite Jiffy Lubes ever! Was there yesterday for a conventional oil change and man they never disappoint with the price or the customer service! The gentlemen there, managers and service technicians were all nice and helpful! Not only are they professional but they're also fast! Thanks again! They also speak Spanish and are willing to help.

Employees were courteous and friendly. I presented a discount coupon for the service. They upsold me on a higher priced oil change, because apparently they were out of the oil I wanted. Service was completed in a timely manner and I checked out. After I got home, I had a chance to review the bill and noted that the employee had forgotten to apply the $20 discount. Too far to drive back to get it rectified, unfortunately. Bummer.

Acknowledged me right away. Told me what to expect and would be right with me. Gave choices on what needed. Didn t try to sell me things I didn t need. Told me a time range and were right on time. Pleasant experience

These guys did a good job. The Mgr. is a personable guy and has good info and suggestions and I don't mean that they pressure you, they don't! I know mechanics working on my own car to a degree over the years. It's nice to have the work done for you on occasion. They are a very alert personable crew and the oil change was quick and done well. Also got a transmission oil change at the same time.. Thanks I will be back.!Services: Electrical, Oil change

Leo and crew do a great job. Been using Jiffy since moving to down town Hemet. They do what they say and I'm in and out. No problems, no pressure, no magazines lol.

Service was okay. Manager kept saying that I got 5 quarts of oil for free. (No it's included in the price.) Since he kept saying it, I asked him to go ahead and put it in my trunk and I'll take it home after he does the oil change.

Fast and friendly. Took my very large work truck and they found a way to squeeze it into shop and change oil, weekend oil changes are the best time for me not to interfere with weekly work schedule.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED HERE. THE ATTENDENT HAD EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SKILLS. IT WAS TOPPED OFF BY REALLY GOOD AUTO SERVICE.THANKS FOR TAKING THE EXTRA TIME TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY.THIS IS THE JIFFY LUBE NEXT DOOR TO A CARWASH. Nobody up front to welcome us in and we had to go find someone ourselves. Had to tell them three times we were just leaving the car for an oil change and would be back later and customer service wasn t the best. Will probably go somewhere else in the future.

I WENT TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AT THIS LOCATION NEW TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER BUT,THE GUY WAS NICE AND GAVE ME A COUPON TO USE TO HELP WITH THE COST PLUS THEY VACUUMED THE INSIDE OF MY CAR AND CLEANED MY WINDOWS I WILL BE BACK & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The technician over inflated my left front tire by 10psi, it was at 35psi when I pulled in and when I got home it was at 45psi.

Went in for an oil change with a coupon and was told my car (41,000 miles on it) needed full synthetic oil at $105. Pretty sure it didn t so I asked that they just do the regular general oil change. They said no! I left. I ll never go back. Trying to up-sale a Sr woman doesn t set well with me.

Not a bad place I do only go to jiffy lube but it isn t very cheap good oil changes but filters and other services are over priced they charged me 49.99 for a caben filter that s normally 15$ at autozone than charged 20$ to put it in but otherwise good serviceServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
