I had a great experience at this dealership! I had visited several dealerships in the past and Hemet Chrysler Jeep Ram was by far the best! Not only are their prices lower than most dealerships, the staff member that helped me was great. Thank you Chad for helping me find the Jeep I was looking for and for being so down to earth. Well worth the drive down from San Diego.

Never come to this dealer. This happened on 1/6/24 around 7 pmFirst let s start with they lie to you about car prices. The sales man was never honest about how much the vehicle cost. He kept saying we will work with numbers the whole time. We finally told him the terms we wanted and left with all of my information. Moments later a women comes to the desk. I will assume she is in charge of closing the contracts and finance. Very rudely didn t even introduce herself and ask about the terms of contract. I let her know that we had already spoke with the salesman about that. Her response was I already know that but I need you to how it works . I responded back with I am aware but you are actually not giving me the price of the vehicle nor the total of contract. They left back to the finance office to eat for 20 min as we sat there waiting for a response. Then with large marks on a paper she returns with a high payment . She rudely said that s all I can do slammed the papers on the desk and got up and told us not to waist her time. We were in shock to what she said. Then I kindly asked the sales man for my copy of credit score as the dealers by law are suppose to give you of acknowledgment and he stated o we don t do that here . Then him and everyone working walked out with the building to watch us leave the lot. I can t believe how rude the staff members are to their customers here .I would never expect that from a dealership. We felt so uncomfortable and discriminated due to the staff members creating a hostile environment. This is a major disappointment .If you ever buy from here please ask for a copy of your report as I didn t receive one. Who knows what they do with your information. The sales man said they shredded mine but the women had all the papers in her hand and physically walked out the building with them in her hands. Lie after lie after lie. I will also be reporting the dealership for misleading and miss using my information.I hope the 2 individuals think about how they speak to customer's.

Robert and Jared were great. I informed Robert what I was looking for in a new car. We found a match on-site. We re able to estimate the finances around it. Went to get my wife as it would be her car. And she loved it.Jared was able to get everything through with great price and terms.

Brought my Jeep here for its first complimentary oil change & tire rotation under the Wave program. I thought it was odd when I picked it up and the spare hadn't been moved. Fast fwd a couple weeks, I was cleaning my wheels and found the same scuffed wheel, in the same position as before the "rotation". Invoive stated that the tires had been rotated. I spoke with the rep who initially scheduled my appointment, and he offered to rotate the tires and fill my gas tank. For obvious reasons, I declined, only requesting to speak to a supervisor. I was told he was in a meeting, but was assured he would return my call. This review was left because he didn't. Seems so be some pretty dishonest folk working in this service department.

Just want to give a BIG thumbs up to Gary in the finance department and Joe with the warranty department. These guys took care if me within an hour after getting numerous people saying they will call back. These guys are awesome!!!

Shopping for a car, test drives, and other forms of consulting were awesome. It was pretty speedy, and I felt they were interested in making me their customer. The dealer clearly explains all my charges when signing the document. However, I would like to have it before final decisions are made. Two or more days in advance to review the draft of all papers would be helpful. Having all readings and signings in one day may be pressure from the seller.Technically, my decisions related only to the amount of payment and the basic features (navigation, rear camera, size of the car). They clearly explained my vehicle's features, which I requested. The vehicle was given to me in impeccable condition. Generally speaking, the pickup process was moderate. It took roughly 4 hours from starting the paperwork to receiving the keys. During the purchase process, they offered small refreshments. They need more snacks and relaxing seats (for example, massage chairs). The waiting process and all the steps involved seem exhausting, especially for elderly or disabled people.

Excellent service experience!I was turned away by 2 other local Ram dealers for a repair on my front main seal. They couldn't accommodate me into their schedule, due to backlog of diesel mechanics. I totally understand that. Even though I had bought my truck from their dealer group.I was treated with value and respect throughout the process by Jessica in service. She made me want to buy my next truck from them!Great job to all, highly recommend!!!

Be aware of this dealership's tactics. They attempted to sell me a truck for 70k telling me it's cost was 60k out the door, failing to mention with my 10k down payment the actual cost was 70k. I specifically told them I was looking for a price between 60k-65k, and wouldn't finance more than 50-55k.After I noticed in financing that the total cost was 70k and questioning if there was a mistake, the manager, finance guy, and Jake the sales associate stood above me and belittled me with raised voices. They asked how I could believe they would sell me the vehicle for less than 70k.Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time coming to this dealership. However, I can recommend Joshua Tree CDJR as their service was fantastic, and they didn't try to scam me or push any hidden fees.

Listen to anyone local stop by dodge Chrysler jeep in Hemet don t waste your time anywhere else these people help me big time paid my car off and got me into a 2023 charger rt last year made 44 miles if you want a real deal ask for feras they got it done very trustworthy people

Waste of my time. I asked 5 times that the pricing be emailed to me and yet she calls me instead. Then says MSRP plus my mark up, as though insignificant...$100,000 on top of the MSRP for a depreciating liability. Too funny and ridiculous. I truly hope these car dealers who try to gouge and scam their customers go bankrupt. Horrible experience with this dealer, wouldn't purchase a part from them, definitely NEVER a vehicle.

Stay away from this place. Read the other reviews. They will pressure you into signing a bad deal. Don't walk away from this place, run! Go with a friend and don't give them a deposit until you see the final numbers, which will be way more than what they quote you. Their technique is to show you the numbers written with a big black marker. That number will go up significantly once you start signing the documents. They will pile up add-ons whether you asked for them or not, or even if you rejected them, like I did. If you try to take the add-ons out, they will tell you they will give you more miles but not a cheaper price. If you don't understand what they are saying, it's not you, you are not understanding because they are giving you completely absurd explanations. Trust your intuition and your mind and be ready to walk away, even if you are feeling that you are being rude. They will be counting on your decency to not walk away. The manager stands completely behind his team and will not help you in any way. They count on the humbleness of the people of Hemet to continue their business practices. Go somewhere else. I had gone to 5 dealerships and I did my research. I only went to this dealership because of their supposed mark downs and because they are in Hemet. Don't make this mistake. Drive the extra miles to go to another dealership. You will be glad you did.

Service dept is very bad. I had 3 people tell me they had my that my headlight bulbs were in stock. My appt was at 7am at 2pm I called to see if the car was ready I was told my tech jessica would call me right back after 33 minuets a finally called again and after holding for 19 mins I was told they only had 1 bulb in stock and no one could explain why no one had called for 7hrs to tell me this or why 3 people told me there were plenty in stock. I also had an oil change and tire rotation and they overfilled all 4 tires by 7lbs. I have had other issues so I will not be going back and I advise anyone else to go to another dealership

Never have I been to a dealer or any other mechanic and they set an appointment for 9:30 but say they won't even start the oil change and recall until the following day. That is not how it should be. Both Honda and Toyota would return my car the same day and washed. Not happy with the service here. Next time I'm buying Honda or Toyota.

We are in California and took your 2023 Wrangler Sahara 4Xe in due to some front end wobble. Even though we had purchased in Arizona we were treated fantastic by Kassandra. With 4500 miles they did the 5000 mile servicing, Fixed the wobble did addition checks and did did a battery update. Told it would take a day and half and delivered on time and even washed it. Very Impressed.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend, and Pablo helped us out. Told him what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect ram 1500. The dealership does honor current rebates and are super friendly. Will definitely be coming back for any future vehicle purchases.

Was dealing with Halle at the store and what a true professional with stellar customer service skills. The list of vehicles that Halle sent was quite extensive and pricing attractive as well. The distance was a bit far, so we opted to stay local in our search for a possible additional vehicle.I appreciated Halle's approach and follow-up.Highly recommended

We were treated exceptionally well. Like family from the salesman Gary, to the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. Gary helped find the exact truck we wanted, stayed until after closing to finish the deal then he drove to our house so He could deliver the vehicle and get my cosigner's signature. Bait and switch. After looking at past reviews not surprising should have checked beforehand. This is the second time with this dealership, first time it suddenly dissappear so I thought I was mistaken. The second time I took a picture of the screen before I did anything else. Reached out and of course truck is 79k before any fees or taxes. Personel was friendly, but no thanks. Would not honor price so before you go make sure your price is their price.

Very bad experience buying out of state, you call and call and they passed me on to several different people and no one wants to help . They ran my credit and in the end the car was sold, then they wanted to exchange me for another one that I didn't want . They are scammers!

Scam They lure you in with the lowest price in all of California, but once you're there, you'll find out the actual price is much higher, deceiving you into running a credit report. I m interested in buying a 2023 Dodge Challenger SXT, They initially say outdoor price with tax is 29K, then after completing the credit check, suddenly inform you the car price is 32K, eventually escalating to 35K USD. Shame on you! American cars are just being ruined by people like you

Their ads are misleading. It read 0% financing on certain vehicles. I went in trying to get a 2024 Ram Rebel. Test drove it and loved it. When we started talking about financing, they hit me with an over $1300 payment for 84 months. I was going to trade in a 2023 Toyota Corolla Hybrid and they were only going to give me $20,000. Sure, I owed around $29,000 when i wanted to trade it in and I had negative equity, but where did those numbers come from? It's a rip off. They said it was only on 2023 Ram 1500 models. If you do the math, that's over $109,000. They ran the numbers on a 2023 Ram 1500 4x2 Crew Cab and the wanted over $950 a month for 72 months. The math on on that one is over $68,000 with 0% . I bought a vehicle from the before. Not doing any business with them again.

We ve been kicking around the idea of getting a truck for awhile. We didn t know much about Dodge but we knew we really didn t like car dealerships or car salesmen. We spoke to our neighbor who highly recommends Dodge trucks and they were offering several incentives so we decided to go to the dealership on Christmas Eve to just check them out. We were at the dealership for a full 10-15 minutes just looking around and were very surprised we weren t bombarded by a salesman chasing after us. Once we were ready to talk to someone, we went inside the dealership and they got somebody right away to help us. Our salesman Mario walked with us to the trucks we were looking at. We explained what we were looking for and he answered all the questions we had and worked really hard to find the right fit for us. When we went in to sit down and try to work out a deal, they never pushed to run our credit until we were completely satisfied with the numbers. Once we came to a deal, then they ran the credit. When we went to finance, they explained the different options to add but didn t push for it. We did decide to add on at that point, but at no time were they pushy about anything which we really appreciated. We took delivery of the vehicle at night so it was dark. After arriving home, we saw a pretty significant scratch/dent in the front and let them know right away. They could have very easily said they wouldn t repair it since we already left the dealership. They agreed to repair the damage and sent the pictures to Jessica, their service representative. We reached out to Jessica about a week later since we were in the middle of the holidays. She returned our call within a reasonable amount of time. Our truck is currently in being repaired. Everyone is very nice and treated us well. We would definitely recommend them and go back when we re in the market for another Dodge truck.
