Somehow every time my car gets serviced here, there's a new scratch on the interior (from the technicians 100 different keys), or loss pieces scattered around from when they checked the air filter. I remember when I first bought my car here, it was great service but its gone down over the years. Not to mention the rude customer service, they couldn't even give you an ETA on when service will be completed and when they do they give you an attitude about it.

I met with Ric in the service department, and he was very friendly and very professional. Since I was waiting at the dealership for my service to be completed, he came to the waiting area and informed me that my car was ready to go. It was finished an hour sooner than I had originally been quoted, which is always nice. Everything was a very pleasant experience.

I went for an oil change without appointment, and Jose was able to accommodate me as always. They have good service, and got my car ready in 2 hours. They also helped me set up an Uber as courtesy after dropping my car off. Thank you guys! Best of luck to your business- Diem Parker

Brought my 2016 Hyundai in for a check engine light. Paul the manager assisted me with finding the service center, he also asked if I wanted to upgrade my vehicle which was an awesome suggestion. After the whole process I left in a brand new 2024 Hyundai Elantra! With $0 down! Check them out, they treat you like family. Within the 2 5 years I've had my Hyundai Elantra its been in for service 6 times. 4 of those are because of a clicking noise I front end. This last time nothing got taken care of. They said they couldn't duplicate the noise. Which is ridiculous cause all you gave to do is make a right or left turn and you'll hear it. It happens all the time. So now I've got to schedule service again and wait almost a week for you guys to even look at it. Which during that time I'm without a car. I can't afford a week of rental car. So not real happy right now. And my car at the time only had 60000 miles on it now I'm at 70000 miles And I'm still having the same issue

Easy check in. The team keeps you informed via text as to the services needed/required now, or in the future. The treat their clients with respect. I watched the service techs discuss (with other customers) the service and , recommendations for their vehicle. I was impressed how they treated one very young, and one, very old customer with the same respect. And, there actions show their love their job.

Great customer service.. Our salesman and his team worked with us another purchase. We re returning Hyundai customers because they take care of their clients. Service is great and everyone is very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them. I m super excited with my new car. They made it happen.

As always Anthony got my car in and taken care of in a timely manner. I had the 60K maintenance done and I had my car back just before lunchtime. I'm always greeted by name upon walking in. Makes me feel like I'm a valued customer each and every time.

Carlos is always friendly and helpful, they know how to get things done. Even if there's a wait they'll give me lyft home or I get to sit in the lobby where they offer drinks and snacks. They have a great team there and I love going to the Hemet Hyundai for all my services.

Anthony s professional service was above and beyond my expectations. He called with good news saying engine replacement will be taking care of through Hyundai s engine warranty campaign and that a rental car would be provided that I didn t need. He said it would take 10-15 days to repair and we received car back in the estimated time frame. Everything I was told happened was as one would expect. I am definitely a Hyundai believer. I am not surprised at their best warranty in the industry. I will consider a Hyundai when I look for another vehicle.

They paid for an Uber to pick me up from my home to get the car back which was beyond the call of duty as I had brought my car in for a recall and therefore paid nothing. Excellent service and car drives much better.

Anthony was so nice, I went in to see about my upper tail light, he came out to see what I was cocerned about, and ordered a repacement part, a few days later, I returned and Anthony took such good care of the issue, my wait time was great, had my car back in super time, thank you for having super advisors at your service counter. Frankly, we were about to give up on buying a car after visiting other car companies around. Afterwards we met Marcos. I really think that it has increased the brand value of the Hyundai brand. Before, I only admired Japanese cars. But my opinion changed with Marcos. My second car now is Hyundai Tucson and we are very pleased with it. I'm thinking of buying an electric Hyundai soon.

Just really wasn t happy with customer service and the tech who looked at my car. Brought car in due to going through a flooded street to get home. Said I had a wet air filter and told me to replace it and I declined I had just replaced it before I drove it to the service team the following day after all the rain was gone, because the old one was definitely wet from the rain. I had told them that when they told me I needed a new one and I said it should be dry it s brand new and they said no it s soaked. So I still declined. I declined all the work needed except the oil change. when I got my car it was completely dry like I knew it was since It was brand new right before I drove it over there. Which just tells me that the tech didn t actually check my air filter they must have just assumed it was wet which is frustrating. There was more I was frustrated about but that was the icing on top lol
