I couldn t get the bolt off to the wheel hub on my Chevy Malibu Lt. And I needed it fixed quick. I commute and drive a lot. So having my car out of commission really did a job on my hours. I don t really trust a lot of people with handling my car, especially after the number they did at Gosche Chevy. I called Franks Automotive on Tuesday, he told me to bring my car in on Friday at 8. I expected I d get her back sometime in the evening. Needless to say I received a call at around 10:30 just 2 1/2 hours after I dropped her off informing me she s done. You can imagine how happy I was. She s driving amazing and frank was such a huge help! Giving me advice and suggestions. He never made me feel pressured and was incredibly knowledgeable. I ve never trusted someone so fast in my life. He definitely has all my business forever! Thank you for your hard work! And I ll be using him for now on :)

Being able to trust your mechanic is an invaluable asset. This place is my new go to. Being within walking distance is kind of a big deal when you, by definition, are having serious car trouble. Fast service, fair pricing and no upselling anything. This was my second time going, and I plan on going back.Well... hopefully not.I'd rather my vehicle not break at all, to be completely honest.

I called around looking for local mechanics to get my brakes and rotors done and after speaking to six different businesses, Frank not only gave the lowest estimate, but also said he could do it on a Saturday. He was very fair with the cost for parts and labor. No bull, no lies, no schemes, no additional phone call to advise we needed additional work done and he got me in and out within one hour on a Saturday. I was very happy with his work. I checked his reviews across multiple review platforms an he earned 5 stars on Yelp. I'll definitely be coming back.

I have been coming with many vehicles to this establishment for about 6 years now. I am very happy with the quality of work that is done on all my vehicles and always refer those that I know to this location. I'm very happy for the information that is always given to me so I can be more aware on how to maintain and keep them up for years to come. I appreciate the hard honest work here because I have left other places scared for my life thinking my car was going to fall apart. So I must say thank you Frank's Automotive for making sure that our vehicles are safe to be on the road! Many blessings to Frank his family as well as the establishment. Frank is probably the most upright, kind, and honest mechanic in the business. I bought an absolute lemon, without frank I would have been completely out of luck. Frank is a honest to god blessing. I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else.

I cannot recommend Frank's enough. Francisco was kind, honest, fixed a problem that 2 other mechanics could not diagnose, and did it all in the same day with a smile. Even gave me tips on how to take it to other mechanics and not get ripped off. So good

Frank is the most honest mechanic i have ever found...he is also the most reasonable..!! Thats why he is always busy...!! He works very hard and very reasonable..!! We just had our air conditioning done there and he had to replace a lot of things that would have cost anywhere from $1200 to $1500....Frank only charged us $800 so we gave him an extra $ 40 for doing a good job and honest....and he has 6 kids to feed or did before they grew up...!! I could say more but you get the point..!!

Been going to Frank for over 5 yrs and would not go anywhere else. Always friendly and very fair pricing. I have been there and had him not charge me for little things he may find while fixing something else. He is honest and has told me when some repair isn't needed or can wait. Never had that kind of experience with anyone except when my Dad used to work on my car! Lol I totally trust him. He has a beautiful wife, fosters children....he is a family man. Try him out! Won't be dissapointed!

Made an appointment for 8 on Friday morning to have my car checked out for electrical problem turned out to be alternator took 3 hours from the time I got there to the time he called me to pick it up to replace back on the road no problems good job good price will be using him for future jobs if one arises hopefully not

*** Honest and Reliable ***Frank is the best in Hemet. I'm in the lobby as I'm writing this. I came in to get a 2nd opinion and he's going above and beyond my expectations. He's staying late on Friday to do what he can to fix my vehicle. There's nothing more you would want out of a mechanic. I have lived in this town over a decade and been to various mechanics... I wouldn't look any further than Frank.***HIGHLY RECOMMEND****A++++

I've been going to Frank for my auto needs for over 2 years. I will not take my car to anyone but him. Very fair and honest. I recommend his business to everyone.

Frank's automotive is the place in San Jacinto/Hemet to meet your needs when requiring automotive maintenance and repair. Frank's mechanical skills are phenomenal and genuinely cares in helping his clients. I can always count on Frank to offer an exceptional job when dealing with my cars. His price values, along with the service provided, make this shop a must go and highly recommend him!

Bad service had my car for a month parked under a car with an oil leak and didn't fix the problem. The car came in running and had to get towed home. Caused damage and didn't compensate me for there mess ups.

Fast, friendly service. Knowledgeable mechanic. Seemed a little pricey; but I'm used to KY rates. :-)
