I had a great car, but whenever I retire I want my forever car to be a Toyota Camry. I've had Camrys before. I know how reliable and long lasting they are. Other lots at the other end of town were not so nice and actually down right rude when told them my budget and what I wanted. Ryan at Family Auto Sales was very respectful and made several trips to the office to get me the best deal. It wouldn't have happened otherwise. He got me the best trade in value that was the deal breaker. And all 4 tires are great! I was able to get certificates on all 4 tires at American Tires. And they are particular at what they cover. Thank you Ryan! Thank you Family Auto Sales!

I would recommend buying a car here. They have quality vehicles at good prices, and if there is a problem with the vehicle you perchance, they will take care of it asap! Jake and everyone there are very nice and right to the point. Very honest. They worked very hard to get me into a vehicle that day, and they succeeded even with my trash credit. 10 out of 10

Had a great car buying experience. John was so helpful and resourceful when it came to telling me about the car, including mpg and most importantly reliability. I ended up getting a 2012 Chevy Cruze with extended warranty to take the worry out of being left without a working car which is always a risk when buying a previously owned car. Family auto took that anxiety away and left us with a super smooth and easy car buying experience. Highly recommended if you re in the market for a car come check them out!

Never had an easier time buying a pre-owned car. Maria was helpful and did not pressure me at all. Told her what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. They exceeded my expectation and I drove off a happy customer. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I just bought a ford fusion 2008 from here. Had a couple issues with the car its self but family auto took care of me. They fixed my car and gave me an amazing deal on a beautiful car. Thank you family auto

I've had nothing but excellent service from family auto sales and service. Jacob and the staff are top notch, and know their business.I've had everything from sensors to transmission done by them.If your vehicle needs service of any sort, I highly recommend giving them a shot

Amazing place with great people who work with you, not against you The mechanic shop, is reliable and will always tell you exactly what's wrong and/or what is going to be needed soon. Sales department professional and goes above and beyond! Never take my cars anywhere else!Thank you family Auto!!!

I purchased my first car from Family Auto Sales and I am very pleased. I had come from a local big dealership and was very discouraged. However driving by we decided to stop and see if I could be approved. John was the sales man who assisted me. John was kind, informative and helpful. I felt comfortable the whole time and treated with respect and as if I was family. I was able to drive off with a car and with payments that were in my budget if not better. I m glad I stopped here and I recommend anyone and everyone to give them a chance. Thank you Family Auto Sales!

I kept bringing my car in to different Mechanics for about five years asking what the cabin noise was only to get no resolution. The Service Manager Jacob said it was bad engine mounts and torque struts. Yep, that was it. No more rattling and elevated engine noise now. I am extremely happy with the service here. :)

Family Auto Sales representatives were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about my pre approved loan through my bank and knew right away how to get it increased so i could get the vehicle I wanted when other dealerships turned me away. Other dealerships attempted to get me to use their lenders at ridiculous interest rates. Family Auto Sales was friendly , helpful and completely professional yet, down to earth. No gimmicks , no tricks, and no adding thousands of dollars on the sticker price like other dealerships. I appreciated them and love my Rav 4 Toyota. Thanks guys!!

Family owned is the way to go. Everyone is so welcoming, informative and helpful! They take great care of their customers, even after leaving the lot. They are always prioritizing the customers and their satisfaction. Great experience getting my first new (used) car! These guys rock!

So I usually dont leave reviews, but I feel its necessary to leave one, and I hope it helps out whomever may read this:The Family Auto crew is exponentially phenomenal! They treat you just like their company name: "family". I've financed 3 cars from them since 2014 and have my auto service and maintenance done there as well. Friendly, honest, and dedicated. Would recommend 11/10

Not sure how to call this one. The owner bent over backwards & worked hard to get my wife into a car that would be safe and in her budget while still making some money.Thus far out side of "key" and "window" issues the vehicle has performed well and I have every reason to believe it will continue to do so. In being honest I would have to say, "He did his job well". However other issues with various staff members during a couple visits to the lot would also need the same kind of honesty and that honestly I just am not sure I will ever go back for another purchase thus in all fairness could not recommend anyone else purchase a vehicle there either.

I ve bought two cars here 2013 & 2018. I also have my cars repaired here. Jacob keeps both in excellent condition. My cars 03 Tahoe 200k miles and 2012 sonata 90k miles my daily driver I ve put 30k since I bought it. I highly recommend them to everyone for sales and service. I won t go anywhere else.

Friendly and pressure free environment. The sales reps and managers were very professional and did not give you any of those empty smiles or empty promises. Will be returning after a year to buy another car from, what is now, my only dealer. The cars are within the Kelly blue book dealer recommended price that I saw and they have a great selection to choose from. I would highly recommend this dealer for any buyer.

When I was searching for a car I came here to check out what they had in stock. I felt so welcomed when I was approached. I remember the young lady offered me coffee which was nice. I loved the fact that it was ran by family and not some old man just wanting to get that sale. They were very cooperative to what I wanted. They weren t trying to offer me a completely different car because of the price. Basically, they weren t your standard pushy sales guys. I knew that buying my car here was an awesome decision and I come back often to get my oil change, which is nice to see everyone

I m disappointed for 3rd time. My dad s truck doesn t pass it from smog test. My dad keep give them chance over and over then he give up that service. That man, who did test and couldn t find P.V.C value in Ford F-150 1994, so my dad had to show him, where it at. You know what he say? Oh I didn t know? Really? What kind of mechanical, he is? Maybe he is not good mechanical at all or obviously he doesn t care about customers. Let us to walk, can t drive and must ride bus because of him?? All I want is my dad s truck passed it from smog test and so, he can use it and take me to work without stress out of my heart issues. Thanks a lot service, it your fault!!

Fantastic service and very affordable! I purchased a used car in Hemet Ca and had to drive it back to Michigan. So before leaving town on my 2100 mile journey I decided to get my oil changed and car inspected. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in right away! I was on the road within an hour. Thank for everything !

I have bought 2 Honda Civics from here and loved them both. They treat you like family, they don't try to scam you or pressure you. Very easy to work with, have many different financing options. Both of my cars have lasted years already and I've had zero problems. I will be coming here to get all of my future cars!For people who gave low stars, I think its important to remember if you buy a cheaper/older/higher mileage car, you are getting what you pay for no matter where you go. They do a great job of going through the cars to make sure theres no major flaws with the way it runs, I saw them do it to mine! I recommend this place to everyone.

Always friendly and reliable. It's our one stop auto shop. We bought our car here and we bring it in here for all maintenance and care. We will be buying here again in the near future and will continue to get our cars serviced here! Oh, and we got our car STAR certified smog tested here! Everything but the gas!!!

I broke down 30 miles away from this shop spitting oil out of my truck. Called them and they were suppose to close at 3 PM. I explained to them that the tow truck could not get there till 4. They were so understanding that they would wait for me to get there. After it all it was a simple fix and sent me on my way. I would sooo recomend them to my kids. They are great.

I recommend everyone to come here! I got my first car here and just recently, my second. Both times have been smooth and not to mention that the employees are truly amazing and know what they re doing. When I came the second time, all the sales people were super busy with other customers. I was just walking around the lot looking at the cars when Jacob (I m pretty sure that s his name) came to help. He wasn t a sales person but that night, he became one to help me out. He normally does servicing on customer cars.Anyways, Thanks to his help and knowledge, I drove out in a BEAUTIFUL Hyundai Sanota. The one I have been eyeing since I got there.The workers here go above and beyond with their customers even if it s not their job description and that is what I love. They re honest and trustworthy.Team work makes amazing places and this place is more than amazing!

I have had nothing but problems with this car, 1st the key stopped working had to have it towed got a key made but didn't come with the fob!!! Had to pay for it , fuel pump went out, front bumper clips weren't there, and now none of the keys work or the fob, on the car. Won't start... But I am stuck making the payments!!!! An the insurance is a joke!!!

Long story short. I bought a Camry from them with a carfax report saying zero accidents. After a year of owning the paint all across the back panel started chipping and peeling everywhere. Found out family auto painted those panels to cover up something with cheap paint job that I couldn t see when I bought it. I got this info and they pointed it out when I took it to the Toyota dealership. Almost like it was a bandaid just to get the sale then it s my problem later. I called them out on it and long story short they said they d give me a discount to get it painted again. Why should I have to pay anything? You re responsible for what you re selling. Just like how I m trying to sell it now and I have to pay to get it painted for the next owner. I wouldn t recommend this place. Hide problems of used cars to get a sale.

Total integrity car sales and repair. Being a single woman some Hemet car shops saw me coming and took advantage...such a horrible feeling because one really needs a reliable trustworthy car service. I found my dream car repair....great fair pricing excellent communication and honest repair. Jake is awesome and I AM so relieved I have an honest car repair shop of my very own!!! That's how I spell relief!!!
