My one and only experience for this place was me doing a legal u-turn on esplanade and the mechanic was impatient while trying to move vehicles around. This man then proceeded to curse at me as I went into a neighboring business in front of my 3 year old son. I told him to have the day he thinks he deserves. Dave s will never have my business. I d recommend all stay away from such a toxic environment. Thank you.

Failed to properly diagnose and repair my fading brakes. caused a whole different problem in my braking system, and received terrible customer service in the process as well. original problem was fading brakes, and after daves work on my car, now my calipers are squeezing too hard and applying a constant pressure on my rotors causing massive steering wheel shake and even more shaking when using the brakes when the car has driven for about 15-30 miles. they replaced the master cylinder, pads all around, both front calipers. I live in las Vegas and My family and i were on our yearly vacation to ca to see loved ones and friends. while i was there i had asked my father in law if he knew of a good shop to fix the highlanders brake fade that i would experience at red lights and prolonged stops. So, we went down to daves' to see if he could fix the problem. he took the car in on short notice and we were very grateful for him to take in a car when his shop was pretty much full. when the work was finally finished we started making the trip home when the cars steering wheel started massively shaking just before the cajon pass in Sa Bernardino. My father in law then at 1 in the morning drove out to San Bernardino to ferry my kids back and forth to my sister in laws house. so, we got the car back to daves the next day where he took a whole day and a half to install two calipers. and then when my family and i were attempting to make the drive again the car went right back into the same frenzy about the same distance but this time we made it beyond the cajon pass into the high desert. we were too far to ask my father in law to come get the kids again so i called my brother that lives in vegas too to pick up my wife and kids to get them home, while my son and I stayed with the car, and we would allow the brakes to cool, then we would drive about 20-30 miles untill we got just outside of baker at 6 am in the morning then the brakes just wouldnt take it anymore. i paid 590 dollars to get the highlander towed from there the rest of the way. i have 4 kids and i dont have the extra money to drop 600 buck on a tow after an extended vacation in overpriced ca because dave failed to properly diagnose my car. Even worse dave, twice my family was stranded on the side of the road as we attempted to drive back so i can get to work on time. I want solutions dave but now you wont answer your phone. i am an angry father thats barely making it and you screwed me dave. call me please. be a man and make things right. do something for my father in law that spoke so great about you. prove your other reviews right.

I have been going here for 7 years my uncle use to be a mechanic and referred me here. They are very nice and honest people. Also get me in and out fast and go above and beyond. They have fixed my glove compartment cause they noticed it kept falling out. Also put the plastic piece above my tire on because it was just sitting in my trunk cause I dident know how to put it back on.

I'm so happy I found an honest mechanic who really knows his stuff. Dave saved me a bunch of money. I would recommend Dave to my mother. Very honest and knowledgeable.

They took the time to help me out on Christmas Eve. Needed my brakes done and Dave and his guys got it done showed me my old brakes compared to the new ones and his prices can't be beat I definitely recommend bringing your car in.
