All around an amazing shop, I have mostly dealt with Dave who is just so friendly, very knowledgeable and very happy to help you with everything he can. Edward is also great, always friendly and happy to help as well with a smile on his face ready to have a conversation. I have an older BMW, a 2007 X3 and it has run into some issues and older parts needing replacement. I have taken my car here for all work, including oil changes. If you want a shop you can trust to work on your European car this is basically the only one in all of Riverside county worth spending your money at. They will be honest with you and not overcharge. They also have had all my jobs done very quick with out giving up any quality. Just happy with this shop in every way, still have some work to do and am grateful I have them to do the rest of it.

Great place to get your car repaired and/ or painted. Had to have some work done on my BMW plus the front hood had to be painted and I have to admit this is an absolutely Beautiful paint job. It looks Perfect! Thank you Dave, Edward and all the fellows at Countdown Motorwerkz for exquisite work!Reasonably priced and the customer service is the best!

When I purchased my BMW 3 series I was very reluctant because of the reputation of BMWs to be problematic. It had 60,000 miles on it. I fell in love with this car and loved driving it. Soon the problems began and I still was financing it and of course I was upside down on my loan and had to keep it and repair it. This got very frustrating and expensive. After the last $2000 repair at 80,000 miles,done by the dealer, I discovered Countdown Motorwerkz. They helped me love my car again. Their prices are very fair and they are very helpful in explaining services and repairs. Their customer service is excellent and they do EXCELLENT accurate, and honest work. Because of these fine people I will be keeping my 3 series and plan to drive her worry free past 300,000 miles.

I ve gotten all my work done here. Fuel pump, water pump, axel shaft, tune up, breaks and rotors, valve cover and motor mounts. I love them and I will be going here until my bmw gives out. Car is always ready next day if not the same day. Thanks you to all the staff who are so dope! Very honest people ! Thank you again I appreciate you all

Their customer service is superb! Closest place around with motul and they go out of their way to ensure they keep the oil I need on hand when I need to do my oil changes. They are extremely friendly. You won't be disappointed.

I am a retired mechanic and when my wife's 330CI stopped running, I diagnosed it as a fuel delivery issue.I contacted Countdown because of their reviews. I told them the situation and instead of trying to bilk me for $$$ diagnosing the problem, they investigated my theory and it WAS a bad fuel pump. They had it fixed in a few hours. I'm very pleased with these guys. I'm certain I'll be back in the future.

These guys know there stuff, from a basic oil change all the way to full blown custom turbos to all your performance needs. Why go out of town when you have right in your back yard..Hands down the best in town with service and prices. ( Me...E90, N54 )

Be careful letting John kasmere work on you're car he will still parts from you're vehicle. His a thief I'm very disappointed! Stay away

Worst place ever ask if they could look at one of our cars just cause it would take 5 hours to do they said no.. I would pay anything to get it fix asap
