I woke up this morning with a flat tire because I ran over a nail. It was my first time coming to Chavez tires. The gentlemen that changed my tires was fast! He went above and beyond with his customer service. I would recommend this tire shop to anyone! My son went to get one tire fixed and got tricked into getting four very old very worn out used tires for $50 each. Scam avoid this place. Thanks for replying to my review and proving that you did in fact sell some very worn out used tires that shouldn t be on the road.

Dropped off a U-Haul rental at this location. I had already paid for the vehicle rental with added coverage for damage. I returned vehicle how it was given to me. This location charged me an additional 66 dollars for missing a mover blanket. Beware and ask for a receipt before leaving here.

They ripped me off. Sold me a bad tire for $90. Bought 2 of them. Paid cash and no receipt was given, even after asking for it when paying.Lesson learned, "saved" $70 compared to discount tire but NO warranty.Guy in charge has terrible people skills, even treating poorly his own (dissabled) employeeSo beware of this scammers

I have only dealt with this company for renting U-haul Trucks on two occasions, but things haven't gone well there both times. Overall, the staff is a bit rude and abrupt with the service, so I avoided this location after my first rental. But my last experience was too ridiculous not to post about.I was forced to rent their truck as it was the only one of its size available, so I hoped my past experience was an exception. Unfortunately, the staff was still a bit rude, so oh well. But what really made things crazy was the truck itself. It smelled of Pot Smoke that was overwhelming, so it seemed obvious someone had been blazing away while using it or while it was checked in. The smell lessened as you ran the AC, but it would come back after sitting for a while. Moving on, the key mechanism on the driver's side door was broken, so fell out of the socket the first time I unlocked it. Unfortunately, I had already loaded the truck, so I duck taped it in place to get by for my trip. While driving, it became apparent that the shocks were bad, it got horrible gas mileage and the AC didn't blow air while going uphill - all obvious signs that the truck needed an overhaul (tuneup, oil change, AC filter, etc).I realize this is only one part of what this business does, but they don't do it well. I will stick to renting from the main facility from now on - even if I can't get the truck size I want.

Dont come here!!!!Review update. I went home and both of my tires were patched I called and worker said that when you buy something used there were no replacement whatever you buy that s what you get because I bought them used. so I ended up having to buy two other set of tires because the ones they sold to me were not in good condition and they were low on pressure all the time . Waist of time and money! Never again

Zero stars. He did a tire rotation and forgot to put back the nuts on my left front tire, it fell off while driving!!!! Zero apologies, damaged the studs. Might have to file in small claims. This man seems ill, should not be risking peoples lives just to make an extra buck. Filed with the Automotive Repair Bureau.

I just had the worst experience with this shop. I made a reservation online to rent a U-Haul they gave me a truck that was not on my reservation. I drive off for about maybe 4-five minutes to the nearest gas station located on that same street. while I m pumping gas about $4 in all the gas started leaking everywhere mind you before I left the tire shop they told me that the truck had no gas and that I can just go ahead and bring it back with no gas which was weird to me Not only that but I tried to call them immediately when I noticed this and they didn t answer I called about 10-15 they never answered. so I get a ride back the shop hours say they close at 7pm today by 5:50p.m. the shop was completely closed i think they knew something was wrong this completely ruined moving plans and had to go elsewhere and re-rent. I called roadside now its been almost 1 hr and haven t heard back from anyone sooo upset this is ridiculous.Service: Local hauling

Best tire shop in hemet, had the tire I needed for a great price when other ships didn t have it, their service was on point and they were able to change my tire within 15 min. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I had been noticing that my back tire was losing air and I went to Chavez Tire for a repair. I got there right when they opened and Juan helped me out right away. He fixed my tire and I was on my way! Great service and was in and out in no time flat! I ll be recommending Chavez Tire to everyone I know! Thanks again Juan!!

I drove up with a shredded tire before work. I was told that the tire was too far gone to fix and there wasn't a new tire in stock that would fit my car, but they did have a used one. I was on my way 15 minutes later, having paid exactly what I was quoted (which was very reasonable). I'll be coming back for sure.

Needed to recycle some old tires today and went to two different firestone's only to be turned away or asked to wait 2hrs before they could get to me. I stopped by Chavez tires on the way home and he happily took them for recycling. Really friendly shop.

This place is amazing. Reasonable prices and fast service are compelling me to recommend them to family and friends and anyone who'll listen. My attendant (Lionel) was courteous, pleasant and offered many services that can be done to provide necessary maintenance on my vehicle. I'll be seeing them again real soon.

BEWARE Worst tire shop. Do not trust them. FraudulentShop. Selling used tires as new. Extremely rude and unprofessional and complete scammers. When I exposed them they started insulting and hanging up the phone.This shop needs to be closed down ASAP.
