I was headed back home after back to back work programs in the hospitality industry. Tired, another two hours to go (an hour of that is up a two lane mountain road no less) when my tire pressure light came on. Ugh! I pulled off the freeway figuring all I needed was some air. Turned out I had a small leak! Marshall and Richard took care of me, didn t charge me a dime and were beyond polite. They made me feel I was in good hands and can now proceed safely on to my journey home.Aside from the outstanding customer service, I wanted to mention something else I noticed. Marshall ended each interaction I saw with other customers as well as his team members with the meaningful words I appreciate you. As someone who works in Corporate Hospitality this is rare. He s a gem and I hope whomever is reading this understands his value. He s keeping not only the customers happy but also his team. That s huge! Way to go.In closing - thanks a million guys!!! I ll be recommending as many people a I can your way.

Excellent and professional customer service from the guys @ BIG BRAND tire and service. I showed up with a flat tire and service they fix me up. While waiting I was kindly offer a donut . Couldn't get any better. If ever in need I wont hesitate to come back. Highly recommend Their service. Keep up the good work.11-26-23

Jason helped me tremendously. I can't thank him enough. Being a widow, with small children, I was not going to be able to fix everything at once. He helped me come up with a manageable timeline of service. I am able to get my car fixed at a rate that will not put me in debt. Absolutely fantastic staff, and they accommodated my walking in as a priority. My dad was even impressed with these guys! He's a hard man to please.

The gentleman who helped me was so superb. I left feeling really positive and considered, even cared for. I would recommend this place because it's always a very helpful, positive, reasonable experience. They inspected my tire and all it was, was a stem where the air goes in needed replacement. I had no warrant, but they changed it for under $8.00. Thankful.

I only came in to get a hole patched, but the service was great. The staff is kind and friendly and service was also quick not to mention free. Can t beat free. I remember paying 10 bucks for a hole patch on a tire. They also have a few other free services with tires suck as tire rotations and other mechanical checks besides tires.

Great place to get tires repaired. It was free which was super cause end of month means no money. Even put it on for free. Have movies playing while wait. There's food near by or coffee. Definitely my new go to for car issues. Thanks guys.

We had a flat tire and when I called to see if they could service our car, they were great! Rich was friendly, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. He ordered the tire and notified us the next morning when it arrived. The service was excellent and we will continue to go there when we need to. I highly recommend them!

What a wonderful team at the Hemet location. Jason was great. Knowledgeable and fast service. I was able to walk in without an appointment and apply for the Acima program to take care of my needs since I didn t have the funds for my emergency work I desperately needed. Thanks to everyone at the Hemet store. I m new to the area and Jason is now my personal mechanic.

Called to see if I can drop by to have an oil change and they had a promo for free vehicle check and other stuff as well.Marciall was such a Rockstar! He explained the details of the process and showed me some of the issues of my car which hopefully we'd be able to fix next week.Marshall was also so patient answering the questions of my little man who's into cars and even gave him a model car!Talk about awesome customer service. I'm so glad that we stopped by today and didn't go somewhere else.

We take our vehicles here every time there is an issue. The customer service is great and they always make sure the issue is fixed and you car is ready for the road again! Would highly recommend!

I walked in to your shop to get some info, I told Lloyd that I had heard he was great with other peoples Honda s & Toyota s, his humble remark was , we all are good ,.I asked how he felt about working on a Lexus, he said no problem , What do you need done. . I told him my car is 8 years old , only has 30,400 miles on it so I want it checked out for just about everything, but specially lube, tires rotated & aligned, wipers replaced and whatever should be checked out.I was away about 40 min., the pleasant young man up front, showed me my inside filthy air filter& suggested I have it changed, which I did, later he said my rear right wheel needed alignment, which I totally agreed needed to be done, even more so when later he showed me the before & after printout. I felt your crew liked each other and worked well together, which many times isn t evident elsewhere. Amen & hallelujah to you & your company. Believe me, I will give you all the best rating whenever possible & I m so happy someone suggested your store to me! Patt G. HEMET, Ca

The customer service here is incredible. First time I came a had a tire leak. Not only did they not try to sell me tires but patched it for FREE! Just now called, they had been closed for a half hour already and picked up the phone anyhow, AND sounded happy doing it! Thank you Marshall. Having the tow truck drop the car to deal with tomorrow.

I needed a flat fixed and had already been to two shops that couldn't take me. Big brand said they could in two hrs. I left car with them and they fixed on time at no charge for repair but paid $25 to balance tire. I noticed that some prices on services seemed really high

Was told that there were certain parts on my vehicle that needed to be replaced, so I took it to two different mechanics and both told me that the defective parts that Big Brand Tires told me needed to be fixed there was nothing wrong with them, I thought they were trustworthy but I guess that's what happens when they see a female walk in then they try to take advantage,

First time I came here, gave me an amazing deal with my tires, second time in with my grandma got a full tune up and her car runs like new, my third time here now a regular oil change, staff here is super friendly and outstanding on customer service, it seems like they enjoy working here,(and that s hard to find) thank you everyone. Thanks Jason and Robert for making sure I drive a safe car and my loved ones!!

Since the moment I walked in to get an estimate, I was greeted with great customer service by everyone working here. Best pricing I could find. Schedule appointment, now here getting tires and breaks, I just moved here, which means money is tight but they helped me with a payment plan as well. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome service!! Walked in because my tire light came on. PSI was low and they filled it and went above to check and ensure alignment was not needed. I appreciate when people take care of their customers.

I came in for a mechanical problem. They dug deep into what was causing the problem. While I was waiting the guys there were a joy to talk to. Richard the manager explained in detail the cause and solution to the problem. They got it fixed. It runs so smooth now. I really appreciate them.

I would highly recommend Big Brand. Tire & Service, they were very attentive and took care to get the right tires for my vehicle, as my truck is a heavy duty truck and pulls a fifth wheel, so having the right tire s on my truck is important, and they took the time to listen and special order the right size tires . So I would most definitely use them again for my tire replacements in the future. Thank you Big Brand Tire & Service .
