Neat of a bad situation... Was supposed to be a little road trip to the casino. I don't know what would have happened if these guys didn't have a tire that would fit. They did, 2 options. Richie was super efficient and helpful. They were really busy but as soon as our work order was up it was done right away and they were very respectful of my car. If you're local and looking for a good tire shop I'd say they are a GREAT crew! Very pleased with the service!

Today I went in to get a quote on new tires for my Toyota Tacoma....I always get snow rated tires and American Tire has an all terrain tire with snow rating....I've had three Toyota trucks and always get this one great tire! Richie helped me first today and thank you Richie.... Really GREAT service! Fixed me up and they were in stock and made my purchase! Then Jamie was doing the install and I wanted one of my tires exchanged out for a spare...he let me see how to drop my spare (never had to do a change tire YET) but worth knowing and he took the time to show me. Finally Fred was there also working with the tires.....Thank you....You just can't beat their customer service as well as their wide selection of available tires.....and Everyone working in the store/shop were very professional. KUDOS to you ALL. Thank you

Spoke to Noah N. on 1-20-24 12:24pm very professional, very pleasant personality, willing to please the customers needs. I ordered 4 tires. 1-26-24 10:00am Noah installed all 4 tires, took extra care with my painted wheels. I would recommend anyone looking for new tires contact Noah N. Assistant manager @ America's Tire, if he isn't working find out when he'll be in. Great Service Noah!Thank you

They are great. They patched my flat tire for free. The prices on the tires are good. I buy my tires there all the time. I have their credit card and they usually have interest free financing as well. The staff there is very nice and professional. I've never had a problem.

I ll start off by saying that we ve been a customer for more than 25years. Always been very happy with their services, pricing, & knowledgeable respectful salesman. Last week we had an issue with something in the road , tire blew out damaged the wheel beyond repair. Salesman Darrin tried to upswell me for 2 tires and 4 new wheels, said he couldn t get a replacement form whomever they deal with. I wasn t about to spend $1000.00 on 4 wheels when I only needed (1). Had the put the spare donut back on. Left searched the web found a used matching wheel $110.00 went back this morning 4 days later. Darrin once again waited on me, told me it was the wrong wheel argued with me. I told him I didn t want to deal with him any longer, wanted to speak to someone else, he ignored me when back inside the store, I said my appointment was at 9:30 now it s 9:55.I said mount it and I ll be on my way, he again said it wasn t the right wheel. I said I wanted to talk to the Manager he then pointed in the direction of another guy who was helping another customer. Then tells me that I have to pay to mount the tire on the wrong wheel. Now I m starting to get upset, I ve already paid for the new tire mount and balance and a road hazard warranty. He argued again I stood there in disbelief that he was so ignorant and disrespectful. Waited for the Manager Dave to finish with his customer, told him what happened his personality was that of a Nat. He acted as though I was in the wrong! WOW!!! In the end they mounted the tire checked the pressure in the other tires at no charge. I ll likely give them another try , but stay clear of Darrin

Had a tire repair done. Only took 20 minutes, no charge because I bought tires there. Always have great customer service to!

They are fast but I'm disappointed. Salesman tried to sell me tires I did not need. Tried to give me next to nothing for three tires with almost no wear. Instead of giving me what I asked for, he tried to sell me 4 upgraded tires. I only had one with wear from a problem. Saw an old lady and figured I was an easy mark. No different than a mugger on the street. Shame on you, heavy set, 30s Hispanic male. Don't think I'll be back.

My wife recently bought tires here by herself. Armed with the right questions she received plain, to the point answers. She was able to make a good decision working with the manager.All information was double checked with other sources and checked out.Some of extra fees were not mentioned up front such as disposal, etc. It's a legitimate fee but it would have been nice to get the out the door price without playing 20 questions.All in all a good experience, customer service was great and time in the shop was at a minimum with an appointment.

Came in today with low pressure code in my vehicle. Tim the office attendant helped me check out my car to see what tire was low and hooked me up with Andrew my service technician. Both guys were incredibly friendly and informative. They checked out my tire and unfortunately it needed to be replaced but they were able to use my discount tire warranty on my tires to find me a comparable tire that was in stock to get me back on the road. From start to finish I was in the office for about 30 minutes which is excellent for a walk in. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend America's tires in Hemet, especially Tim and Andrew. They did an awesome job!

I will always go to America's Tire for my tire needs. I've had two tires fixed, and because I'm a member of AAA, I get the service free. When I had a large gash in my tire I immediately thought of America's Tire. I was informed a second time that I needed all new tires because of "dry rot". I purchased 4 new tires at a great price. The service took about an hour. I now have brand new tires on my 2008, Toyota Yaris! Their technicians are friendly and super competent. Thank you America's Tire.

ATTN MANAGEMENT: From a customer's personal interaction today I suggest to reintroduce any type of code of ethics training to Dennis. His attitude is absolutely atrocious. Dennis, buddy I'm sorry you have to be there On your hot Saturday but your attitude was unacceptable. I bet if I was a man you would have had a different approach. I get all my tires there and I'll make sure you aren't the technician to work on ANY of my vehicles going forward since it seems customer service isn't your priority with a smile to someone who wasn't even rude to you about your suggestions. Rejection is something we learn at a young age but professionalism is what we learn when we're grown ups to show the company how valuable we are. Today's visit was less than acceptable and made me not want to give this particular location my business. I hope management sees this so they can work with you on how to be a better you in the work force.

I was told by triple-a outget $10 discount at my tires when I got there. I was told only on a certain price tire I felt like I was lied. Don't know who to blame triple-a or American tire, but but they're not honest. Someone then tell me the whole story till I got to. The I was told you're tired. You wanthere's been qualified for the discount. We have to get a better quality tire for the $10 discount. I was under the impression. That yet I did not discount no matter what tire I bought when I talk to triple-a. So I'm not happy someone lied to me.

Lov'in American Tires right now. Got some metal stuck in some fairly new tire yesterday, came here in hopes of getting it patched. Unfortunately the tear was too deep and it was unable to be patched...however, because we got the protection plan...we got a brand new tire for free! Highly recommended the protection plan, you never know when you'll need it. Also, great customer service, very friendly staff! Thank you, American Tires!!!
