Very fast service, courteous staff. Passed smog and transmitted to DMV so easy to complete registration. Reasonable pricing compared to other shops. I have used this shop for several years with good results.

Daniel is disrespectful and made up a reason to fail me. But he passed the car with a check engine light on before me. He said I had tape on my hose that wad clearly to support the fitting. Wow. If I was white he would've passed it. What a waste of time seriously. Everything passed but he just failed me for no reason. Sad

I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The technician made me feel welcome from start to finish. I recommend this place

First time customer, will return. I walked in at 4:30 and was out in 15 minutes tops. Great customer service, fast, very clean shop. I'm very happy to have found All Smogs.

Walked in no appointment. Was helped right away. Maybe there 15 min tops. Fast, friendly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more. Prices were about average for the service and were clearly posted in the office. I would use them again.

Went in at 10:15 AM on a Saturday morning With the intention of smoging both of my cars, One at a time. I was standing there with my paperwork and the girl with a short red pony tail asked me if I m there to smog my car. I responded yes and she notified me that they would be taking a lunch for one hour after they completed the vehicles they were working on. I asked what time would they be available and she could not give me a time.Unfortunately, I drove across town and wasted my gas to come to this smog station because they had good reviews. Yes I understand needing a lunch but very frustrating to drive across town to be told that they cannot smog my vehicle. With gas prices at almost 6 dollars a gallon, I will not be going home and returning with both vehicles.

Tried this place out for the 1st time. They were fast & friendly! They also processed my tags with my AAA card so they saved me and extra trip! I would recommend this place for a no fuss no muss experience.

Went to this shop to have my freon extracted Due to the fact my AC compressor was blowing hot air.I tried to do the service myself but the equipment I rented was faulted So I went back to all smogs shop to have them charge my ac system And then come to find out my ac compressor was bad So they charge me a $120 And they extracted the freon back From vehicle AC compressor I told them once I get the AC compressor fix I will be back They recharge Is an additional $92 I told them I don't think it's fair but I paid anyway I will never go back I will never Recommend anybody to the shop They will take advantage of you

Worst customer service. This place does not care about new customers. I drove from Menifee to hemet after calling and confirming they were open. I told the guy over the phone I'm heading over. He could have told me he goes to lunch. When I got there he had one person waiting and told me he was going to lunch for 1hr 15mins or 1hr 20mins. He didn't even know how long his lunch is. That tells me he had no intention in helping me and didnt care about my time. Sundays are the only day i get to do things for my self and ny family. I run a automotive shop and I would never let business go out the door. As a shop manager, your there to grow business not turn business away. My car would have taken 15 mins to do. I've had my smog done before. It's quick. If you're looking for service who help people that care about people. This place is not it. Who takes a 1hr 15min lunch on a Sunday especially if you close early. Lazy people do, I'll tell you right now, this place wasted my time so I'm going to let people know what this place is about. Step up your customer service skills if your business for the people. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

Daniel was a great help. Everyone is so nice, polite and tells you exactly what you need if you don't pass smog the first time at no charge until you pass! It cost $45 once you pass the smog test. Will always recommend them.

Scandalous! Poor service.Changes requirements for passing and don't pay per person. Passed my vehicle one year with egr sticker knowing it didn't have one and then the following year made me take it to the Referee. Don't recommend going here. They have a member of the alphabet gang working there and if you refer to HER as Her GENDER they discriminate against you.

We needed a smog check for our registration.Drove into All Smogs on State Street at about 3:00pm. I was immediately greeted by Angeles, I believe, who took my car in right away, tested it, and then came back to tell me it had passed.I paid, was given the smog certificate, and was on my way out the door at 3:20pm.The service was fast, friendly and professional, the office and waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was outstanding!Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly, knowledgeable and fast service they had there! I've always left other shops with very little confidence that things were done correctly, but, not here. They were great!!

Sure glad I found this place as the reading I'd done made me afraid I might not be able to pass without 2-300 miles of driving after a needed battery replacement. Angel said 60-100 should be adequate and he was right. The other guy behind the counter was also Very nice and professional <though I didn't get his name. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Thanks you guys!!!Services: Out-of-state, Smog certification

Will fail you over anything!!! They have one of the highest service star score, which translates in California to, they fail a ton of vehicles. More strict than they have to be. Better off going literally anywhere else. Once they fail you, it s even harder to get it approved anywhere else. They call it honesty, I call it being petty to keep a high rating with the dmv.

I love this place! Nice waiting room with cold water and TV while you wait. It was a fast visit and they have a coupon on their website. Angel is very nice and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my car any place else. Thank you All Smog!

CALL FIRST FOR QUOTE!!! They offer a discounted quote if you call. Then, when paying for the service a customer will initially be told a higher price. But just mention you called a got a lower price quoted and you'll just be charged the quoted price. Fast service, walk-ins welcome. Took about 10-15 minutes to perform the SMOG. Easy to locate off the street and close convenient parking. I would recommend.

Fantastic place. I've had issues with my car and came in six or seven times hoping my problems were resolved so I could take the test. Even with how much of a headache I must have been, they were patient and gave solid advice that lead to the fixing of my car problems and the passing of my test. Despite coming in so many times, they still only charged me after I PASSED the test and didn't charge me for all of my other attempts. Would recommend to friends and family!
