Myra at the auto parts store was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with my car troubles. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend her for anyone needing assistance at the auto shop. She's the best!

I had such a great interaction with Leslie today! Her professionalism and patience, I mean wow ! She greeted me with a beautiful smile and helped me calm my nerves with her confidence and strong work ethic. Really takes the stress off your shoulders when your dealing with a such a kind, confident and reassuring person. Today was remarkable. This was truly one of the best customer service interactions I ve had in a while. The girl really tailors herself to your needs to make sure that your needs are fulfilled and you walk out as a satisfied customer. And I can assure you, I was a very satisfied customer ! So polite and well spoken. You can tell she takes pride in her job and overall takes pride for the company she works for. You have yourself a true keeper Advanced Auto Parts! I will make sure to recommend all my friends to your location for all there automotive needs.

Enrique changed my battery out even though I died in a whole other parking lot, and set my phone to charge in the back of the store because he saw it was low on battery.10/10 customer service give him a raiseWill be back

Needed a new car battery and installation, the staff was great, found a battery and it was quick with great customer service. The staff, Denise, Alejandra and Victor were fantastic ... recommending this store to all I know ... thank you!!!
