The real deal. They did a great job on my car at a fair price. They took the time to actually fix stuff and not just insist on replacing everything. The body work looks good as new.

Had an excellent experience working with Roy to restore my old Porsche. Car arrived to his shop on pretty rough shape and his team made it beautiful. Exceed expectations. I ve recommended him to my neighbors and will definitely use him again for future projects as well.

Service done 11/9/2023I had a fantastic experience at ARS Collision in Hawthorne, California. From the moment I walked in, the owner, Adam, personally greeted me and quickly assigned my service to their skilled technician, Alex. Not only were they quick and very helpful, but they also beat out estimates from three other shops nearby. I highly recommend ARS Collision for their excellent service and competitive pricing.

This man the owner of this business is a thief he called me to do a job. To do a job of stereo alarm and speakers and installation new merchandise and I call him $1860 and he gave me $600 for the merchandise and balance was1260$ and I finish the job and I call him to let him know that I was finished with the job so he can pay me the rest of the money and then he told me that he was out of town and he s gonna pay me on Monday, so I went on Monday then it s today and he refused pay me this guy is a crook, so be careful what you re dealing with

Adam, the owner, was great! Beyond fair and kind to my newly adulting son. He got the work done promptly and responded to my son and I quickly. If my son ever hits a pole while parallel parking again (please no) or we need any body work, ARS Collision will be our go to. I was in an accident of July 2021. Due to Covid I am sure parts were held up. Again I want to be clear ROY DOES NOT OWN THIS SHOP ANYMORE. Adam is the new owner and has no regard for customer service.I have been waiting for a part to be put on my car for over 6 months and he refused to do it unless I brought the car personally. This request is ridiculous when anyone can drop a car off! In addition to that the work he did is already having to be replaced NOT BY HIM but by Maserati. Do NOT trust this man!The work is not good and the service is poor.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unbelievable service at this shop! I had a large dent in my 2014 Prius C and Roy and his team did such an amazing job that I can't tell the car was ever damaged! And the price was more than fair!Super fast turnaround time, friendly and professional service and overall a great place to get your car repaired! Roy is experienced, knowledgeable and quite frankly, one of the best in the business! You will not regret getting your car repaired here.

I submitted my Car to Roy (RP Enterprises) on July, 9, 2021 for repairs needed on the driver side door, passenger drover side door, and back panel.I go to pick up my Car on July 27, 2021 receive the following:Roy sold RP Enterprises on July 20, 2021, RP Enterprises doesn't exist anymore, and a new company owned by "Adam" as a courtesy finished the project Roy had started. He presents me my 2019 kia forte with white speckles on the driver rear passenger side door and paint dent by it handle. I book them on it they said they would fix it. I then see two scratches on my bumper, I book them on it and Adam says that damage was already present when they took their photos on July 20, 2021 yet I have photos from the date of the incident June 26, 2021 showcasing Zero scratches on my bumper with the added concept that they had my vehicle since July 9 but only took photos on July 20. Adams solution was a complimentary wet sand of my bumper and clear coat staying the bumper was in such poor condition it would require a complete refinish but he would not do it complimentary. So in all in all i give my vehicle to one douche bag on July 9, 2021, he sells his business on July 20 (I get zero notice), i go to pick up my car on July 27 to be presented a poor quality job on one door, two scratches on my bumper that were never there, and to be told my problem is with Roy the former owner. Absolutely the worst experience ever and am im definitely going to small courts and claims on this. Avoid this shop like the plagueService: Body & Trim

I took my 2005 Mercedes to Roy and his team last month to get some long postponed work on the rear bumper. When I got the car back, the paint matched the rest of the car EXACTLY. Looks like it did when the car was new. I can not be happier with their artisanship. Thank you to Roy and his entire team for their OUTSTANDING work. You guys are awesome !!!!!

If you need small or big bodywork on your car. You must see Roy. Does awesome work on your car from paint matching the best I have seen. I have been there customer from day one.
