This shop takes advantage of people, especially Senior citizens. After taking our car to them several times and giving them over a thousand dollars we noticed a pattern develops. Each job got doubled and tripled for labor cost. 130 a hour. A job that should take 10 minutes added up to 2 hours labor. Thank goodness we found a honest shop that exposed the truth. Benedict is a dishonest automotive shop!

we had lost the key fob to our car and called companies to check pricing. every place we called wanted over $500. i contacted benedict s company and they gave me a reasonable price. they were quick and did it all in two days! they texted me updates about the car, when the process started, when my car arrived and much more. i am very happy with their service. i definitely will recommend them.

Best auto shop in town. The lead guy and his team took care of my list of concerns. I m extremely happy with the results, car sounds and feels great. I called this place to see how much to replace my tail light bulb if I had the bulb. Guy gave me a good price so I went and they replaced the bulb within minutes . They also didn t charge me anything!!!! This place has excellent service very respectable and professional. I used to take my vehicle to the big auto shop (with the store inside) and I was surprised how much I was being overcharged. By comparison, I know someone that had the same problem as my care and Benedict auto shop able to fix my car 15 hours quicker and charged 75% less. I highly recommended Benedict if you want a honest mechanic and can fix your car the first time.

I locked my keys in my trunk and NO one except Benedict Automotive could get my trunk open, not even the BMW dealership! AND they came out on a Saturday too. Such hard working AWESOME people. Thank you so much
