I can t say enough about this company. I ve used Russian river excursions for wine tasting and bills taxi for transportation and have nothing but amazing things to say about their services. I ve also seen first hand how involved they are with the Guerneville community by giving back and supporting the locals. It s really impressive. They are aces across the board.

We routinely use Bill's Taxi for trips around West Sonoma County. Duane is so professional and accommodating. He really has become an extension of our family when we are up in the area. I recently used their service to shuttle people to and from a large party and everyone commented on the cleanliness, promptness, and professionalism of their experience. We never even consider any other transportation options because we know everything is taken care of with Bill's Taxi. Whether you need a quick trip or a full day of transportation to see the beauty of West Sonoma, Bill's Taxi has your back.

I am so thankful to Bill's Taxi who I count on to drive our friends and I to events, wineries, restaurants and parties within Sonoma. We mostly use their service to avoid buzz or drunk driving. It's always a good time with Duane (owner), and we love catching up with him. He's also patient and very helpful for when folks (it's me, I'm the problem) leave things behind as well. They're also always early if not prompt. Thank you for your invaluable and reliable service that you provide to Guerneville and beyond!

Extremely rude owner- She did not reveal her name although she did demand mine several times. Hey girl, you have horrible customer service! Spam calling people 5+ times is not appropriate, as much as you would like to think it is. Edit: Considering that you want to lie I will clarify a couple of things in your response.1) Whatever business interaction you are worried about has nothing to do with my experience as an individual.2) As an employee, I am permitted to take breaks. On my break I made sure to leave you an accurate review- there is nothing wrong with this morally or legally. It is clear you are trying to lie in order to defend your business and while I understand why, your actions and bad customer service have led to this negative review. Aside from your odd remarks that resemble a threat towards me and my job, this farther emphasizes my point of your horrible customer service.3) I personally will absolutely not be recommending your services to anybody whether it be at work or otherwise.4) I did not hang up on you- I called you because of your odd request to call and clarify the situation. I made it clear both to the taxi driver, and to you over the phone, but considering your confusion I will clarify again.-A man had asked me to call a taxi service for him. I went ahead and did so, only to be helpful to him. Upon your driver s arrival, he told me he watched the man climb into another taxi and drive away. I apologized to the driver, although both I and the business I work for do not take responsible for this man s actions- I am under the assumption that he was simply confused. (This is the third time explaining this.) When I called you back you were extremely rude and berated me with reasons why I should not call both taxi services, because it is an inconvenience to you. I made it clear that I did not call both Taxi services (this is my second time explaining this). You continued to tell me my tone was rude , on a phone call that was completely unnecessary and one I only made as a courtesy to you. You then continued to berate me with rude comments, to which I told you thank you and let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. You literally talked over me and did not want the conversation to end seemingly because you were mad- so I hung up. If i tell you the conversation is over and you continue to talk over me- that s a you problem. You continued to call the business three more times, ask of which were declined because we will not be harassed.If you attempt to threaten me or my job I will be happy to explain why this misunderstanding happened. What I will not be able to explain is your obsession with the matter.I wish you peace of mind and hope you understand why you deserve this bad review.

Bill's Taxi was AMAZING. Speedy, so kind and the best customer service. They made our stay in Gurneville so much better. I will always be using them when I am in town moving forward!

Dwayne and Bill Taxi in general has been the most reliable service here at the lower Russian River. I can t count how many times he and his team has been there for me and my family. From trips to the grocery store to Kaiser Santa Rosa, all the way to San Francisco Airport. Friendly and safe.

It s hard to find solid, reliable, punctual taxi/car services that let you know the right cost ahead of time. That don t mess with you or increase the price. That provide a clean, safe ride with a driver who is friendly and talks enough but doesn t take over the entire trip . And we were so fortunate to find Bill s! Love them. Love Duane and Marina. Hopefully you re lucky enough to need a ride from them someday and get to share the same experience.Service: Limousines

Bill s Taxi is always part of any Trip for our family. They pick you up at SFO, chauffeur you to vineyards galore-and as always puck you up promptly to take you home or off on any adventure. Honest, reliable, friendly-they know all the best hot spots as well as history and local lore. When the Bohemian Grove puts on their variety show-we book months early to know we will be safely taken round trip-no matter what time. Marina and Duane, the owners, are fabulous to work with and they take care of everything-all I have to do is sit back and enjoy the ride.

Just so impressed with the excellent customer service given by this company. It's rare to find a company that will go out of their way to help you save money and get you where you need to be. My old retired butt truly appreciates that. This is a company that has a heart for its community.

$20 minimum charge, which was a bummer for a ride from Monte Rio to Guerneville, but in an area that has basically no Uber or Lyft, it s gonna be what it is.The van (a Toyota) was fairly clean but had a gross odor.The driver was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and drove safely.

8/28/22: We had high hopes which unfortunately didn t happen. Scheduled a ride to the airport with Bill s Taxi for my husband, myself, and our granddaughters. Was treated very cordially when making the reservation and told what car to expect and who would be driving. They were a no show and no one answered the phone when I called. Thankfully my neighbor was home, drove us and we just made our flight. Never even got a call back to apologize.P. S. 9/2/22: At the response from the company to my post, I contacted the owner who was very apologetic that the mixup occurred. We ve scheduled another trip with them later this year and are hoping to follow this post up with a sterling review.

Utilized Bills Taxi when we had unexpected car trouble on my daughter s wedding day. Not only were they able to quickly accommodate our entire group, they were professional, with clean vehicles and such friendly drivers. Thanks for saving the day Duane - we will be back again soon and I have your number saved!

We used Bill's Taxi while in Guerneville to get around to some of the local wineries, and I'd give them a hundred stars if I could.When I called to schedule the ride, Dwayne was super responsive and gave us a bunch of great tips on which wineries to visit and how to structure our trip based on what we were looking for.For pickup, Dwayne arrived early, helped get us to all of the different venues throughout the day, and was super friendly.What really sets them apart and warrants the huge star rating is what they did after our service was already over.We finished up with Bill's Taxi around 4pm and they dropped us off in downtown Guerneville to get dinner. We expected to be able to get an Uber/Lyft back to our Airbnb since both services showed plenty of cars in the area.Well we finish up dinner around 8pm and spend 20 minutes waiting for Uber/Lyft to connect us to a driver with no success. We then end up calling Bill's Taxi and Dwayne 1.) remembers us from earlier right away, 2.) offers to come pick us up and gets there in 10 minutes, 3.) won't accept payment for the ride and got us home for free that evening.I can't say enough good things about Bill's Taxi and Dwayne and we'll 100% be using them again next time we're in the area.Service: Limousines

Scheduled Bill s taxi ahead to pick us up at my home in Guerneville and drove us out to Graton Casino for a concert. Driver was on time and very friendly.

Don t waste your time. I called for a ride and they never showed up (50m later). They never called back and when I called to follow up multiple times they kept saying they were 10m away. Better off using another service.Service: LimousinesService: Limousines

Expensive as you'd expect a taxi to be; argued about the existence of the destination despite being given exact address. Challenge driver's opinions at your own risk

Bills Taxi was very great. Responsive and able to accommodate our needs. Noah and Kat were both totally awesome drivers keeping us safe and going with the flow. Would recommend.

The absolute best cab service around, not just on the river. Drivers so nice, cars nice too.. they will accommodate if you have lots of items.. I don t use apps for my rides, I use Bills Service: LimousinesService: Limousines

If Liam Neeson drove a taxi he would drive for Bill's. Stuck in the middle of the redwoods on vacation and don't know how to get back to your air b&b? Call Bill's. Your Uber driver keeps canceling and you don't know how to get your raft, cooler and girlfriend back to the beach up river where you parked your car? Call Bill's. We depend on Bill s taxi regularly for rides to dinners, parties, wineries etc. Always arrive on time and plenty of room for everyone in the spacious and clean vehicles. Highly recommend!!

Great local cab company! The drivers always know the best local spots to take your party. Weather its wineries, food or nightlife, they know how to get you to and from in a safe and reliable car!! The Toyota sienna is awesome.

No problems with connecting with them, they were very responsive. From talking with them, seems like new folks in charge, they are doing a great job.They were knowledgeable, had great snacks, helping out with calling wineries. They were great!

Tried to get a ride. Whoever I spoke to on the phone said that I was required to get the mileage for my trip. Super inconvenient seeing as how no Lyfts or Ubers come out this far. Completely useless and a waste of time.
