These guys are amazing they went above and beyond the repair wasn't expecting my car to get waxed and tire shined and vacuum out it just looks brand new again I highly recommend best place to others they're super friendly also the office was super cool thank you guys all so much

Terrible! I'd never recommend them! If I could give them ZERO stars I would! In fact, I recommend to go anywhere else but here!My good friend brought his truck in to get fixed in October of 2022. After not hearing from them for weeks he continued to follow up and never received any communication. He reached out again after the truck was there for a month only to find out his truck had been stolen off their property! Yes, stolen from the auto body! They had left the keys in the truck and it was gone! The questions and phone calls from my friend were constant but they were unwilling to engage. He had to escalate it to his insurance and Grossini's didn't want to own up to the fact that his truck was stolen from under their noses. It seemed like an inside job with a truck to go missing so easily.After constant follow up it was nearly January and Grossini's provided little information. He wanted answers and his personal belongings. They weren't willing to meet him half way and cover the costs of the stolen truck or even his personal and sentimental items that were inside the stolen truck. After several more months of agony and no truck he had to source his own loaner car for several weeks until he was able to get some relief from insurance and they provided a rental...for a week! Because Grossini's wasn't willing to work with him, he took them to small claims court where they settled on a below average agreement and this settlement just wrapped up mid-summer; only covering some costs of the stolen truck. Nearly a year later and never an apology, or acknowledgement that they made a mistake and allowed someone's truck to get stolen off their lot. It just so happens the cops found the stolen truck this week. And although he won't get the truck back or his personal belongings that were inside, I felt compelled to write this review on his behalf because he wasn't to waste any more energy on them but I know I'd want to be warned prior to going to a local spot I thought I could trust. Terrible communication, lack of responsibility, bottom line...go somewhere else!

My bumper and hatch was crunched from a hit and run, and these guys got it fixed good as new in 5 days. Very friendly, punctual, and over the top service. They even saved my custom decals. I brought my 2015 Prius to Grossini s to repair and repaint a scratched rear bumper. Their office is clean and orderly and they handled the paperwork efficiently. They also had the best price for the work. The bumper looks fabulous, like showroom clean. They also washed my car and treated the tires so they looked new. I ve worked in auto body for many years. Grossinis is top notch! I worked mostly with Lupe. He was friendly, professional and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. All of the staff at the shop is friendly, professional and hard working! My car looks exactly as it did when I first purchased it. I m quite picky with auto body repair, given I ve worked in the industry, and I can say wholeheartedly that I will refer ALL to Grossinis, with confidence! If you re looking for a shop that does quality work, swift turn around time and excellent customer service - this is the shop for you!

Only had an estimate done, as car was totalled, but very professional shop. Timely estimate, and very knowledgeable staff. Would easily go there again, but hopefully not!

We have had several jobs done here and I am always impressed with how quickly they get us in and the quality of the work. They walk you through the process and make sure you are well informed (especially helpful when your insurance is involved), and their warranty is great. Great customer service. Definitely recommend them!

Super friendly service and was impresswd by their honesty and quick turnaround. We stopped there after a run in with cement post at our camp site the night before and they had us on our way in a jiffy. Removed the fender liner, provided instructions for us to take back home to our mechanic, and sent on our way with piece of min. Tyler even vam over to the cage lil bits where we're eating to inform us about everything Service: Body & Trim

This autobody shop, Grossinis has been super helpful and easy to work with, from hail damage to major insurance claims. I will continue to use this particular autobody shop for as long as they are open, can treat their patrons/customers with respect and overall kindness when dealing with all sorts of problems, my hats off with a huge thank you to you and you entire staff Grossinis!

Great work, great communication. I took in my 14+ year car with a big dent in a back door. Came out with a car that looked brand new.I've had work done at Grossini's before and another body shop, Grossini's is the very best. You have a choice of body shops, this is the one you want.Staff are great! The work is outstanding!

Needed body work quickly in a town that we had no experience. Read Google reviews and chose Grossini's. Could not be more pleased with their work.Never fun to have to do this...but they may it painless, professional and even dealt with the insurance co on my behalf. Would highly recommend Grossini's.

If you body shop represents your overall attitude toward a customer then I certainly would not do business with you either through an insurance claim or pay cash I appreciate your time but as far as I'm concerned I would never do business in your shop. I think I nobody shops pretty well I'm retired after 35 years as he service technical manager Chevrolet motor division Detroit

Let me start of by saying this guy is a scammer. He purchased a $1000 piece of equipment from me on eBay, used the equipment to complete one job, damaged it, and then lied to eBay about the reason for return. Now I'm stuck with a broken tool that I can't sell, very unprofessional Mr. John Grossini. I would 100% steer clear of this guy, he did not hesitate to scam me out of $1000, why would he hesitate to scam you?

Quick courtesy service. This is our 2nd time using this auto body repair shop. Great work.Lupe was key in getting my daughter's vehicle repaired.I recommend this auto body repair shop.

Jerome told me to bring the car in today or tomorrow and he will give me a loaner car. that means the car will be fixed - yet now the part delivery is delayed, and he said that he told me to bring my damaged car in to look at and take pics. then why did he say that he will give me a loaner car then if all he does is take pics of the damages?

Our car was backed into and we took it here to be repaired, from the beginning it was a positive experience. Repairs were done in a timely manner and every one was very friendly and professional. We would come back again.

Parts of the new rear ended where not painted. Odometer did not match when we dropped it off and picked the car back up. Very poor customer service. Over all a big disappointment. I would not recommend anyone using this place.

Year's after my Mercedes ML320 April 2018 accident, the bodywork and structural integrity by these folks work are holding up very well.I'll try to obtain the work order to see what exactly was done as I wish to sell it.
