I went in yesterday. While at the counter, I tried to explain to the assistant manager, Mikel, why I was getting a different oil filter from the one specified for my truck. He interrupted me three times to butt into other conversations, not acknowledging that I was talking to him at all. He doesn t care, I get it, no problem, just finish my transaction so I can go. But *after* I paid for my purchase is when he wanted to tell me you re gonna regret buying that about another item that I had bought, and recommended a different one. So not only was he extremely rude to me, but he waited until the store already had my money to tell me I m wrong about something and that there s something better? What kind of customer service is that? Also, why would I take advice from someone who didn t care enough to let me finish a sentence? Not going back. The location on McKnight is better anyway. Would ve been one star, but they had what I needed in stock. I can t wait to put in the product that I m gonna regret buying.

This place is Grass Valley is so helpful! Today I needed a break light put in and it was less than ten dollars and Cory put both lights in for me for free! Very nice and professional! They have everything you need for your vehicle! I like their selection of motor oils. Nice clean place located next to Taco Bell and right off the freewayThank you Stephanie for helping me out at the counter!

Very helpful. I went in for the small window wiper for the back of my CRV. Before Britt rang me up she went out and installed it for me! I recommend!

We went there to get some windshield wipers. The counter person was really nice and he even installed them. We both really appreciated it that. So five thumbs up.Looks like we needed a battery. As usual, the warranty had recently expired, Murphy's Law. The new one was $200+ I'm still in shock. You've probably noticed too that the cost of just about everything is ridiculous. Anyway, we've been going there for many years and that's the auto parts store we stick with.

Helpful, friendly staff! One person checked my alternator, GOOD! Yay! But the battery was bad, BOO! But they saved me a ton of money by checking the alternator, and another salesperson took time out of their lunch break to finish my order, thank you!

Iv noticed this past year that the staff is very rude especially if your a women. Iv been going there for about 10 years now. They have new management and staff. Years ago the staff was very nice and helpful. Now when I walked into the store they all run and hide and look at me to see if I was still there. Iv even called and the woman that answered was very rude. She didn't even answer the phone and say the company name let alone introduce her self. Not friendly at all.

My alternator went out on me and I coasted into their parking lot. I didn't have enough cash to pay the core charge. The guy who rang me up didn't charge me the core. He knew I was going to change the alternator in the parking lot so he trusted me and told me to bring the core into the store after I switch them out. I also needed a torque wrench which he let me burrow. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Customer service is top notch.

The people there are very helpful. A couple employees are very helpful. There are many tools there that are helpful. The oil disposal was amazing. However, when I brought my part back, they were very accommodating and took it back with no issue. I have to say that I'd go there to est again for sure.

O'Reilly is awesome! They are always super friendly and helpful. Back when I was a new mom 4 years ago, struggling to keep things together, two of their people went out of their way to help me get a headlight fixed so that I did not have to worry about adding another ticket to my ever growing list of problems at the time. I hope they can see this so that I can again tell them thank you for their kindness. The little things are not so little and people don't forget that.

The staff here are no joke. They get things handled and they do it right. They've steered my friends and I in the right direction as far as vehicle maintenance goes and we appreciate them. Lord knows we'd be walking if it weren't for them.

Quality service, personable associates,and definitely a must have for reliable transportation. Friendly people. Great prices. They will take time to help you in whatever it is that you need to know about your engine. If they cant they can and will head you the right direction for a good fix for your vehicle issues. A must in good all the way around.

Terrible, they took a part that I had purchased when I brought it in to return it, they told me that I had already returned it, I said how is that possible? its in my hand right now" then they changed their story to ( I told them I had never received it and they already refunded me my money. They publicly insulted me and said I was lying and if I left the store with the $116. Dollar part that I went there to return, that I would be stealing. I was very upset I proceeded to tell them I was calling the police when I left and I did. The police told me I should call the corporate office and I did, I still haven't gotten any compensation for my 116 dollars not to mention my car is still down because of this and I am very disappointed w O'Reillys service all the way around!

Cole was great. They didn't have the wiper blades I wanted, so he provided an alternative and also installed both blades in about 2 minutes.Curtious, helpful and knowledgeable, just what you need in an auto parts store. If all employees at the store are like this, it's a definate win for the store!

I've used O'Reilly's for many years for all my auto needs. I have a strong sense of trust and doubt I would find anyone more helpful and friendly. They know their stuff.

Worst service I have ever had at an O'Reilly's. The employees were more interested in socializing than working and once they finally decided to help us, the employee took a 20 minute phone call in the middle of looking up a part for my husband's truck. Overall we waited 40 minutes with no service. After giving up, we went to the AutoZone a few miles away and we were in and out in 5 minutes. Save yourself some time and go straight to AutoZone instead.

It seemed pretty busy and I thought it was going to be a while I was never going to get out of there but note that there were about four Five Guys in line before me and I was up at the counter and no time at all great help good feeling very helpful people I was able to get what I needed and some questions that I needed answers for thanks Larry

Larry the manager was extremely helpful when I came in to replace my battery. He tested my battery and my alternator after asking what was going on with my car. I was very satisfied with the service I received and will be returning.
