Mark, owner, and Nick at the counter are amazing! Honest and communicative. Fixed my GMC p/u that had torque converter problems in such a timely fashion. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

Took my Ford transit T250 there with transmission issues. I'm a first time customer. Mark went over my options the best one was transmission replacement. Nick at the counter was very good at keeping me posted on the progress. Was very happy with the time it took. It's my work vqn so I was glad they could do it so promptly.

Really impressed with the customer service and quality of work at Mels transmission in grass valley. Nick at the front desk and Mark the owner/mechanic made sure that my transmission replacement on my work truck and follow up adjustments were swift, getting me back in my truck and back to work with little down time with clear communication, & genuine care of their work. Excellent service and quality work. My 2005 jeep liberty is running smooth as can be. They installed a refurbished dodge warranty transmission with 100000 mile 3 yr. Mark is very professional and helpful. I would recommend there service to any one. The warranty is also nation wide.

Mel's transmission-These guys spent some extra time on my hard to diagnose issue and in the end treated me more fairly than I've ever experienced with any other shop. I highly recommend this shop.

This is an honest shop, with very hard working people that go above and beyond what is expected!I have to admit I may be just a little bit biased, my husband, Leroy, is a mechanic there and has been for over 21 years now! Which says a lot for itself
