This place is awesome!! We have been bringing all 3 of our vehicles here for years. The service is always a 5 star experience. They re fast and friendly! Wonderful local business I highly recommend them they go above and beyond. My husband was out of town and my tire was low I came here and they were so kind to check it for leaks and aired up all my tires. We also love their car wash!

- Worst place to wash! Dirty stalls, leaking hose soaked me while washing. The owner in 80's would of never let this happen! Sad to see it go down hill. Won't be coming back. It's the 6th time I've have problems here. From coins stole by machine to dirty stalls. Very disappointing. Owner Now, no need to reply! This review says it all!.

After 3 weeks of waiting for a call back from a Manager with no success I have decided to warn other people from getting ripped off by this shop. It all began when my wife took our 2023 Ford truck for an oil change. She was told by the shop that she s needs to change the differential oil on a truck with ONLY 9,300 miles!!! When I went back and asked why they did it the technician admitted that it had been their mistake because somehow they thought the truck had 93,000 miles( really a brand new truck ??) All I ask was for a refund and they denied it and said a General manager would call me back. Once the General Manager called me back and wouldn t approve the refund I was told he would figure something out and call me back which has never happen. I told him that I didn t want to put a bad review but his response was I don t care because my customers are long time loyal customers , well guess what, that was me!! I had been their customer for years and that s why I was shocked at their careless approach to a loyal customer. So please be warned that if you don t know much about cars YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF BY THEM!!!

Charge for double of what a oil change is at this place when u get a oils change shouldn't it be that the oil is included with the price of the service and I got the full synthetic service which is 59.99 and I was charged 127.66 for service

If an oil change was an olympic event these guys would win. Maybe they practice day and night? Maybe they race each other? Maybe they re just super humans who move at super sonic speeds? Who knows, all you need to know is if you plan on sitting in their lobby with a book maybe rethink it, you ll only get one page in. Maybe you can read faster than they work, but probably not. I think you get the point by now. They did a great job, they even vacuumed my car, I didn t even hear a vacuum? These guys are magical.

I was there to use their coin operated car wash. I used the credit card function which automatically charges $8.00 for 8 minutes. It was just enough time to high pressure soap, use the foaming brush and high pressure rinse. I have a large pick up truck and although I'd prefer a drive through car wash, this option worked great. The area was clean and the equipment worked very well.

Great bunch of peeps here! Had a stripped down oil plug I couldn't get off. They saved the day and did some other maintenance I had been lax on. Killer service and an even better price all before I finished my Coffee. Highly recommend!

Gold Country Express Lube & Car wash takes care of all of my family's vehicles. The crew is great, professional and very thorough and they go the extra mile every time. My last visit one of the guys noticed that one of my wiper blades was shredding and let me know...luckily they had one that worked for my car; the prices are extremely reasonable and they always honor any coupons or promo codes you might have. We have never had a mishap with Gold Country Express and the best part is they are fast without skimping on any aspect of their services, they get me in and out within 20 minutes, sometimes it might be 25. I love Gold Country, it's nice to be able to count on consistency and great service in this day and age. Try them, you won't regret it. Promise.

My daughter went to to Gold Country Express to get her 3000 mile oil changed. They told her, her car needed synthetic oil, it is a old Subaru, then they told her all her fluids needed to be replaced and her car was not saft to drive - the fluids had been changed 4 months prior. Total rip off. Do NOT go there!

Been coming here for my oil changes for years. They just installed a new Car Wash that is a touchless one. Very cool, It did a fantastic job on my Subaru.

*** LADIES BEWARE*** I TRIED to get an oil change here. But when I wasn't comfortable giving my personal phone number, the guy said, "Have a nice day" & walked away. Whoa. & there weren't any customers ar all! Just 4 dudes sitting there. I feel like my intuition was spot on. Ladies, just be careful here.

Drove right up, got an oil change, they showed me the condition of my other fluids, the price was so nice I got my lube and oil change plus my diffs and transfer case serviced. It was faster than I would have expected, barely even warmed up the chair in their larger than expected waiting room. 5 stars, would recommend.

place was empty, guy with the clip board seemed putout that he had to do something. they want to much personal info just to do an oil change, i didn't want to give my phone # , they refused to change my oil. see ya, there loss, went to Reibies do it my self. just a note used to use them all the time, not any more. In and out, service with a smile!Fast friendly help from lube techs that take more pride than just swapping filters and flushing fluids. These folks take the extra few minutes here and there to ensure you leave with peace of mind. Full service for the 4wheel drive before winter sets in has me knowing I will get the most from my drivetrain components. From oil changes to full transmission flush and fill services they will have you covered! Protect your vehicles and don't break the bank doing it. Support local, shop local.

I've been getting my oil changed here for years. They are fast, and do multiple extra services such as topping off fluids, checking tires and filters, even vacuuming out the floor boards. I will never go anywhere else.

About a year ago had this place do a oil and filter change..They used the wrong cheep oil filter..They were paid to do a lube job..They only cleaned the zerks and put new grease on outside of the zerks..Never did lube job..Will NEVER GO BACK..They also tried to convince me that 10-40 motor oil isnt made anymore..This is the most dishonest shop ive ever been to!!!I can get a oil and filter change for 55 dollars at Automotive city GV..Out the door

The owner is one of the most down to earth people I've ever met. I'd go here before any other car wash /repair shop simply because of this local. Hands down, first rate!

Fast service and nice staff.these guys are very efficient at their jobs.love the carwash,and today again a car wash,the carwash uses recycled water and it really sucks washing your car with dirty water it drys and is dirtier than when you started,come on get clean water,not cool to charge for a dirty car after you wash it.

I prefer to be in my vehicle and have full view of what is being preformed during oil change. Verbal accounts as it happens is preferred.That is not the case here.Not necessarily a bad review just drastically different from what I am accustomed to.Felt too expensive for what I received.

The change machine is never working, and when it is, you've got to sit there for at least 5 minutes trying to get it to accept any type of bill. The high pressure soap/spray has very low pressure and needs to be fixed. The soap is a low quality and is mostly water.
